A nice park just off the freeway, so there is some freeway noise, but not terrible. We were greeted by a very nice young man when we checked in and were able to navigate the park easily to get into our spot. Pull-through with enough room for our 33' motorhome plus tow dolly with car behind. It was easy to get out of the spot, as well. We camped at A-Frame RV Park (formerly Oregon Trails West RV Park) in a Motorhome.

From the moment you walk into the office to check in until you leave, you get nothing but 'smiles' and 'is there anything I can do for you' from the staff! Lots of shady spots. HUGE dog run in the back of the park! Cute little office/store. More of a souvenir store, but with milk, soda, beer and water for sale. Ice for sale. Propane for sale. Like all places we have been, there are full-time permanent rv's on site, but for the most part, a very very nice park! Doggie poop bags offered throughout the park. Easy access right off I-84, and NO freeway noise! Very clean park. We camped at A-Frame RV Park (formerly Oregon Trails West RV Park) in a Fifth Wheel.

Verizon/AT&T signal was about 2-3 bars with a booster. TMobile was a no-show again! :( Great restaurants and fuel stations within a mile in Baker City.

Wi-Fi you had to go sit by the laundry room . Every thing else was fine. The power was steady all the while we were there. Front office was friendly and helpful. Grass between sites. We camped at A-Frame RV Park (formerly Oregon Trails West RV Park) in a Fifth Wheel.

Our stay was great. We were there for 5 days 4 nights. Our spot was mostly shaded and the OTA HD tv came in just fine. The dog run was huge! The dogs loved it and everyone there was nice, courteous, and helpful. We camped at A-Frame RV Park (formerly Oregon Trails West RV Park) in a Fifth Wheel.

Clean, antenna HD worked great, acres of fenced dog run. Don't recommend for small dogs in tall grass. Friendly service. Permanent residences around perimeter with in and out in middle. Good setup. Parking area for your pull behind devices. We camped at A-Frame RV Park (formerly Oregon Trails West RV Park) in a Fifth Wheel.

Note there is a name change [new owners] "A-Frame Rv Park." WiFi still problematic and mostly useless. Sadly the 15 acre 'dog-run' field has become a landmine of dog feces as irresponsible pet guardians are too lax about cleaning up after their fido. It would behoove the new owners to set up the necessary tools to encourage for better clean up there. l have stayed here last 3 years - it is not a resort nor claims to be. Their price is a bit high for what you get as absolutely nothing new has been done to it in upgrades. The sites are still mostly unlevel and minimally maintained - l've stayed in every row now and its never changed. Bathrooms were painted(?) but putting makeup on a pig...its still a pig!

Still a decent small & quaint park which is conveniently located with easy off/on to l-84. That makes it still fine for an overnight respite. We camped at A-Frame RV Park (formerly Oregon Trails West RV Park) in a Fifth Wheel.

Pleasant shady park at the end of a long hot day. Good gravel roads, lots of mature trees, friendly staff.

Just far off the road enough that I-84 road noise is minimal. We camped at A-Frame RV Park (formerly Oregon Trails West RV Park) in a Fifth Wheel.

Easy on/off from the freeway. Large entrance. Site big enough for 38' fifth wheel plus truck. Very efficient, friendly, helpful staff. Old park but facilities were clean. Many long term older trailers. Very quiet. Very large trees. Large open area behind the park for the dogs. No cable, could not use satellite but the antenna functioned. We camped at A-Frame RV Park (formerly Oregon Trails West RV Park) in a Fifth Wheel.

Old Park but kept fairly neat given the large number of live-ins. Some back in sites are tight to get in. Full hookups worked well. No Cable and satellite is basically non existent due to the trees. Can get some over air stations from Boise if the tower on the mountain is working. Staff very friendly and helpful. We camped at A-Frame RV Park (formerly Oregon Trails West RV Park) in a Motorhome.

Baker City nice for it's historical value. Nice refurbished Hotel downtown. Park is close to the Oregon Trail Interpretive Center and entrance to the Snake River Canyon Scenic Byway. Beautiful scenery in the valley.

We stayed 1 night passing through the area.

The park is a very short drive from I-84 (Exit 302: Baker-Copperfield HWY 86) along a 2 lane rural paved road.

The sites are a mixture P/T's in the center with back-ins along the outer sides. The back-ins appear to be extended stay sites. The interior roads and sites are compacted gravel. This park understands the simple concept of the importance of a flat, level site as the sites were level and flat. Distance and grassy areas establish privacy between the sites. There was an outside table and fire pit.

There are trees scattered around the park so satellite reception would be dependent upon site assignment and your dish configuration. The park brochure showed 13 broadcast channels but made no mention of cable channels. Didn't try to get any broadcast channels.

The park provided WiFi was good. It was password protected. Our Verizon WiFi hotspot worked well. Didn't try the NET10 phone so don't know about cell phone reception.

No designated fenced pet areas. The designated pet area was just a large field behind the park. It was not maintained so the vegetation was very tall. No bag dispensers and collection stations for waste but there was a dumpster near the front of the park for waste. There was sufficient area to walk dogs along the park's roads.

We would not want to stay here again. Would adjust travel plans to avoid this park. We camped at A-Frame RV Park (formerly Oregon Trails West RV Park) in a Motorhome.

I travel with two good-sized dogs, and they are a priority. This park has an excellent area for big dogs to really run and exercise after a day of confinement in the RV. Everything about the campground was clean and tidy. Yes, there was freeway noise, but just imagine it to be the roar of the ocean on the sands. Excellent place for a one-night stay. We camped at A-Frame RV Park (formerly Oregon Trails West RV Park) in a Truck Camper.

This is an older park with a very homey atmosphere. The sites are gravel but are fairly level and the park is well maintained. Most of the sites have shade trees. The folks at the front desk were pleasant and helpful. They were switching to a new WiFi system while we were there and they were having some problems. Tips for other Campers:

The park is right off the interstate, but far enough away that the noise was not an issue. Downtown Baker City is about five minutes away and is worth looking at for its historic downtown. The park also is about five miles from the Oregon Trail Interpretive Center, which is well worth a visit.

This park cannot be much more than a minute from I 84 but we did not hear the freeway at all. The staff was friendly and helpful. The site was level and well maintained. The toilet stall in the men's restroom was so small that I could not close the door and I am not very big. That being said everything else was very clean and neat. We would definitely stay here again. We camped at A-Frame RV Park (formerly Oregon Trails West RV Park) in a Motorhome.
