This was the biggest and most expensive park we have stayed in over 14 states. It was also the nicest. The sites are 23 wide and 72 feet long. The Garden RV Park in Sisters is comparable and has better views of the Sisters Mountain Range but it was full so we came here. Very quiet and nice here. The sites are actually big enough for two RVs. Nice grass between sites. There are discounts for longer stays. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed in a gold site and it was beautiful...it was triple width with a tree canopy. The paved site had a separate space to park the tow vehicle, utility and storage...the overall area was huge and the spacing between rigs the greatest I've seen in a traditional park. Each site has an external trash can and recycling bin in a small walled area and a storage structure. The common facilities (coffee/newspaper lounge, gathering spaces, washers, dog walks, etc) are all excellent. The wifi is good and cable is very good. There is no pool and no fires (other than propane) are permitted...serious restrictions but that's part of why this place looks so good. The neighborhood is pretty quiet. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Very large sites. Well maintained in a park like setting. Plenty of shade for warmer days. Stayed in a silver tier location which has Brosterhous Rd. running behind the sites. Road noise was not bothersome and not noticeable at night. Wifi was iffy, reason for 4 star value rating. Expensive, but not your normal run-of-the-mill RV park. We loved our week spent here. Will return in the future as a treat to ourselves. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

We're not as excited about this place as others seem to be. Previous reviewer indicated that the premier sites were entirely occupied by motorhomes. Not the case now. Most are now trailers. I reserved a premier site with the stipulation that I have clear opening for my satellite dish. When I arrived, I discovered that this place was built in a pine forest and there are only 3 or 4 premier sites that have any opening to the sky and they were taken. I moved to a gravel monthly site for 2 weeks that was not under trees. No fee refund or other consideration. Premier sites are large with pavers, but utility connections are in the back, odd for what seems to be a fairly new park. Prepare for pine cones, pine needles, and pine sap on your roof, and no satellite access if you opt for the more expensive sites. Wi-Fi worked well for the first week and then disappeared. Management was indifferent about it. In the site we used in the non-premier section, utilities were in the right place and worked well. We also were not under any trees. There are few choices for parks in Bend, but we would have to rank this as third best of the 3 area parks. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Motorhome.

A beautiful RV park. Off the main road. Peaceful and quiet. An upscale experience in a forest setting. Huge sites, awesome paver area for rig. Tons of grass. Satellite is a problem. We stayed in 481, nice end spot. We were able to get satellite using our portable Tailgater. Restrooms are nice but only two toilets and two showers for men and women for entire park. Utilities and cable worked fine. May need extensions depending on where you park on the pad. WiFi was sometimes good, sometimes not so good. Grounds are immaculately maintained. Trash cans and recycle at each site. Locked storage at each site. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This is an excellent park. The RV spaces are very large with grass between each. Each RV pad is large and covered with pavers. Each site also has its own garbage can and recycle bin, so packing your trash to a dumpster.

Cable was good. Could not get satellite reception due to trees. Included free internet and it was adequate. The office staff is pleasant and helpful.

No pool, but a nice spa. There is a work out room, but didn't get a chance to see it. Quite a few monthly guests, but their sites are as well kept as the dailies.

One of the nicer RV parks. Will definitely be back. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This is, for the most part, a very clean and elegant park. Spaces are large and there are large grassy areas between rows. If it were not for one major issue, this would be the nicest RV Park we've ever stayed in (and the most expensive). That issue is that the Gold Tier includes the first street to the right as you enter the Park. Half way down that street on the right is a side street called the "overflow" area. Those spaces are very narrow and the area fills with families with kids that run loose with bicycles and electric toys and playing ball and such and they use the street the Gold Tier sites are on for these activities. I'm all for kids enjoying themselves but the result here is noise and congestion for the Gold Tier customers. Worse, the management does not advise you of this downside when you make your reservation. For the cost, our Gold Tier stay was a considerable disappointment. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Avoid the portion of the Gold Tier near the entrance. Inquire as to where your site will be if you choose the Gold Tier.

Crown Villa has become a very popular place and it was full except for dry camping when we were arrived on a Tuesday afternoon after Labor Day, so reservations are probably a good idea. The town has really grown around the park, so we did not find it as relaxing a place as we had on our two previous visits. The facilities are very clean and the staff is very friendly. There are plenty of washers/dryers, so this is a good place if you need to do laundry. They also have an outdoor covered spa and lounge for hanging out. Given the crowded park and the heavy traffic situation to get to the park, we left after one night and moved to another park in Sisters that is more rural and relaxing. We would probably not stay here again, especially to pay $29.00 for dry camping next to a noisy road. If you have a nice, premium site with hookups away from the road noise, I think you would have a very pleasant experience and would enjoy the amenities. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Motorhome.

The best place to stay in Bend, Oregon, by far. Paved roads with paver pads. The pads are very wide and extremely long. The utilities are housed behind a brick wall with recycle/trash bins there. Trash picked up every morning. Everything out of site. There is even a small brick structure to lock bikes, etc in. Lots and lots of space in-between sites especially in the back area. Lots of pine trees, none cause any issues with coaches. Park is very quiet. Of note if you come in from the south, northbound, off 97 traveling on Knott Road, make sure you turn on Country Club Lane. Do not follow your GPS to Brosterhous, wrong location of Park on Garmin, you will come upon a train overpass that is 12ft, 2in. We had to turn around. Neighbors said this happens 2 or 3 time a week. Bottom line a great park!!! We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We booked well in advance for a premium site and were very glad we did. There is a section exclusive to class A's but our site was identical. All the sites are similar in size with the premium more secluded. The park is in the middle of a neighborhood so is very quiet most of the day and all through the night. Our only complaint was the poor cable reception and the trees blocking any other source. We will return for a two week stay. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

We have been travelling for several months and this is the most expensive RV park we have stayed in. I was looking forward to coming here because I thought it would be very nice. Unfortunately we were given a site that is surrounded by what appear to be semi-permanent residents with coaches that are at least 10-15 yrs old. We have no afternoon shade and no satellite reception. When I asked to move to a vacant site across from the one assigned I was told someone was staying there, but they must be out for the day. This was not the case. Cable reception is very poor. The sites are large, and paved, but definitely not worth $75. I will chalk this one up as a big mistake. This resort is really beautiful and so well-maintained. We stayed for three nights during a busy week in July. As a result, we could not obtain one of their HUGE sites that include gigantic pull-through, paved areas with tables and some with built-in BBQs. However, our "overflow" area was just fine. We had full hookups and did not feel cramped at all. We also had full-use of their fantastic facilities. Restrooms and showers are meticulously maintained, and their laundry facilities are fabulous (inexpensive with a Visa-pay option so I could save my quarters). The resort manager is super kind and friendly, and was helpful on numerous occasions with answers to questions about the resort and Bend in general. My family had a great stay and I have already passed on information about this great resort to fellow travelers- and will continue to do so. Thanks for a great stay! We will be back. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.
