This is a very large campground with lots of activities. Well cared for with grassy sites and lots of shade from mature trees at most sites. Located close to London. It's a pleasant drive with no traffic snarls to visit sights. Forget the Wi-Fi - forget throughput. I could not even get a connection. So, I went to the local library, open 'till 9:00. They kindly gave me a temporary library card, so I could use their computers and Wi-Fi. This is the place to stay when visiting London. We camped at Fanshawe Conservation Area in a Travel Trailer.

This place was Party Central all weekend and it was frustrating that the Security didn't enforce the noise regulations or the number of people that should have been allowed on each site. I'm also surprised that nobody else has mentioned the very Loud planes that fly directly overhead, beginning at 5:30am, because the park is located right next to an airport. The staff was friendly and the sites were lovely and well maintained. I wish the fire pit would have been enclosed, instead of just a dirt patch in the ground. The bathrooms were clean but really need some updates. We camped at Fanshawe Conservation Area in a Motorhome.

Sites are well maintained, grassed and treed. It was a bit expensive, without sewer. We expected Wi-Fi, but it was not available during our stay. Firepits just a bare spot on the ground. Our rating was lowered a bit by the excessively loud parties on our second night. This is a large area with campground attached. Canoe rentals day use areas with excellent playgrounds interactive educational seminars on many subjects the norm. We stayed two nights. We camped at Fanshawe Conservation Area in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a beautiful grassed and treed campground. It appears to be well maintained. It was a bit expensive, but that was overcome by the best Wi-Fi I have come across. It is included in the price, it works and is fast. There is no frustrating sign it and it's the way a service should be. We stayed one night only and it was easy off and on the 401. We camped at Fanshawe Conservation Area in a Motorhome.

We called ahead to ask if they could accommodate our 40'motorhome with toad, making us 65' long. They said they could not fit us in any of the sites. We went in with the car to take a look and found a perfect site that was 70 feet long, and about 35 feet wide. We actually measured a few sites that were as long, but this particular one was easy to back in to. We did not see any pull-throughs. The sites we found were in the radio-free area, which was perfect for us. The sites are all grass; no gravel or concrete. They don't usually cater to units like ours, but they don't claim to, either. We are thrilled to find a new spot to camp on London while there on business. The park was beautiful and quiet. There is a pool, a huge river/lake with boat launching and rental canoes, lots of biking and hiking trails, and even a pioneer village right in the park. We are keeping our site # a secret so you won't reserve it when we go back. We camped at Fanshawe Conservation Area in a Motorhome.
