This is an excellent park. The RV spaces are very large with grass between each. Each RV pad is large and covered with pavers. Each site also has its own garbage can and recycle bin, so packing your trash to a dumpster.

Cable was good. Could not get satellite reception due to trees. Included free internet and it was adequate. The office staff is pleasant and helpful.

No pool, but a nice spa. There is a work out room, but didn't get a chance to see it. Quite a few monthly guests, but their sites are as well kept as the dailies.

One of the nicer RV parks. Will definitely be back. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

High Desert Museum is just south on Highway 97. Nice experience.

This is, for the most part, a very clean and elegant park. Spaces are large and there are large grassy areas between rows. If it were not for one major issue, this would be the nicest RV Park we've ever stayed in (and the most expensive). That issue is that the Gold Tier includes the first street to the right as you enter the Park. Half way down that street on the right is a side street called the "overflow" area. Those spaces are very narrow and the area fills with families with kids that run loose with bicycles and electric toys and playing ball and such and they use the street the Gold Tier sites are on for these activities. I'm all for kids enjoying themselves but the result here is noise and congestion for the Gold Tier customers. Worse, the management does not advise you of this downside when you make your reservation. For the cost, our Gold Tier stay was a considerable disappointment. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Avoid the portion of the Gold Tier near the entrance. Inquire as to where your site will be if you choose the Gold Tier.

Crown Villa has become a very popular place and it was full except for dry camping when we were arrived on a Tuesday afternoon after Labor Day, so reservations are probably a good idea. The town has really grown around the park, so we did not find it as relaxing a place as we had on our two previous visits. The facilities are very clean and the staff is very friendly. There are plenty of washers/dryers, so this is a good place if you need to do laundry. They also have an outdoor covered spa and lounge for hanging out. Given the crowded park and the heavy traffic situation to get to the park, we left after one night and moved to another park in Sisters that is more rural and relaxing. We would probably not stay here again, especially to pay $29.00 for dry camping next to a noisy road. If you have a nice, premium site with hookups away from the road noise, I think you would have a very pleasant experience and would enjoy the amenities. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Motorhome.

The best place to stay in Bend, Oregon, by far. Paved roads with paver pads. The pads are very wide and extremely long. The utilities are housed behind a brick wall with recycle/trash bins there. Trash picked up every morning. Everything out of site. There is even a small brick structure to lock bikes, etc in. Lots and lots of space in-between sites especially in the back area. Lots of pine trees, none cause any issues with coaches. Park is very quiet. Of note if you come in from the south, northbound, off 97 traveling on Knott Road, make sure you turn on Country Club Lane. Do not follow your GPS to Brosterhous, wrong location of Park on Garmin, you will come upon a train overpass that is 12ft, 2in. We had to turn around. Neighbors said this happens 2 or 3 time a week. Bottom line a great park!!! We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Take the scenic byway to Mt Bachelor, beautiful drive. Downtown is a delight. Beautiful city park on the Deschutes River. Great Farmers Market!! And enjoy all the local brew pubs.

We booked well in advance for a premium site and were very glad we did. There is a section exclusive to class A's but our site was identical. All the sites are similar in size with the premium more secluded. The park is in the middle of a neighborhood so is very quiet most of the day and all through the night. Our only complaint was the poor cable reception and the trees blocking any other source. We will return for a two week stay. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

We have been travelling for several months and this is the most expensive RV park we have stayed in. I was looking forward to coming here because I thought it would be very nice. Unfortunately we were given a site that is surrounded by what appear to be semi-permanent residents with coaches that are at least 10-15 yrs old. We have no afternoon shade and no satellite reception. When I asked to move to a vacant site across from the one assigned I was told someone was staying there, but they must be out for the day. This was not the case. Cable reception is very poor. The sites are large, and paved, but definitely not worth $75. I will chalk this one up as a big mistake. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This resort is really beautiful and so well-maintained. We stayed for three nights during a busy week in July. As a result, we could not obtain one of their HUGE sites that include gigantic pull-through, paved areas with tables and some with built-in BBQs. However, our "overflow" area was just fine. We had full hookups and did not feel cramped at all. We also had full-use of their fantastic facilities. Restrooms and showers are meticulously maintained, and their laundry facilities are fabulous (inexpensive with a Visa-pay option so I could save my quarters). The resort manager is super kind and friendly, and was helpful on numerous occasions with answers to questions about the resort and Bend in general. My family had a great stay and I have already passed on information about this great resort to fellow travelers- and will continue to do so. Thanks for a great stay! We will be back. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Bend is an incredible town. We enjoyed rafting, tubing down the river, and eating fantastic food. Tim at Deschutes Brewery is a great guy. Shopping is amazing too!

