Nice, clean park with one of the best little camp stores around. Office staff had plenty of recommendations for food and activities. Most of the sites are pull throughs, slim but adequate. Free cable, paid for wifi that was good during the day but slow in the evenings. Quiet at night with the occasional train in the distance. Verizon voice and data were good. We camped at Mtn. View RV (formerly Mtn. View Holiday Trav-L-Park) in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Downtown Baker City was very quaint. Very friendly people in every restaurant and shop we visited. Baker Heratige Museum was very impressive for a small town.

Cute, western themed park with a clean, safe mobile home park in the front half. Spotless showers and bathrooms. Cleanest I've seen. Hot tub was clean and hot, and left open very late. Yes, the coded entry locks to bathroom and hot tub are placed high, but I'm 5 foot and didn't have a problem at all. Safety for little ones I'm guessing. Sites are level and close. Some train whistles at night but not obtrusive. Mgmt was friendly and concise. Store seemed to have all you would need. WiFi was extra. We would definitely stay here again for a day or two. We camped at Mtn. View RV (formerly Mtn. View Holiday Trav-L-Park) in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Baker City is a wonderful quaint old town to check out & explore.

Level sites, cute store and other buildings. Sites not right on top of each other. Just stayed one night but would stay again when traveling through this area. Quite with some shade. We camped at Mtn. View RV (formerly Mtn. View Holiday Trav-L-Park) in a Travel Trailer.

We just overnighted on our way to Idaho. Nice clean park, nothing special. Lots of trees so probably no sat connection. The sites and FHUs were good and it is easy to maneuver in the park. Would suggest for all overnighters as it has easy highway access. We camped at Mtn. View RV (formerly Mtn. View Holiday Trav-L-Park) in a Motorhome.

Nicely shaded campground with good size trees. Asphalt access roads. Sites are a very soft stone & asphalt mix (jack pads probably necessary to have sufficient support). Sites seem to slope somewhat both front to back and side to side (front wheels barely touching and still not level front to front). Power ok, did not use other utilities (the office did say they had very high water pressure - 100psi). Did not use campground wifi ($2/day surcharge), but it had good signal strength. Verizon LTE was 2 bars with decent strength. Satellite access depends on site. We would probably stay here in the future. We camped at Mtn. View RV (formerly Mtn. View Holiday Trav-L-Park) in a Motorhome.

Showers and hot tub very clean. Level pull throughs are long enough that we did not have to unhook. The spots are a bit narrow, but with careful placement we had enough room for both slide outs.

Close enough to the highway for easy access, but far away enough that there is no road noise. We did hear trains in the distance.

The front part of the park is a single wide trailer park, the back is the RV area. The trailer park is clean and well maintained. We camped at Mtn. View RV (formerly Mtn. View Holiday Trav-L-Park) in a Fifth Wheel.

Very, very good! Park has a rustic western theme with a great little general store, museum, and laundry facilities. Friendly, and the pride in ownership shows. Level sites with what I believe to be reclaimed asphalt, with picnic tables and green grass. Nice long sites for big rigs with toads. Easy in/easy out. Those with handicaps/mobility issues: grassy areas are nice but do have "pot holes" and tree roots posing stumbling/tripping potential. Roads/walkways flat, level and well maintained. We camped at Mtn. View RV (formerly Mtn. View Holiday Trav-L-Park) in a Motorhome.

Great little park. Owner/manager was very nice and very helpful. The sites were an easy in and out, level, and gravel. Freeway access was also easy. The park was very quiet with no road noise. We did hear a train once or twice, but no problem. Very nice place, we would come back. We camped at Mtn. View RV (formerly Mtn. View Holiday Trav-L-Park) in a Motorhome.

Price reflects Good Sam discount. Easy on/off the interstate. Do not follow the signs on the billboard advertising the campground because they are just trying to get you to drive through town. Follow your GPS and avoid the downtown while towing. Utilities were adequate and well placed. Did not use or check out the bathhouse/laundry. We requested a satellite friendly site but the trees interfered. Verizon cell/mifi worked well. Site was level and a pull thru. There are some long term campers in the rear if the campground and a mobile home park located at the entrance. Check out the local Baker County Museum and the BLM Oregon Trail Museum. We would stay here again if in the area. We camped at Mtn. View RV (formerly Mtn. View Holiday Trav-L-Park) in a Fifth Wheel.

We have stayed at this RV park several times and have been very pleased with the service each time. The owner is always very friendly and helpful - always helpful in recommending things to see and places to eat in Baker City. The pull-through sites are gravel and level. There is grass at each site as well as a picnic table. All services are very good, however, not all sites are satellite friendly, as there are several large cottonwood trees scattered throughout the park. We always ask for and get a site that provides satellite access. One fault I do have with this park is that they charge an extra $2.00 for Wi-Fi. We camped here in a 40' motorhome with toad. The sites are long enough that it was not necessary to disconnect the toad. We camped at Mtn. View RV (formerly Mtn. View Holiday Trav-L-Park) in a Motorhome.

We just stayed overnight. Our site was under trees, which was quite welcome with the summer breezes. We could hear the train whistle but it was a pleasant distraction, not a problem. Older, established park with mature trees and permanent residents near the road. RVs were to the back. Cute theme styled (old west) buildings. We would stay here again We camped at Mtn. Nice park in an interesting small town. Back of the park has great sites with lots of shade trees. I booked at the last minute and had a spot next to Hughes Rd. Wasn't a problem. Very quiet with little traffic noise during the night. One of the most unique set of RV park buildings I have ever seen. Management was friendly and efficient. We camped at Mtn. View RV (formerly Mtn. View Holiday Trav-L-Park) in a Travel Trailer.

Cute Oregon Trail theme throughout. Wonderful indoor spa took the aches of our "trail" away. Good neighbors came forward to tell us of a great, informal dog run across the street even though the one provided by the park seemed adequate. Other neighbors simply stopped by to ask how our day was going, where we were from, etc. Very friendly residents. Wi-Fi was fair. Cable channels about normal for what you'd expect. Fair priced laundry, and dryer actually dried in one loading. Huge, clean pool with basketball hoop and play equipment. Decent sized store, supply shop. Site fairly level and a good bit of room between you and neighbor. Family run operation with "mom" berating the teenage boys to get the chores done (weed trimming, flower pot watering, etc.). We would definitely stay here again. We camped at Mtn. View RV (formerly Mtn. View Holiday Trav-L-Park) in a Motorhome.

I'm writing this review on my iPhone because the Internet doesn't work. We went to the office and staff is very nice and refunded our $2 for WiFi. Disappointed as we can't plan our next route. The positives about this park. Easy access even if a couple miles off freeway. Sites are level but tight. One way in/out which always frustrates my hubby. Bathrooms are very clean and secure. Spa was nice, though we didn't use it. Green grass and nice trees. Always a plus! Cable works great although we wouldn't be watching TV if we could be on Internet. Sigh. We camped at Mtn.
