Those of you who know me on here know I do not give a 10 as no place is perfect! :-)

That being said, I would give this wonderful place a 9.9 for sure. It is clean and just wonderful. Manager and the staff cannot be beat.

Of the now 182 different RV parks we have stayed at, it is definitely in the top 10 for sure; maybe top 5 (can't rely on memory so well anymore). We camped at Mtn. View RV (formerly Mtn. View Holiday Trav-L-Park) in a Fifth Wheel.

Baker City is quite a nice little town. I had to have fuel filter changed on the truck and Baker Garage is an outstanding place.

Conveniently located about 2 miles off I-84. Large pull-throughs. Very nice indoor spa. Also has a pool . Friendly helpful check-in. Very quiet and clean. Would stay here again. We camped at Mtn. View RV (formerly Mtn. View Holiday Trav-L-Park) in a Motorhome.

Very nice park. Nice parking pads. Great views of mountains. The park was easy to navigate to off the freeway. Very quiet, great place to stay. We camped at Mtn. View RV (formerly Mtn. View Holiday Trav-L-Park) in a Fifth Wheel.

Western theme, MH and RV park. Sites are mostly level gravel, patchy grass separating sites (don't try to put out a mat or carpet on the grass). Utilities are placed in the middle of the site. This time of year the pool is still closed, hot tub needs repair. Laundry ($2 each) and restrooms clean, store well equipped. Staff mostly pretty helpful and friendly, guide to your site from check-in. The price is a little excessive for the site. Permanent residents along the fences, mostly tidy sites. We enjoyed our stay here and would return if in the area. We camped at Mtn. View RV (formerly Mtn. View Holiday Trav-L-Park) in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Oregon Trail Interpretive Center and portions of the old trail close by. Fuel was a little pricey but not as bad as some areas. Restaurants and shopping within a few minutes of the CG. Nice City Park and Museum.

Nice quiet park in the back of a mobile home park. Roads and sites are asphalt with grass and a picnic table between sites. Utilities worked well. Water pressure may be a little high. There were two sewer hookups - one was near the front of the site and useless for most rigs and the other in the right place near the center of the site, but recessed below a concrete frame which makes a good connection nearly impossible. WIFI worked well, but we had to disconnect and reconnect several times in 3 days. Cable TV also worked well, except for the ABC channel that was intermittent. Easy access from the park to Baker City and to the Oregon Trail Interpretive Center. We camped at Mtn. View RV (formerly Mtn. View Holiday Trav-L-Park) in a Motorhome.

This is your average RV park, decent sights, fairly level with lots of big shade trees. Some sights can get satellite signals and some can't. Friendly staff, nice restrooms, showers and laundry if you need them. Best in Baker City by far. We would stay here again. We camped at Mtn. View RV (formerly Mtn. View Holiday Trav-L-Park) in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Hell's Canyon, Baker City Interpretive Sight. It's a long drive from Hell's Canyon Damn but it is from just about anywhere you stay in the area. Around 100 miles from Baker City to the damn. If you make the entire loop scenic drive around the entire area it is about 230 miles. The trip to the damn is very scenic and worth the trip.

Nice, clean park with one of the best little camp stores around. Office staff had plenty of recommendations for food and activities. Most of the sites are pull throughs, slim but adequate. Free cable, paid for wifi that was good during the day but slow in the evenings. Quiet at night with the occasional train in the distance. Verizon voice and data were good. We camped at Mtn. View RV (formerly Mtn. View Holiday Trav-L-Park) in a Motorhome.

Downtown Baker City was very quaint. Very friendly people in every restaurant and shop we visited. Baker Heratige Museum was very impressive for a small town.

Cute, western themed park with a clean, safe mobile home park in the front half. Spotless showers and bathrooms. Cleanest I've seen. Hot tub was clean and hot, and left open very late. Yes, the coded entry locks to bathroom and hot tub are placed high, but I'm 5 foot and didn't have a problem at all. Safety for little ones I'm guessing. Sites are level and close. Some train whistles at night but not obtrusive. Mgmt was friendly and concise. Store seemed to have all you would need. WiFi was extra. We would definitely stay here again for a day or two. We camped at Mtn. View RV (formerly Mtn. View Holiday Trav-L-Park) in a Motorhome.

This place was very picky about their grass, otherwise it wasn't too bad. The majority of the sites were pull thru. They also have a pool and a hot tub. We camped at Mtn. View RV (formerly Mtn. View Holiday Trav-L-Park) in a Travel Trailer.

We just overnighted on our way to Idaho. Nice clean park, nothing special. Lots of trees so probably no sat connection. The sites and FHUs were good and it is easy to maneuver in the park. Would suggest for all overnighters as it has easy highway access. We camped at Mtn. View RV (formerly Mtn. View Holiday Trav-L-Park) in a Motorhome.

Nicely shaded campground with good size trees. Asphalt access roads. Sites are a very soft stone & asphalt mix (jack pads probably necessary to have sufficient support). Sites seem to slope somewhat both front to back and side to side (front wheels barely touching and still not level front to front). Power ok, did not use other utilities (the office did say they had very high water pressure - 100psi). Did not use campground wifi ($2/day surcharge), but it had good signal strength. Verizon LTE was 2 bars with decent strength. Satellite access depends on site. We would probably stay here in the future. We camped at Mtn. View RV (formerly Mtn. View Holiday Trav-L-Park) in a Motorhome.

Showers and hot tub very clean. Level pull throughs are long enough that we did not have to unhook. The spots are a bit narrow, but with careful placement we had enough room for both slide outs.

Close enough to the highway for easy access, but far away enough that there is no road noise. We did hear trains in the distance.

The front part of the park is a single wide trailer park, the back is the RV area. The trailer park is clean and well maintained. We camped at Mtn. View RV (formerly Mtn. View Holiday Trav-L-Park) in a Fifth Wheel.

Very, very good! Park has a rustic western theme with a great little general store, museum, and laundry facilities. Friendly, and the pride in ownership shows. Level sites with what I believe to be reclaimed asphalt, with picnic tables and green grass. Nice long sites for big rigs with toads. Easy in/easy out. Those with handicaps/mobility issues: grassy areas are nice but do have "pot holes" and tree roots posing stumbling/tripping potential. Roads/walkways flat, level and well maintained. We camped at Mtn. View RV (formerly Mtn. View Holiday Trav-L-Park) in a Motorhome.
