Really tight gate, but easy maneuvering once in. Wide lots, no shade, right next to rail tracks with long freight trains several times a day; no whistles, though. Clean, but really small, antique showers in bad need of replacement. Didn't use the laundry. Ridiculous sewer placements; ours was under and behind the coach, and up hill! I should have used the dump station, it would have been much easier. Our site faced the playground and there were way too many kids running around much too late at night. There is a very large pool that many were enjoying. Lots of seasonal sites, most of which were clean; a few looked kind of dumpy, but no issues. We'd stay here again. We camped at Scott's Tent and Trailer Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

WiFi worked most of the time if patient. The Welland Canal and St. Catherine's Museum is worth seeing and close to the park. The Trip Behind The Falls at Niagara was almost 2 hours of standing in line to watch water fall past you. For $$$$. Not again. Lunch at Creekside Winery was outstanding: the BEST BBQ brisket I have ever eaten. We enjoyed Konzelmann Winery in Niagara on the Lake, too. Their Cab was good, and the Curry Butter Chicken spice mix made a great dinner.

Check-in was a bit confusing concerning our rate. We had been quoted a cheaper rate, but since the reservation was made months ago, I figured the rates had changed. It wasn't until after I had paid, it came to light that the earlier rate was the Good Sam discount which I didn't get because I had forgot about it. At least we got a site close to the laundry as requested. The site was a level, gravel back-in that wasn't much longer than our rig. There were a few trees surrounding the area, but still no privacy between sites. The hookups are at the rear, electric and water in the corner and the sewer behind the pad. The sewer outlet was not threaded making it difficult to secure and it was elevated which made it hard to dump the holding tanks. After getting set up, it was laundry time and the DW was not impressed with the general uncleanliness of the laundry. The washers take two loonies and the dryers are either $.75 or $1.25 depending on size. There are plenty of OTA TV stations with most being American and a few Canadian. Wi-Fi was excellent with download speeds of 3.5 mbps. The password changes every day at 1pm, so you have to go to the office each day to get the new one. The WEGO bus has a stop in front of the campground that will take you around Niagara Falls. Exact change only, even for the day passes. The only way we would stay here again is if we didn't have to do laundry. We camped at Scott's Tent and Trailer Park in a Motorhome.

Niagara Falls has so many things to do. The two falls are a must to see, but then there are the surrounding parks, floral gardens, Ripley's museum and theatre, Oh Canada dinner theatre, Guiness Book of Records museum, and much more.

Directly across the street, you have a choice of a big strip club and at least two massage parlors. Upon entering the campground, a sign tells you to lock up your bike, your patio furniture, and anything else that can be locked up. It is my understanding that this is a fact of life in the entire area. Niagara Falls, Canada and Niagara Falls, USA are both tourist traps and full of people who are trying to get whatever they can from the tourists. The campground itself isn't fancy. The pool was a mess and there were a few sites that had awful looking trailers on them. It rained and that meant there was mud as soon as I stepped outside my door. The roads were ok, but need more gravel. I will say I never heard a sound from the businesses across the street and that the campground itself was quiet, too. I didn't feel unsafe, either. It just isn't a great area. We camped at Scott's Tent and Trailer Park in a Motorhome.

We ended up not actually staying at this campground and the only reason it got a one rating was because they actually gave us our money back and we went elsewhere. The check in was actually very pleasant and then we were taken to our site. Once at the site we were told it has been the worst rainy season ever and the sites had a lot of ruts, and were soft from others coming and going. Well we tried to get into the site and luckily we had 4 wheel drive. The first site the electric had to come under our trailer and hooked up on the door side so it was too short of a cord (50amp) the ruts at the end of the site were about 6 inches deep and the sewer hookup was under the trailer. We asked to be moved and were told sure pick any site and let us know. We looked at a few and all were soft the sewer was under the trailer. we tried a second site but again the truck and trailer sunk into the ground about 6 inches. Proper gravel, not pea gravel would eleviate the sinking problem but unless they redo all of the 50 amp spots, all of the sewers would stay under each trailer. Anyway after trying to get into a couple of sites and being unsuccessful we decided to leave. They did refund me my money and we went elsewhere. We camped at Scott's Tent and Trailer Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

Scott's is a clean quiet park that we would go back to. (Except we wouldn't go back to Niagara Falls because of the crowds.) We had plenty of room side to side however the sites back up to each other so you have back window to back window. The electricity was stable, water was fine and sewer hook up was good. Wifi was close to worthless (as are most parks), but cell phone (Verizon) was strong so hotspot worked for us. It has gravel roads that are fairly wide and room to manuever. The grass was in fairly good condition and mowed. The sites are gravel and grass. They have had a huge amount of rain recently and we had a huge storm while we were there so the ground was saturated. That isn't their fault and I can't count off for it - so I didn't. The park is fairly far out from the falls but it is right on the "Red Line" on the bus service that goes to the falls. I was glad the park was so far from the falls. The crowds down near the falls was WAY more than I care to see again. I feel the rate was way too high for a non-resort park, but chock it up to a tourist town. We camped at Scott's Tent and Trailer Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Much like described by others. They placed us on a site that was so unlevel that I couldn't get our 5ver leveled out and the sewer was out of reach. Guy behind our site had a 40' motor home and his rig and ours just wouldn't fit. They did move us to another site that worked. TV was pitiful (antenna, only got 2 channels), wifi was "iffy" but worked. Basically a pasture-like piece of ground with gravel roads, grass sites. Most are fairly level (except the first one we were placed in). Lady at front desk when we arrived was nice and cooperative. When we went back to request a site change, she wasn't there and there was a young boy and (I assume) his dad manning the desk. The man OK'd the exchange but didn't seem too happy about it. I recommend staying in the USA and driving over to see the Canadian Falls. That way you keep your cell phone, wifi, etc. Luckily, the Falls are a "once you've seen them, that'll do" type of attraction, so I won't be staying here again. We camped at Scott's Tent and Trailer Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed here 2 years ago and have returned now for 2 weeks. This is a nice clean family campgrounds. We experienced them asking a group of rowdy young folks to leave today. Thank you for keeping this a quiet family campgrounds. Good wifi, convenient location, reasonably priced. We will always stay here on our Canada vacations. We did not stay here but did walk through and inspect the place. The site looked large and it was not real busy. It is convenient to the area and all attractions. We would probably stay here the next time as it was a little less expensive. It was not busy but still looked comfortable. They had clean showers and a nice swimming pool. Many pull through and back in sites. Lots of grassy area. We camped at Scott's Tent and Trailer Park in a Motorhome.

