Disappointed, Expected Better. We have mixed feelings about this park and it likely was a very nice place to stay previously (i.e., one of our neighbors in the park told us it has gone downhill). Our first impressions were very positive, for a commercial campground the sites were quite wide and the mix of nice pine trees (that were trimmed high enough for big rigs) and the site pavers looked very nice. The underlying issue is the owners don't have park evening activities managed and/or have changed their customer focus to stayers who live longer-term at the park, likely to increase their year-round revenue (for example, they have added numerous smaller gravel/dirt sites). My key issue is with the flow of people coming in and going out of the park until 2:30 am as well as people talking outside at 12:30 in the morning for over an hour, particularly when others cursed and screamed at them to be quiet a few times (with the latter being more of a concern, given the hostile tone of the screamer, than the rudeness of the people talking) - not what I expected, particularly in an expensive RV park. The park needs to figure out who it wants to market too and stay at the park, year-round/9-month stayers who have different life rhythms (e.g., they and their visitors coming and going until 2:30 am) or otherwise. Based upon our 2-week stay at this park, we will stay somewhere else the next time we are in the area. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

This is our 3rd stay and we have enjoyed every day here. We usually pay a monthly rate which is much more reasonable than single day rate. The customer service is warm and friendly and the amenities are excellent. The only complaint we have ever heard is that it is difficult to get satellite on many of the heavily treed lots...that being said, you are surrounded by old growth ponderosa pines which are gorgeous. You do, however, have good cable. We highly recommend this park. Plus they have many long pull thru sites to accommodate big rigs. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Motorhome.

One of the nicest full service parks we have visited. Spots are spacious, about 50' wide, with grass and trees on either side, and a very nice concrete block screening barrier around the utilities, so you are not looking at neighboring hook ups. Swimming pool, spa, exercise rooms, fire pits, barbecues, tennis, etc. We did not give this a 10 because Wi-Fi is very important to us, and their signal was slow to none at all. (Seems with the many users now on Wi-Fi at these parks, any system short of a dedicated feed at each spot is not going to get you much internet capacity.) They did offer a dedicated separate internet feed in their office area, which is nice (we didn't use it, can't comment on how much better it would have been.) We would stay here again, but not if we had to work and depend on internet access. T-Mobile signal was very weak and we could not get LTE or 4G at this location. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Almost anything you want to do in Bend. Visit the High Desert Museum, for sure. Take a walk or bike along the Deschutes River Trail in the downtown corridor. Lots of great shopping, skiing, river activities, biking, etc. A recreational wonderland.

This was a splurge for us. It is definitely a resort type park. Very spacious, hand set brick parking pads plus an asphalt spot to park your tow vehicle. Each site has it's own bricked in area with your own garbage can and recycle can. Staff comes around and empties them. There is also a brick storage unit at each site. There is a fee to get a key to access the lock. Ideal for anyone staying for any length of time who wants to store their lawn chairs and grill. Sites also have wrought iron patio table and chairs. Large dog park at end of common grassy area. It slopes up the side of a hill and is hard to navigate to pick up "droppings". Good selection of cable channels. We were warned of a low bridge on one of the roads leading to the park and told how to get around it. We did manage to do that but our GPS let us pass right by the place...which we were also warned about. We'd stay here again for another splurge. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Because of the steep price for sites, we expected this park to be on the snooty side; but it turned out that everyone was super friendly and the park welcomed all types of RV's. We had a pickup camper on one side and a 40 ft. coach on the other. Sites are spacious, level, shaded, and well kept. Facilities are top notch, staff is efficient and friendly, and you can get a free newspaper each day if you want. They picked-up, filled, and delivered my empty propane cylinder right to our site and the price was less than at any of the gas stations in town. Overall, a very pleasant experience. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Second time there in a 45' class A. Highly recommend. Nice big spaces, we were in a pull-through last year (we are at 64' total) and had plenty of room, they just had a back-in available this time but it was easy to get in and out of. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We have only been camping about three years, but this was by far the nicest park we have stayed in. The only draw back for us was the lack of child activities. We had our daughters (3 and almost 2) with us. The park was slow paced enough that they rode bikes on the asphalt roads and in empty spots. We also found a neighborhood playground a short bike ride away. In all, very clean and friendly staff. There are a few spots that are difficult for 5th Wheels to back into. We got one that was difficult to back into, but the large spots and openness of the campground made it possible.

The mature pines made great shade all over the park. I tried out the putting green. It was not much for putting but decent chipping practice. We were close to the tennis courts and saw people playing pickle ball on them daily. As I said, it was a great park, just designed for a more mature crowd. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Although it looks out of town a bit on the map, you are less than 10 minutes from downtown, the Old Mill district, or the newer shopping area on the east side of town. We visited Juniper Swim and Fitness Center to let the young girls swim.

This is a wonderful quiet campground. It is full of mature trees and lovely grass. The sites are enormous and each has its own grassy area and its own garbage pail. There is a sizable dog exercise area and a narrow trail beyond that goes on for quite a long way. It has a very nice laundry room that takes credit cards instead of requiring lots of change and can notify you electronically when your laundry is done. That's service! We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Motorhome.

It is a lovely park. Very clean. Sites very spacious which I love. It's nice they give you space so you aren't eating with your neighbors sewer line. The gals in the office are extremely nice. The sites are paved. They have daily trash pick up at the site. Nice area next to site to park a tow vehicle. The only con was we paid for a premium site which was also to be a no kid zone. There were kids skate boarding and biking up and down the street. I didn't mind paying for the premium no kid zone as I like not having screaming kids near me, I just wish there would be a sign keeping them out. Also, come prepared for no satellite as many sites do not have ability to use satellite due to many trees. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We had our RV detailed by Amazing Detail RV while at Crowne Villa. If you need your coach washed and waxed, they do an incredible job. Did our 45 ft motorhome and I have never seen any detailer do a job like this guy did. Also, this park is close to many restaurants and shopping.

This is a great park. Very well run, excellent location with nice amenities. Pads are pavers, each site has there own garbage and recycling, and a storage locker. Direct TV can be a bit tricky to connect to with all the trees, but we succeeded. The laundry facilities and the front desk staff were both excellent. You even get a newspaper. After a horrible experience at a rv park 20 miles south of Bend: this was a welcome gift! Beautiful. Organized map! Off leash dog park. Free coffee. Each site has own trash can! And storage! Great clubhouse!

Very well maintained grounds. Truly a resort. Not just a rv park!

Nice rvs. Friendly. Wifi. Well worth the money. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This was the biggest and most expensive park we have stayed in over 14 states. It was also the nicest. The sites are 23 wide and 72 feet long. The Garden RV Park in Sisters is comparable and has better views of the Sisters Mountain Range but it was full so we came here. Very quiet and nice here. The sites are actually big enough for two RVs. Nice grass between sites. There are discounts for longer stays. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
