What a sad degradation of a park. We've been coming here for ten years. Used to be our favorite campground but this will be our last visit. As mentioned by others, service has gotten worse and yearly renters are prevalent. We complained about people with dogs and kids on bikes using our lawn area as a short cut. Response: they can go anywhere they want. Remember that if someone wants to sit in your front lawn. Used to pick up garbage from your site but nobody tells you it has to be put up front. That's fine, but it would be nice if they let you know. Oh, and there was garbage from the previous camper that filled our container when we arrived. Some of the employees are friendly, some not. It is still a scenic location and there are a decent number of campers who will remind you of the old days, but if you haven't been here for awhile, you'll be disappointed. They went for the buck and sadly, it shows. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Motorhome.

What a shame. A beautiful park and they have turned it into a trailer park. What is basically left to reserve are the most expensive sites at the back. Every other site is a live in. My husband found a truck parked in our parking spot (they have rules about not parking in the site itself). When he confronted the owner he told my husband that they just park were they like. Also said if he moved out of our spot where would his wife park as the spot he has would now be taken up by him and suggested we could park at the far end. That's what you pay for. On arriving there were signs that they were spraying weed killer but the office staff could not tell me where ( but there was a warning regarding children and pets posted.) The first time we stayed here they felled trees all around us. Literally dropping them beside rigs. This is the second time here and rude live ins and herbicide with no information, you can bet there will never be a third visit. I would suggest staying any where else it is simply too expensive for what you get. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Crown Villa use to be the Crown jewel of RV Resorts in the Northwest. We have been coming to this area for many years and have watched the steady decline of the park. 95% full timers now, with dogs running around, dogs chained to trees, temporary skirtings made from plywood or silver backed insulation, steps made from pallets, blue, silver and brown tarps covering up plies of who knows what, kids toys in the roads unattended, stuff stored underneath rigs. Staff was friendly but could not tell us what spaces we could use our satellite, told us to go look for a site. This has turned into a trailer park and is far from being a $60 a night ($84 during summer months) Resort. Very disappointing, and we will not be back. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We’re in a large pull through, even the biggest plus toad have room. We stay here because of the location near grand children. But is well located for most of Bend. 1 mile to stores to replenish supplies and good restaurants nearby. Great level sites with asphalt parking for the toad and brick pads for the RV with very large grass area, although we have a couple inch's of snow at the moment. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This park is very nice, with wide paved driveways, long wide sites that are level and paved. There is a table and chairs and a grassy area. The power, cable, water and sewer are conveniently located and all work well. The maintenance is very good. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Motorhome.

There isn't a bad spot here. All sites are wide and long with grassy space in between and lots of common grass. One minor complaint: we booked by phone and talked with the clerk about a site in the back near the dog park. We don't use any of the clubhouse facilities. When we checked in, they tried to put us in a spot right next to the clubhouse. I told them we had the other spot reserved and they said that unless we paid extra no spot was guaranteed. News to me! It turned out okay as they finally put us next to our chosen spot in the back. I saw previous comment about the dog park. My dog loved it. She enjoyed running up and down the hill especially because we never let her off leash outside of a fenced enclosure. Besides the dog park there is plenty of greenery and places to walk your dog with bag stations and trash cans available. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Heed the warning about a low bridge height on the route your GPS will send you on. The website has good directions to use instead. Lots of good shopping in downtown Bend.

We needed an RV spot for a single night while passing through Bend. We chose Crown Villa based on reviews. Wow - this place is amazing. Mature pine trees, beautiful and spacious yards at each RV site, paver RV pads that are very long and very wide. This place offers a host of amenities as well. I'd love to spend a couple weeks here in the future. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

We came here to participate in a Pickleball Tournament. We've stayed here 6 or 8 times over the last several years. To us it seems the service has slipped a little bit here and the park caters to more residents than RVers. Having said that still one of the best in this area. Good steady power and clean, neat and well done sewer connection. Pay particular attention when approaching this facility. Don't use your GPS but follow the parks instructions when coming the first time! A low bridge is not the way to approach this park. Follow their instructions! Bend is loaded with fun things to see and do. Excellent restaurants abound all over the area. The pickleball facilities nearby are terrific and one can also play pickleball in this resort (a nice plus).

The grounds of the park are very beautiful, but our experience here was not good. When we called several months ago, we were told that they were going to book us into a gravel parking lot with no sewer hookup, but that they would move us to a regular spot when one opened up. We feel that the office staff failed to ever check on that, as we were put in that undesirable spot upon arrival, yet talked to other campers who had booked after us and were put in the spacious regular slots with full hookup. But our main complaint is the state of the bathrooms. We had to shower there, etc., since we had no shower hookup, and they were seldom cleaned. The 2 toilets were usually out of toilet paper, the wastebaskets were overflowing with dirty paper towels in the sink area, and the 2 showers were dirty, with clumps of hair in the corners. Not impressive, especially for what the resort charges. The office hours seemed very short. The grassy, treed landscape is overall very nice; but the dog park is a dirty, weedy, mess on a steep hillside. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Stayed for 2 nights with no sewer. This is one of the best parks I have stayed in. Check-in good. Site huge and spacious. First night in the sun, next in the premiere spot more shaded. Lots of facilities but didn't use them. Very hard to book accommodation in Bend so stayed 2 nights in Econo Lodge and parked in the side street. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Motorhome.

All in all, I would have to agree with most folks that this has been a nice place to stay over the years. The park is for the most part kept up in a neatly manor and the spaces are quite wide and offer sufficient privacy. Do not take Fido for a walk on the trail behind the dog park. You'll spend the next week trying to get all the cackle burs off. We have stayed at this RV park a few different times over the last couple of years and would perhaps would have considered staying there again. HOWEVER, have you ever tried getting a hold of these people? I submitted two online inquiries regarding making a reservation to which no one ever got back in touch with me. Trying to reach them by phone is virtually impossible and when you do reach their voicemail - you find out their voicemail box is full. I am happy for them that they are busy. But are they that busy that they can't get back to people who wanted to be future guests? At this time, we have decided that our time is too valuable and that anyplace that can't be of service before you arrive is certainly questionable once checked in. One thing consistent about our past stays is that the people in the office are out of there at exactly 5:00. Not 5:01.... but 5:00. I can't believe we are the only ones fed up with trying to reach the front desk at this RV park. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This place is lovely. Staff is great. The sites are paved with pavers, very spacious and accommodate the largest of rigs. Sits under tall pines that are trimmed very high so nothing to worry about. Each site has a small table with chairs. It is immaculately clean and well tended to. The only minor thing for us was the lack of good cable and WiFi. The WiFi is essentially nonexistent and the cable kept going in an out our last two days there. That didn't matter much to us as we rather enjoyed visiting the sites and scenes around Bend and when back in the rig, enjoyed the quiet. We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

What a disappointment! After reading the glowing recommendations and the high dollar to stay here, my expectations were higher.

When we checked in we were told that we have to stay in a 'construction' site that had plywood in the driveway, piles of dirt the length of the driveway, a power box in pieces, that I insisted to be tested before plugging into, and trash in the can full. Plus, we are now schedule to move two more times for our 5 night stay...

So much you: 'crown villain.' Way, way overpriced!!! We camped at Crown Villa RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
