Beautiful park on the Columbia river in Eastern Oregon. Easy on and off I-84. Trains go by on the south side, so you may want to ask for a north side sight. River sights are on the north side. Large sights with grass and a great view of the river. Would be tough to be outside if it were very hot or windy which happens on the river. Would have given it a 10 except that the sites are gravel and our site, 21, had the table and fire pit on the wrong side of the trailer. We camped at Boardman Marina Park in a Travel Trailer.

This park is beautiful; unfortunately, we did not get to stay here because the staff (or at least the lady who seemed in charge) was not so beautiful. She was not only less than helpful, she didn't seem to want to be bothered. Since being stuck with misrepresented RV parks in the past 4 months, we decided to visit this park first. There is a calendar on their web site indicating availability which showed a lot of vacancies this month. Next to the office window, there is also a board with notations on each campsite showing reservations. What they didn't explain, the web site only shows a date not available unless every campsite is booked. The board next to the office only shows bookings for the present week, not the following weeks. Also, on their web site, there is a rather rude 'rules bulletin' indicating 2015 policies for booking sites. Basically, they will only accept reservations by mail, and it must be mailed Thanksgiving week. Any reservation request received prior to that will be returned! Really??? The RV park is one of the prettiest I have seen. But, as the saying goes, pretty is as pretty does. After an 80-mile drive to check it out, I'll pass, thank you. We camped at Boardman Marina Park in a Motorhome.

Beautiful park with lots of lush grass and trees for shade. There is a path along the river for walking and access to the river for wading. Our dog loved it. Our ONLY complaint was getting them to deal with a barking dog. Took some encouragement but they knew who the owner was and finally got them to deal with the dog. I would stay there again. We camped at Boardman Marina Park in a Motorhome.

This is a very beautiful park with some wide open spaces. Lawns are kept like a putting green. Very friendly staff. Right on the water with access to a marina and boat launch. There are train tracks nearby, but they really didn't cause that much noise to even bother. The maintenance and care given to this park far outweigh any little train noise. I would definitely stay here again. Each site has a BBQ pit and table. We camped at Boardman Marina Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is an outstanding park. The spacing between sites is excellent, and many even have privacy fencing between adjacent sites. The WiFi works well. I was in space 41 on the outer edge and could stream Netflix on my iPad during the evening! Nearby is a terrific Columbia River swimming cove (part of the public park) with a sandy beach and children's play area. The RV section also has a play area. The neighbors were quiet. Many sites have trees that give shade during at least part of the day. Trains do travel nearby during all times of the day and night. You can easily hear them in a tent trailer. That may not be true in a TT or motor home. The town of Boardman is nothing special. Come to this park to relax, enjoy the river access and do nothing. We camped at Boardman Marina Park in a Tent Trailer.

This RV park is great. It has a lot of grass, sites are far apart and paths for walking and riding your bike. Here is my only concern and it's enough that we would not stay here again. The TRAIN! Kept us up most of the night. Honking it's horn as it passed multiple times in the night and early morning. I realize it's not the park's fault, but we did not know we were close to train tracks when we checked in. We should have been told. It's too bad, otherwise this is a beautiful place to camp. We camped at Boardman Marina Park in a Fifth Wheel.
Good Sam rate. This is a beautiful park. Lots of grass. Playgrounds. Walking trails along the river. Friendly staff. Even had an ice cream truck that comes around in the evening with reasonable prices. Would definitely stay here again. We camped at Boardman Marina Park in a Motorhome.
This is a gem of a little municipal campground located on the Columbia River. Sites are well spaced, and there's plenty of shade. Sites are roomy and paved, but some are a little bumpy. WiFi is free with a strong signal. Good off-air TV reception. We camped at Boardman Marina Park in a Fifth Wheel.
We love this resort! So much room between rigs, and the setting is more like a park than a RV resort, with grass everywhere and mature (shady) trees. Walking paths to the nearby marina, great Wi-Fi (easy to stream Netflix movies), nice selection of digital TV channels. There's a train track nearby, but while a train rumbles by every now and then, at least it's not blowing the whistle. Boardman is a tiny town, but there is a grocery store, several gas stations and a few restaurants (head east along the river to the nearby River Lodge and Grill, which has pretty decent food - a walking path connects it to the RV park). The only fly in the ointment is their reservation system. We were told to move from our waterfront spot into a central spot, and then watched as our old waterfront spot sat empty all night long. We camped at Boardman Marina Park in a Motorhome.
Rate is Good Sam. What a gem! Extra big, huge sites (talking about the pullthrus), backins were huge too. We stayed at site 34. Super maintained, nice grass. WiFi is free and very good. Reception on the antenna great. Very quiet and beautiful views of the Columbia river. The train is beside the campground but you only hear the engines. Normally we avoid camps with trains nearby but this did not bother us at all. We sure will come back. We camped at Boardman Marina Park in a Fifth Wheel.
Staying here for a couple of nights while heading for the Oregon coast. We have site 33, which is a pull-through interior site. Lots of grass with a well kept campground. Campground charges $5.00 to make a reservation. Would stay here again when passing through. We camped at Boardman Marina Park in a Motorhome.
Date of Stay: January, 2014 - $32.00
We stayed for a month in the off season. The monthly rate was 340.00 included power. Very quiet (except for occasional trains)and well maintained. We camped at Boardman Marina Park in a Travel Trailer.
Date of Stay: September, 2013 - $29.00
What a wonderful park! Great setting right on Columbia River. Sites are nice and deep and there is a ton of room around each site with gorgeous green lawns and wonderful shade trees. Great camp host. Only drawback is that it is a bit tight to turn a big rig into some of the back ins. But it is worth it to stay here. Fishing available and a great park right next door - they even had a car show while we were here! We camped at Boardman Marina Park in a Fifth Wheel.
