Second time there in a 45' class A. Highly recommend. Nice big spaces, we were in a pull-through last year (we are at 64' total) and had plenty of room, they just had a back-in available this time but it was easy to get in and out of. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We have only been camping about three years, but this was by far the nicest park we have stayed in. The only draw back for us was the lack of child activities. We had our daughters (3 and almost 2) with us. The park was slow paced enough that they rode bikes on the asphalt roads and in empty spots. We also found a neighborhood playground a short bike ride away. In all, very clean and friendly staff. There are a few spots that are difficult for 5th Wheels to back into. We got one that was difficult to back into, but the large spots and openness of the campground made it possible.

The mature pines made great shade all over the park. I tried out the putting green. It was not much for putting but decent chipping practice. We were close to the tennis courts and saw people playing pickle ball on them daily. As I said, it was a great park, just designed for a more mature crowd. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Although it looks out of town a bit on the map, you are less than 10 minutes from downtown, the Old Mill district, or the newer shopping area on the east side of town. We visited Juniper Swim and Fitness Center to let the young girls swim.

This is a wonderful quiet campground. It is full of mature trees and lovely grass. The sites are enormous and each has its own grassy area and its own garbage pail. There is a sizable dog exercise area and a narrow trail beyond that goes on for quite a long way. It has a very nice laundry room that takes credit cards instead of requiring lots of change and can notify you electronically when your laundry is done. That's service! We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Motorhome.

It is a lovely park. Very clean. Sites very spacious which I love. It's nice they give you space so you aren't eating with your neighbors sewer line. The gals in the office are extremely nice. The sites are paved. They have daily trash pick up at the site. Nice area next to site to park a tow vehicle. The only con was we paid for a premium site which was also to be a no kid zone. There were kids skate boarding and biking up and down the street. I didn't mind paying for the premium no kid zone as I like not having screaming kids near me, I just wish there would be a sign keeping them out. Also, come prepared for no satellite as many sites do not have ability to use satellite due to many trees. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We had our RV detailed by Amazing Detail RV while at Crowne Villa. If you need your coach washed and waxed, they do an incredible job. Did our 45 ft motorhome and I have never seen any detailer do a job like this guy did. Also, this park is close to many restaurants and shopping.

Checked even though they were sold out for the night, they put us in the overflow lot (gravel with only water and electric). Park is in excellent shape, manicured lawns, paved parking areas. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This was the biggest and most expensive park we have stayed in over 14 states. It was also the nicest. The sites are 23 wide and 72 feet long. The Garden RV Park in Sisters is comparable and has better views of the Sisters Mountain Range but it was full so we came here. Very quiet and nice here. The sites are actually big enough for two RVs. Nice grass between sites. There are discounts for longer stays. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

One of the best parks we've stayed at. Although a bit on the pricey side, it was worth it to stay in Bend. Very quiet, despite being on a busy road. Sites are large and beautiful. Mature shade trees throughout the park. Clean laundry facilities. Very busy, so be sure to make a reservation. We didn't have the best site because we waited too long to make a reservation but they worked hard to get us into a spot where we didn't have to move. Most spots have patio pavers and a nice table with chairs. Be aware of a 12' 10" obstruction if you're coming from the east. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Very pretty park with concrete paver pads and asphalt roads throughout the park. Nice tennis/pickleball courts but no pool. Nearly all spots are back-ins but roads are wide and this wasn't a big issue for out 45 ft rig. Lots of trees that are for the most part adequately trimmed. Getting to the park can be a challenge as various roads were closed and you have to use directions from the website and not your GPS. Note that there is a low bridge (12.5 ft) close to the park that your GPS might try to take you through. Park is quite popular and many had to leave earlier than they wanted because weekends are booked way ahead of time. Overall very pleasant and a higher-end park, reflected in the price. We would stay here again. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We stayed in a gold site and it was beautiful...it was triple width with a tree canopy. The paved site had a separate space to park the tow vehicle, utility and storage...the overall area was huge and the spacing between rigs the greatest I've seen in a traditional park. Each site has an external trash can and recycling bin in a small walled area and a storage structure. The common facilities (coffee/newspaper lounge, gathering spaces, washers, dog walks, etc) are all excellent. The wifi is good and cable is very good. There is no pool and no fires (other than propane) are permitted...serious restrictions but that's part of why this place looks so good. The neighborhood is pretty quiet. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Very large sites. Well maintained in a park like setting. Plenty of shade for warmer days. Stayed in a silver tier location which has Brosterhous Rd. running behind the sites. Road noise was not bothersome and not noticeable at night. Wifi was iffy, reason for 4 star value rating. Expensive, but not your normal run-of-the-mill RV park. We loved our week spent here. Will return in the future as a treat to ourselves. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

We're not as excited about this place as others seem to be. Previous reviewer indicated that the premier sites were entirely occupied by motorhomes. Not the case now. Most are now trailers. I reserved a premier site with the stipulation that I have clear opening for my satellite dish. When I arrived, I discovered that this place was built in a pine forest and there are only 3 or 4 premier sites that have any opening to the sky and they were taken. I moved to a gravel monthly site for 2 weeks that was not under trees. No fee refund or other consideration. Premier sites are large with pavers, but utility connections are in the back, odd for what seems to be a fairly new park. Prepare for pine cones, pine needles, and pine sap on your roof, and no satellite access if you opt for the more expensive sites. Wi-Fi worked well for the first week and then disappeared. Management was indifferent about it. In the site we used in the non-premier section, utilities were in the right place and worked well. We also were not under any trees. There are few choices for parks in Bend, but we would have to rank this as third best of the 3 area parks. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Motorhome.
