3 RV Parks near Hearst, Ontario
May 2016 - $26.00
This campground is right off the highway but the night noise didn't keep us from sleeping. The staff was friendly. We were told to pick any spot (drive-throughs). All utilities worked well. Would stay here again. There was one shower (.75), two toilets, and a laundromat available. - Mother of 3 boys
Jun 2012 - $25.00
Easy on-off the Trans Canada. Overnight park is one huge lawn with spacious and level pull-through sites. The showers and restrooms were spotless, although the showers were 75 cents per minute. A little traffic noise from the highway, but not too bad. - MaineDon
Jul 2011 - $24.00
This is a great 1 night stop over when traveling through Hearst. Wi-Fi is strong as you can see the antenna. Washrooms ans laundry are clean and reasonably priced. - lrp374
Aug 2010 - $32.00
Mostly seasonal RV sites, with a few overnight sites. The sites are wide and level, but not very deep; big rigs may have difficulties. Some sites have a good view of the lake and docks, although they are not directly on the water. The free Wi-Fi signal was not strong enough to be usable at my site, and the park is too far from the highway to get a good cell signal. Overall it was a pleasant place to stay for a few nights. - Neil C.
Jun 2016 - $27.00
This is the most basic overnight kind of place. Each site of five has a few meters of level gravel, 30 amp electricity and an unthreaded sewer pipe. It's just off the King's Highway but three RVs between us and the road shielded traffic noise. A couple trains came near during the night. There is some evidence that fifty amp sites will exist someday, but for now they are only a little gravel and wire sprouting out of the ground. A Canadian Tire megastore is a short walk away, as is a good-sized grocery store. There are a couple mom-and-pop restaurants downtown and chains along the highway. Fushimi Provincial Park is a 45-minute drive away and is mostly for fisher types. - Mtmoi
