We needed an RV spot for a single night while passing through Bend. We chose Crown Villa based on reviews. Wow - this place is amazing. Mature pine trees, beautiful and spacious yards at each RV site, paver RV pads that are very long and very wide. This place offers a host of amenities as well. I'd love to spend a couple weeks here in the future. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

There isn't a bad spot here. All sites are wide and long with grassy space in between and lots of common grass. One minor complaint: we booked by phone and talked with the clerk about a site in the back near the dog park. We don't use any of the clubhouse facilities. When we checked in, they tried to put us in a spot right next to the clubhouse. I told them we had the other spot reserved and they said that unless we paid extra no spot was guaranteed. News to me! It turned out okay as they finally put us next to our chosen spot in the back. I saw previous comment about the dog park. My dog loved it. She enjoyed running up and down the hill especially because we never let her off leash outside of a fenced enclosure. Besides the dog park there is plenty of greenery and places to walk your dog with bag stations and trash cans available. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Motorhome.

What a disappointment! After reading the glowing recommendations and the high dollar to stay here, my expectations were higher.

When we checked in we were told that we have to stay in a 'construction' site that had plywood in the driveway, piles of dirt the length of the driveway, a power box in pieces, that I insisted to be tested before plugging into, and trash in the can full. Plus, we are now schedule to move two more times for our 5 night stay...

So much you: 'crown villain.' Way, way overpriced!!! We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

This place is lovely. Staff is great. The sites are paved with pavers, very spacious and accommodate the largest of rigs. Sits under tall pines that are trimmed very high so nothing to worry about. Each site has a small table with chairs. It is immaculately clean and well tended to. The only minor thing for us was the lack of good cable and WiFi. The WiFi is essentially nonexistent and the cable kept going in an out our last two days there. That didn't matter much to us as we rather enjoyed visiting the sites and scenes around Bend and when back in the rig, enjoyed the quiet. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

All in all, I would have to agree with most folks that this has been a nice place to stay over the years. The park is for the most part kept up in a neatly manor and the spaces are quite wide and offer sufficient privacy. Do not take Fido for a walk on the trail behind the dog park. You'll spend the next week trying to get all the cackle burs off. We have stayed at this RV park a few different times over the last couple of years and would perhaps would have considered staying there again. HOWEVER, have you ever tried getting a hold of these people? I submitted two online inquiries regarding making a reservation to which no one ever got back in touch with me. Trying to reach them by phone is virtually impossible and when you do reach their voicemail - you find out their voicemail box is full. I am happy for them that they are busy. But are they that busy that they can't get back to people who wanted to be future guests? At this time, we have decided that our time is too valuable and that anyplace that can't be of service before you arrive is certainly questionable once checked in. One thing consistent about our past stays is that the people in the office are out of there at exactly 5:00. Not 5:01.... but 5:00. I can't believe we are the only ones fed up with trying to reach the front desk at this RV park. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Stayed for 2 nights with no sewer. This is one of the best parks I have stayed in. Check-in good. Site huge and spacious. First night in the sun, next in the premiere spot more shaded. Lots of facilities but didn't use them. Very hard to book accommodation in Bend so stayed 2 nights in Econo Lodge and parked in the side street. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Motorhome.

The grounds of the park are very beautiful, but our experience here was not good. When we called several months ago, we were told that they were going to book us into a gravel parking lot with no sewer hookup, but that they would move us to a regular spot when one opened up. We feel that the office staff failed to ever check on that, as we were put in that undesirable spot upon arrival, yet talked to other campers who had booked after us and were put in the spacious regular slots with full hookup. But our main complaint is the state of the bathrooms. We had to shower there, etc., since we had no shower hookup, and they were seldom cleaned. The 2 toilets were usually out of toilet paper, the wastebaskets were overflowing with dirty paper towels in the sink area, and the 2 showers were dirty, with clumps of hair in the corners. Not impressive, especially for what the resort charges. The office hours seemed very short. The grassy, treed landscape is overall very nice; but the dog park is a dirty, weedy, mess on a steep hillside. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

We came here to participate in a Pickleball Tournament. We've stayed here 6 or 8 times over the last several years. To us it seems the service has slipped a little bit here and the park caters to more residents than RVers. Having said that still one of the best in this area. Good steady power and clean, neat and well done sewer connection. Pay particular attention when approaching this facility. Don't use your GPS but follow the parks instructions when coming the first time! A low bridge is not the way to approach this park. Follow their instructions! We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Loved the sites. Our pull-through was very spacious and private and perfectly maintained. I did not give a 10 because the dog park was a very long walk without an easy path. Though it is large and has great vegetation 1/3 is dust and the other has weeds that make ball chasing difficult. Recommend adding a 2nd dog park with gravel base to allow ball chasing area. This is a beautiful park with lots of spacious grassy areas. Great cable. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This a very nice park, but I think a bit over priced. The site is huge our pull thru was 120+ feet long and very wide which gives you a lot of privacy. If you are in to tennis, pickle ball, etc, etc you will love this place. We were only here two nights. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Disappointed, Expected Better. We have mixed feelings about this park and it likely was a very nice place to stay previously (i.e., one of our neighbors in the park told us it has gone downhill). Our first impressions were very positive, for a commercial campground the sites were quite wide and the mix of nice pine trees (that were trimmed high enough for big rigs) and the site pavers looked very nice. The underlying issue is the owners don't have park evening activities managed and/or have changed their customer focus to stayers who live longer-term at the park, likely to increase their year-round revenue (for example, they have added numerous smaller gravel/dirt sites). My key issue is with the flow of people coming in and going out of the park until 2:30 am as well as people talking outside at 12:30 in the morning for over an hour, particularly when others cursed and screamed at them to be quiet a few times (with the latter being more of a concern, given the hostile tone of the screamer, than the rudeness of the people talking) - not what I expected, particularly in an expensive RV park. The park needs to figure out who it wants to market too and stay at the park, year-round/9-month stayers who have different life rhythms (e.g., they and their visitors coming and going until 2:30 am) or otherwise. Based upon our 2-week stay at this park, we will stay somewhere else the next time we are in the area. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Cost per site is relative to location in the park. Other than timely communication doesn't seem to be a concern, this is a first rate park. I sent an email early on a Sunday afternoon asking about availability. I called the following Monday morning, but no one answered the phone. We had friends at the park who said there were plenty of vacant sites, so we showed up and were able to reserve for a week. A response to my email arrived after we had been at the park for four days. The park is big rig friendly and it's lovely. There are lots of pine trees in the park, but they didn't interfere with parking. Park the RV on pavers, other vehicles on asphalt. There is cable, but many OTA channels as well. Verizon data and cell service worked well. Services are near the back of site, and they all worked as expected. There is a small metal table for two. Trash can and recycle bin at each site; set them out when you want them to be emptied or when you're ready to leave. There is a large fenced off-leash dog area, plus an additional vacant area behind the dog park for longer walks. Laundry room has 6 washers and 6 dryers, along with TV and a comfortable seating area. Hot tub is hot. Work out room has a good assortment of equipment. We would stay again if passing through the area. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Motorhome.