I loved this park and plan to stay here again. Clean, quiet, friendly. The bathroom and laundry facilities are great! The owners clearly take pride in keeping the park clean and nice. The park has spacious concrete or paver pads, individual trash cans and storage available. Our site had a small wrought iron table and 2 chairs, but not a full picnic table.

Note: There are very few "pull-through" spots, so book ahead if that is a necessity for you. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Have been wanting to come here, and Bend too. Nice place, amenities great, one I would have like was a pool. Good bike ride to town, or a 18.00 cab ride to heart of town. Only down side would be cost. Also a 1976 vintage FMC motorhome parked next to us. Very cool. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Barrio for dinner.

The RV sites are large, and the grounds are attractive. Other than that, this is not a "resort" park. If you want to see what a true resort park is, try Durango RV Resort in Red Bluff CA or Seven Feathers RV Resort in Canyonville OR.

The negatives about Crown Villa (CV):

1) The nightly rate at Durango and Seven Feathers is about $39. The CV rate is $65.

2) CV does not have a swimming pool.

3) All sites at CV are back-in. After a long day on the road, a pull-thru is welcomed.

4) The television cable at CV is broken, and there are older reviews saying it did not work.

5) The hot tub was closed with no explanation.

6) At a true resort park, you are lead to your site by an employee, which is very nice when you are tired from a long drive. At CV, you get a park map and that's it. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

This is a beautiful park. Lots of grass and trees. It's quiet and so peaceful. The management is good and the grounds are well maintained. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Bend is a lovely city. It has a quaint downtown area with lots of shops and restaurants. There are several nice parks, and Mt. Bachelor is not far away. Crater Lake National Park is 90 miles south of the city and is not to be missed.

This is probably the nicest site we have ever been in out of the 300 or so places we have visited. I wish I could attach a picture. All of the sites are spacious and well kept. Besides the 23ft x 72ft cobblestone area there is another 25ft of grass between you and your neighbor plus a large grass area behind. Our site is #481 Platinum which has no neighbor on our patio side, just forest. The other nice thing that we particularly like is there are no kids on this street. Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against kids. I have some plus grand kids. But, sometimes a peaceful site is nice. The park has silver, gold and platinum sites and are different rates. They all have the 23x72 cobblestone pads. Mostly, the rate difference relates to availability to amenities which we really didn't use.

It is expensive so I understand why some give it lower ratings. I am rating it at the highest value to me as I have a very nice big rig and can afford it. You do indeed get what you pay for here. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Nice park with very large spaces. Follow their instructions about how to reach the park. Friendly staff. Our only complaint was too many trees, our satellite dish didn't work there. Pet friendly, large grassy area to walk our dogs just behind our rig. We have stayed there before and would stay there again if in the area. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Bend offers just about every shopping and dining experience you would expect to find in Central Oregon. Also, a great place to explore the countryside. Lakes, snow covered mountains, volcanoes, museums one shouldn't get bored there. Huge dog park in town.

This park was chosen after viewing their website and it did not disappoint us, instead of only staying overnight we stayed an extra night. Reception staff were very helpful and provided maps and restaurants in the local area. The sites are all 70' in length so backing in was made easy and with about 20' width lots of room for lawn chairs. The most significant feature was the spacious area allocated per unit. The rear of our unit was about 50 yards of grass before the next row of units parked. There appear to be a few long term renters but nothing of concern noted. The city of Bend has every store one would find or require while stopping. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Check with reception staff as they were very helpful.
