Plenty of activities on site with the pool, playground, and fishing ponds. There is a dog run and plenty of area for pets to "do their business" with readily available bags for pick-up. Sites are back in only but are at an angle for easier use. Owners are on-site daily and are constantly riding around or cleaning. Clean park that I would visit again. Overflow parking available for boats or extra vehicles. We camped at Arbuckle RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Overall Rating:

Great family owned/operated RV Park. Not sure if it's new owners or not, but whoever owns this place has been making lots of renovations and updates. You can see fresh paint and recent maintenance all over. Gravel lots that are long and level. Full hookups and WI-FI. Nightly rate is $34, but was given a military discount and only paid $30. Got cam tell they are trying to cater to families. Newer park/playground, horseshoes, volleyball, basketball, and tetherball; all with balls or shoes provided. Pretty well groomed grounds with rabbits everywhere, fenced in dog run area, swimming pool and a fishing pond. Seemed like a mix of travelers and long term campers. Quiet area near town and local attractions. Unique extra space provided for boats. Extremely long spots; room for bus rvs plus tow vehicle. Plus if that's not enough room they have additional parking on site. I would stay here again. We camped at Arbuckle RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Nice long spaces but all back in and when it rains the water comes right up as the pad is level with the lawn. Restrooms received no attention when we were there. And if you are going to call yourself a resort two stalls and one shower per bathroom does not qualify. However very, very close to Sulphur and the Chickasaw National Recreation Area. We camped at Arbuckle RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Not sure it qualifies as a resort but this was a very nice campground. Friendly owner escorted us to our site and helped us park. Very easy access to and in the park with our 40'+ BigRig RV. No pull-thru's but very wide drives make the park and sites easy to negotiate. Gravel drive and sites / pads. Clean, neat, and well kept park and the price was reasonable. Cell service via AT&T and an iPad on Verizon and both received solid LTE signal. We would stay again. We camped at Arbuckle RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

We used this park for a mini rally with friends we tailgate with during foot ball season. The park has new owners and they seem to be trying hard to please as much as they are able. There are lots of full time residents but the owners were able to get most of our group together. We were originally put into a site where we did not have enough sewer hose to fit. Staff was able to move us to another site. All the sites are back-in, but there is plenty of room between sites. Campground is one loop that is easily negotiated. There is a meeting room with tables and benches. We did not use any of the other amenities. We camped at Arbuckle RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Price reflects weekly rate. All sites are back-in, gravel, with a strip of grass between sites. The interior road is well maintained and wide. There are not many trees in the area where RV's park. Each site has a nice picnic table and fire grate. There is plenty of room for slides and awnings, and the sites are long enough to park a tow vehicle in front of the motor home. All grassy areas are neatly mowed and trimmed, and there is a storm shelter on site. All utilities worked well during our stay. Wifi was occasionally slow, but I'm not sure that this an issue with the park. We did not check out the bathroom/shower areas, so can't comment on that. The park was very quiet during our stay, even through a holiday weekend. Stores, restaurants, and the Chickasaw Cultural Center are nearby. Our Verizon phones did not work in this area; however, AT&T did. We enjoyed our stay at this park, and will certainly choose it again when we visit this area. We camped at Arbuckle RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Chickasaw Cultural Center is a very worthwhile attraction. Exhibition halls are well-lit and nicely arranged. There is a traditional/living village exhibit which includes exhibition stomp dancing.

A nice park; needed 30 ft of sewer hose. Water pressure very high. Brand new owners last week. Very nice young couple but they know nothing about RVing. En route within a hour of arrival lady was freaking out getting my credit card info. Many labor Parker's and leave the trailer here months at a time. No pull thrus. No trash pickup. I'd stay again but I would be hesitant due to the inxperience.. We camped at Arbuckle RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Above rate reflects weekly rate. Very nice, peaceful park. No pull throughs, but the streets and most sites are quite spacious with grass, tables, and grills. Sites are nicely graveled and very close to level. We tend to avoid places with "resort" in their name, but this appeared to be a resort in name only as it was not over-priced as many are. The free Wi-Fi was worthless to us as in spite of being only 3 sites from the office, we were able to connect to a weak, slow, and unreliable signal only once or twice during the week. Our Verizon broadband worked well. We would gladly return here. We camped at Arbuckle RV Resort in a Motorhome.

I was here one year on business. A very pleasant and quiet park. Everyone was friendly. The park owners and maintenance man were very helpful in everyway. If I had a problem with my camper the maintenance man would be there in a drop of a hat and at anytime. The pool was always clean and inviting. Any unruly patrons were not there very long and I so appreciated it. I am female and my job requires me to travel 100% of the time. Not once did I ever feel unsafe. I would recommend this park to any one. I have read they are unfair when it comes to pool rules, REALLY? The rule is if you have kids they cannot swim alone. Whomever rents a spot needs to be with the guests at the pool. Thats understandable! You are also near 3 or more lakes. Arbuckle Lake 4 miles, Lake McMurray 30 minute drive, and Lake Texoma, 1 hour away. I went to all of them. I will be back even to stop in and say hello! I loved it! We stayed a month in this campground ($220 + electricity) and everything worked just fine. The water pressure was excellent. We were on the upper tier with 50amp; the slanted, gravel sites are level with plenty of room to back in and to park your extra vehicle. The hook-ups are towards the back of the site. The owners were friendly and there is plenty to do in the area. We camped at Arbuckle RV Resort in a Motorhome.

It is a clean park with a great space for dog walking. The sites are large, level and well manicured. The fishing ponds are a joke. One was covered with moss and weeds, making it hard to get close enough to fish. We tried both, "stocked ponds" and caught nothing. The basketball court is a portable goal rolled onto the grass. There are several mobile homes and several campers that live there and work in the area. The owners were nice upon our check-in, but extremely rude when they knocked on our door at 8 pm to ask if were "stupid" and couldn't hear our dogs barking. We had just returned inside our RV from being outside with the dogs that had not been barking at that time. Not sure he had the right RV or dogs, but we put them inside and will not return to his RV park. This is not a Resort, as stated. It is an RV/Mobile Home Park to leave your camper while you go elsewhere in the area for entertainment and/or things to do. We camped at Arbuckle RV Resort in a Motorhome.