We stay here for 1 week, much cheaper than KOA, sites are flat grass and Gravel. The Metro bus stops right outside and takes to to all attractions, a transfer may be required, all for $7 / day, the wifi has 6 channels and has good speed. Some of the lovely large trees are dying. Train tracks are not a bother, only 1 or 2 a day. we would return. We camped at Scott's Tent and Trailer Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Buy a pass for the buss, if you go online and buy a attraction pass it comes with a 48 hr buss pass, Niagara parks. Easier than driving downtown, Parking for 5 or 10 dollars at the base of the tower.

Lots of grass, many shade trees and level sites. Next door to the KOA but far less expensive and probably just as good. Best thing about the park is that a metro bus stops right in front and takes you downtown to the main attractions of Niagara Falls - $7 a day unlimited rides. Runs every half hour. Our neighbors next door and across from us were noisy both nights, but the management did nothing. Six WiFi channels, but it was hard to get even one to work. Once it did, the speed was okay. But the WiFi was undependable for the most part. The park is between a busy road and railroad tracks with an adult "girlie" store across the street. But none were an issue, noise or otherwise. Good grocery store is a five minute walk away. We camped at Scott's Tent and Trailer Park in a Motorhome.

This is exactly what the name says, a tent and trailer park. It is gravel roads and grassy lots. Sites seemed adequate in width but there weren't many here so we didn't have anyone around us. Inside staff were there to take your money. Gentleman who guided us to our site was friendly and accommodating. Stopped to check on us and see if we needed anything. Fire ring is the smallest I've ever seen. You could probably roast a marshmallow with the small fire it would create. It could be a beautiful park if they would cut down all the dead trees. It looks like a tree disease went through and killed a lot of them. We camped at Scott's Tent and Trailer Park in a Motorhome.

If you've never been to Niagara Falls, Ontario be prepared to spend your hard earned money. Parking anywhere is $20.00. Went to the casino lost $20.00 and cost us $25.00 to get out of the parking garage. Took the bus which is $7.00 for 24 hours or $11.00 for 48. Pick it up across the street from the park.

We stayed at this campground while we visited Niagara Falls. It is a nice campground and it had clean restrooms and bath house. The sites were level. There were Gentlemen Clubs across the street, but that didn't bother us. The campground does offer a Good Sam discount. The price I quoted is in American dollars after exchange-the Canadian price is $48 a night is before discounts and taxes. They gave a 10% discount for Good Sam. Those that staffed the office were friendly and helpful. The WiFi generally worked well. When we return to Niagara Falls, we would definitely stay here. Tips for other Campers:

the bus stop for the WEGO bus to take you down to the falls is right at the campground entrance. It took about 25 minutes to reach the Falls. The stop is second from the end of the route where the bus turns around and heads back, so if you miss the first bus, you can cross the street and the bus will be coming back down the road in 5 to 8 minutes. If you purchase a Niagara Fall Adventure pass, it includes your bus passes. If you don't, you have to pay cash (Canadian) the first time you board the bus to get a 24 or 48 hour bus pass. As we didn't have any Canadian cash on us, they did accept US dollars. If you need a small amount of US dollars changed, go to one of the casinos. They give the best exchange rate with no transaction fee.

Close to Niagara hence the huge price but it wasn't good value for money. Pool was a decent size. The store attached to office is pretty terrible. Everything is very old and looks worn out that they stock in it. The laundry has plenty of washers and dryers. Our site had leaky sewer. They spent half an hour going back and forth 'fixing' it before finally moving us to the one next door which still smelled and was boggy. Wouldn't stay again. Loved the value, would stay again for sure. Negative 1: 20-25min away from falls. Everything in Niagara is connected by the WEGO system, so far away is no big deal. Negative 2: I had to explain to my 6 year old daughter what a gentleman's club is. "Massage parlor" across street too. Honestly my wife, 3 year old son, 6 year old daughter, and I never felt afraid, and never saw anything too smutty. Kind of too bad that a great family oriented value RV park had to have a couple of strip clubs and massage parlors move in. After the initial view of the clubs, we forgot about them. Unless you are really uptight about this kind of stuff, you won't even notice them after the first day. Very inexpensive, excellent site. Almost level. Awesome drive through, literally opened up a gate from the parking lot, drove in, hooked up, couple of cranks on the jacks, and we were set up, just a few feet from the WEGO transit. Nice pool. Looks like a converted playground slide for a water slide, which was awesome for the kids. 12 and under only can use it. Again, didn't really spend much time here overall though, came for the falls. Can't beat $42 Canadian for a place to stay in Niagara (like $50 after tax).

Ask for a site on the parking lot if you are here to see the falls. This will get you a few feet from public transit and be a very nice site. Also very close to the pool, a ways away from the camp playground though, we really didn't spend time on that. We had 30 amp, water, and sewer. We camped at Scott's Tent and Trailer Park in a Motorhome.
