Site was gravel and level and spaced enough that one didn't feel crammed in, about 30-50 feet from pad of one site to pad of next site. The pull through we had must have been at least 100' long. Some trees for shade. Mostly seasonal sites but well maintained. Campground is right on the water but all sites are back so that there is mowed grass that you can sit or walk along the shore. Was able to get DirecTV and Verizon reception was good. We stayed only one night and used the campground only as a space to spend the night. We camped at Sid Turcotte Park Camping and Cottage Resort in a Motorhome.
Situated along a river, the grounds are lovely. This RV park is primarily for seasonal campers, but they have 27 overnight sites. A back-in EW site, that was not level, side to side or front to back was $37.63 Cdn including tax, with good Sam discount. The washrooms are clean but the water pressure is weak. WiFi only works at the office. We camped at Sid Turcotte Park Camping and Cottage Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
Long enough for my 5th wheel and truck (I didn't have to disconnect

We stayed for 2 nights in a pull-through. We had lots of room out front as we had the first lot and no front neighbors, but terribly off level. Front wheels were off the ground. This park is very well situated, right on the water, but could use some TLC. Laundry consists of one machine in a run down building. Kids' playground structures must be 25 years old. WiFi was good near the office. We camped at Sid Turcotte Park Camping and Cottage Resort in a Motorhome.
Pull through 3-way site. Many seasonal campers here, but close to river. Some fishing, if that is your thing. Paid for 3 nights but only stayed 2. Owners were nice and helpful. We would stay here again if in the area. We camped at Sid Turcotte Park Camping and Cottage Resort in a Travel Trailer.

This is a very pleasant park on the river with large sites, lots of grass, trees, and paths. The cheery office staff made locating the site easy. This is a Good Sam campsite so we got our 10% discount. Showers were clean and FREE as was the Wi-Fi. A very nice campground. We camped at Sid Turcotte Park Camping and Cottage Resort in a Travel Trailer.
Nice location with tall white pines surrounding many of the cottages and campsites with the Mattawa River down below. Park has a gate bar so need to get office to raise each time into the campground. No problem departing as the bar raises automatically. Our site (#2) was a gravel and grass pull-through that was level (after moving around a bit). Table and fire ring included. Adjacent campsites would be more difficult to position as utilities not placed very well. No cable TV and 1 channel with terrible reception over the antenna. Wi-Fi is a hot spot near the office and it worked fine for e-mail and browsing. You don't want to linger as the mosquitoes are out in full force now. Some playground equipment and a couple of small beaches. We would stay here again if in the area. We camped at Sid Turcotte Park Camping and Cottage Resort in a Motorhome.
This is a wonderful park for the outdoors type people. The Mattawa river runs past the park with two swimming areas. It has play areas for children. Sites have both trees or no trees. Wonderful friendly couple are the owners. Wi-Fi is at the picnic table in front of the office only. Satellite will be hard to get if the site is in the trees. We are from the USA so our dish would not get reception. The town is very small but does have grocery. Campfires are OK. We camped at Sid Turcotte Park Camping and Cottage Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
