We loved this park. Spacious sites. Lovely setting. Nice walks around the park. Very pet friendly. We would stay here again and stay longer. We camped at Bullards Beach State Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Go to Tony's Crab Shack and get a whole cooked Dungeness Crab to go.

The Oregon state park campgrounds are wonderful places to stay and Bullard's Beach State Park is no different. The price includes a one time transaction fee of $8 that does not change no matter how many days are stayed. This campground has plenty of shade, 30'-60' blacktoped fairly level sites, 50' to 100' of grass between sites, and vegetation screens between sites. It is wise to unhook your tow in the designated area, as all sites are back in and road is too narrow to do it at your site and allow for vehicles to get around you. It is very quiet with absolutely no road noise, and is extremely clean. Pets are welcome and are required to be on a leash at all times. There is no cable or wifi. We could not pull any stations in with our antennae, and our Verizon signal was strong enough for data and phone service. It is a very short (1-1/4 mile) walk on a paved/wood chipped trail to the beach. The bathrooms and showers are in an older building, but are immaculate with a fresh coat of paint. Park rangers are very friendly and with an online check in a couple of days before your camp date, the check in process was a breeze. There is a campground in Bandon with similar rates, but this is so much better. We are staying the next 15 nights in four other state parks on our way north. We would stay here again. We camped at Bullards Beach State Park in a Motorhome.

Stayed 4 nights, very good location, spacious site with full hook-ups. Very clean. Close to ocean and town of Bandon. We camped at Bullards Beach State Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Good location to see the Oregon Coast. Good bike paths within park. Trails down to ocean which was about 1 mile from campground.

This is a wonderful Oregon state park. Great campsites, plenty of trees, spots have plenty of room, picnic tables, fire rings, and comfort. Restrooms are spotless, camp hosts are pleasant, and they sell firewood / fire starters here at a reasonable price. We had a really nice visit, wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended. We camped at Bullards Beach State Park in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

If you're not quite ready to stop when you get this far, Beverly Beach State park is another wonderful park north of here on US 101. It would seem you can't go wrong with Oregon State Parks!

If you like trees, you'll love this campground. It does make it a little interesting when backing into your site, but we think it's worth it. Not very busy in the early winter, so it seems like they put everyone on one or two loops and leave the other one pretty much empty. I'm guessing if you ask them, you could camp there if you like camping alone. A nice long walk to the beach, or an easy drive and you're on the sand checking out plenty of driftwood. Rained while we were there, so we did not use the fire rings (bummer). The rain also prevented us from playing golf, so we shopped, and drove the beach loop drive checking out the gorgeous coastline. We camped at Bullards Beach State Park in a Fifth Wheel.

One of the larger coastal state parks with a variety of sites. Loops A and B are the older sites, and most have vegetation to provide privacy, while C loop has more open sites. A busy place all year, and reservations are usually a must during the summer and into fishing season which ends in October. Close to Bandon, with good Verizon cell and data, but satellite TV can be a problem depending on your site. Lots of full hookup sites, and a dump station also. A large volunteer and ranger staff keeps the park meticulously maintained and the restrooms and showers were very clean. Bandon is just down the road and is one of the coast's best maintained little towns, with a quaint "Old Town" and a variety of restaurants. Busy, but quiet at night. An excellent park with many great features, we'll stay here again. We camped at Bullards Beach State Park in a Motorhome.

This is one of the nicest state run parks that we have ever stayed in. It has paved interior rides and nicely maintained sites. Our site was a full hookup which performed without problems. It appears that full hookup sites may also be rented to non RVers and used for other functions. The shower facilities were nicely maintained but the restrooms could have used more service. We camped at Bullards Beach State Park in a Motorhome.

We just happen to stumble onto this wonderful state campground. My husband and I like to collect agates and at Bullards Beach we found a basket full! One of the best places to eat in town is called Bandon Fish Market. The campsites here are private and clean. The camp hosts and rangers are friendly and helpful. We camped at Bullards Beach State Park in a Truck Camper.

This is our third stay at this state park but our first in the winter. This is a good choice for winter camping since it is fairly well protected from the wind. Loops A & B are closed during the off season. If you choose to stay here with a trailer, you'll want a site on the outside of the loop. Clean park, friendly hosts and there is World Class golf less than 10 minutes away! We camped at Bullards Beach State Park in a Travel Trailer.

This is a great state park. Our site had full hook ups. The privacy is good for most sites. The park and restrooms was clean and well maintained. There were programs each night we were there, and the hosts went around the park and invited everyone. There were trails for hiking and biking and trails to the beach. The park staff and campground hosts were friendly and helpful. We camped at Bullards Beach State Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Nightly rate reflects a motor home, toad, and the $8 fee ReserveAmerica tack on for a reservation. We've stayed here before and we were not disappointed. Water, electric and sewer connections were all working. We stayed in the A loop. Site seemed level enough and the check-in process went well. Sites are a little narrow, but we don't have any slides so we were okay. We would stay here again. We camped at Bullards Beach State Park in a Motorhome.

Great state park with level, asphalt sites, picnic table & fire pit, lots of shade trees. The park was full, so I'd recommend reservations in advance. Firewood is for sale from camp-host and reasonably priced. Showers & restrooms were clean. Quiet at night. No Wifi or TV reception, but Wifi was available at Bandon Coffee Cafe in town. Bandon S.P. has the Coquille Lighthouse on site, with daily tours (seasonal). 15-miles NW is Shore Acres S.P., located right on the ocean, which has a beautiful botanical garden & gift shop, free admittance with any state park receipt showing camping. We camped at Bullards Beach State Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Oregon has some fabulous state parks -- and this is one of them. We arrived mid-week with no reservation and were able to get an electric-water (no sewer) site with no problem. As requested, we were given a site relatively near to the showers. Sites vary in size (larger RVs will have more limited choices), and many are screened from neighbors by strategic plantings of bushes. The park is far enough from the main highway that road noise is non-existant. Showers and restrooms were clean (aside from the usual sand seen in coastal locations). The showers are operated by pressing a button for a measured bit of water. My wife got 2 or 3 minutes, but I guess I had a defective timer, as I had to press the button about every 30 seconds -- a minor annoyance. Dump station was conveniently located and was clean and easy to maneuver into position. I will stay here again. We camped at Bullards Beach State Park in a Motorhome.

We stayed at this state park camp ground for 3 days. It is obvious that all the park rangers and camp hosts are proud and passionate about their little piece of paradise. The cost is more than reasonable, the sites are huge with full hook ups, and it was very impressive to see the camp hosts coming around to check each site when a camper left to make sure it was clean and tidy for the next occupant. The only downside are the mosquitos, but a little insect spray and all was good. We camped at Bullards Beach State Park in a Fifth Wheel.
