The sites are quite spacious, WiFi was good, restrooms clean & well-equipped, and the location was perfect. It sits on the Columbia River, with a (short) bike path along the river and there are large expanses of green grass for common areas. We don't have a boat but many did make use of the marina there as well. The price was also good and lower than the comparable parks in the area. A pleasant surprise. We camped at Boardman Marina Park in a Truck Camper.

We took a chance - it was July 4th, they had 2 sites available ! It was a back in, not on the water, but with a water view, the "mighty Columbia"
Our site had some shade, I believe it was 50amps and ok wifi. Needed to position further back the next morning to use the sewer. Surprisingly quiet for a holiday weekend, lots of boats, kids, dogs etc. Nice walking path by the river. Bonus for us was the excellent firework display down by the Marina. We enjoyed our stay. We camped at Boardman Marina Park in a Motorhome.

Boardman RV Park and Resort has many mature trees and grass through out the park. Our site was very level and spacious; there was approx. 60-80 feet between our site and other sites. Very quiet and peaceful sitting along the Columbia River. Washing and drying is $1.00 each. No cable TV, WiFi was working really well when we got there but then it got spotty. There are train track nearby, but not a big thing, in fact, it's was kind of nice to hear the train go by as they did not use their horn. Worse thing is the limited amount of over-air TV channels plus the signal breaks up. Bathrooms were average, nothing special, and they were clean. There is a nice bike path that goes east and west from the park. The camp hosts were really wonderful. We camped in a 30ft motorhome and would definitely return. I would give the park a 10 for location and beauty, but the bathrooms and showers are older. We camped at Boardman Marina Park in a Motorhome.

Beautiful views on the Columbia River. BIG grassy sites, lovely big shade trees, quite (only heard distant rumbling of train seldom) peaceful setting. Friendly staff. Great bike path, close to town so rode bikes into town for groceries. Was asked if we wanted riverview, figured why not, the site took a little maneuvering on my husband part, but make it happen for this perfect site! Extended our stay & would have stayed longer if we didn't have some where else we had to be. Only downside, what we call sand spurs back home, gave me a flat on my bike. We camped at Boardman Marina Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is an outstanding RV park, one of the best that we have stayed in. The sites are simply HUGE - you could have family softball games on some of them. Plus there are expansive areas of well maintained green lawn. This park was developed by the City of Boardman which is perhaps why they made everything so spacious. A private commercial park on this site would probably have twice as many sites.

Hookups worked perfectly. We were in a smaller ring that overlooked the marina which I liked better than the river waterfront sites. Great sunsets.

Everything very well maintained. While Boardman is a major agricultural area, there's not much to make it a destination for tourists. My sense is that this was a "build it and they will come effort". Which has succeeded - the park was full while we were there. Not sure about the nightly rate as we were there with an Airstream rally with about 20 trailers with payment in advance.

There's a very nice park across the marina with good walking trails. Dozen of Canada geese and hundreds of goslings. Fortunately the Moms and Dads were mellow.

We would look forward to staying here again. We camped at Boardman Marina Park in a Travel Trailer.

Don't miss the Sage Museum (Sustainable Agriculture and Energy) about a mile from the park. Very well done, informative hands-on displays and worth a visit. Tillamook ice cream too.

Our rate reflects a Good Sam rate. We stopped here for the night after we tried to stay at Le Page Park which wasn't open yet. It was busy despite the less-than-perfect weather and Sunday night stay, but there were plenty of spots available. #1 was a back in and was level. It looked out beyond the other loop to the water. We enjoyed walking on the path along the river. Bathrooms were serviceably clean. Wifi did not work, but we had 2 bars of ATT LTE. We camped at Boardman Marina Park in a Travel Trailer.

We arrived here later than planned and after dark which was probably a mistake. A lot of these sites are reserved for months at a time probably due to the excellent location and low rates. We arrived at the registration kiosk after hours and the explanation for which sites was available was fairly straight forward with the large board they have setup. We were hoping for a pull-thru as we are a 38' motorhome with a 22' TOAD. There were maybe 5 of the 15 pull-thrus available. We passed 3 of them due to the terrible unevenness (looks like roots have wrecked the level of the asphalt), 1 because the neighbor was parking in the pull-through area and the last one we couldn't get level. (We tried multiple times and we always exceeded the limits of our stabilizers.) The roads are pretty narrow for a big rig and I had to get out of the coach several times to ensure I wouldn't hit anything (probably would have been easier during the day). We finally resorted to unhooking the TOAD and picking a back in site. Took 3 tries to get level and had to resort to driving up on blocks in order to avoid the front tires from being off the ground. Wifi was actually very good compared to most RV parks. We didn't try the dish, but I would be skeptical about the reception. It's a catch 22, as the mature landscape makes for a great atmosphere but for poor reception. Awesome amount of space between the sites and beats the heck out of being sandwiched in somewhere. Overall scores are: Site Availability - B; Site Levelness - C+; Views - A; Maneuverability - B-; Wifi- A+; Long Term Stay - A; Short Term Stay - B-. We camped at Boardman Marina Park in a Motorhome.

Loved this park, we backed in right up against the Columbia river, rode our bikes on great trails along the river and marina. It appears the park is managed by the city or county, in any case it's one the best RV park experiences we've had so far. Friendly staff, let us pick out own spot.

Satellite placement required several attempts because of trees, ATT worked fine. Only complaint was the gravel pad had a lot of sand in it, so tracking sand into the RV was a minor problem, but we'd go back in a minute. We camped at Boardman Marina Park in a Travel Trailer.

Very good free WiFi, lots of HD reception on the Antenna. Big, huge, sites. We had an easy back-inn near the river, but the pull thrus are great to. The only thing is the train! it is almost running inside the campground. But! still a beautifull place to stay for a week, even with the train. We sure will come back. This is a city park and is older but very nice. The sites are paved as are the roads. There are both pull thru and back in's. The road ways are narrow some of the back ins would be hard with a big rig. All the pull thu's are fine with any size unit. There is grass between the sites. There are also trees, it is a park like setting. The sites are spacious. Some of the sites would be hard for a satellite, others are fine. The views of the river are great. Paved walking path around the park and marina make for a nice walk. The services are all good (No Cable). The wifi is better than most parks. We camped at Boardman Marina Park in a Fifth Wheel.

The park was very busy when we arrived and had a sign to say no vacancies. Check in was very professional and fast. The road to our pull through was narrow and we were not able to make the turn so had to go round a loop to face the correct way.

Many of the sites are very short - we had a pull through which worked for our 41' unit. We had requested a river view but were told that those sites were too short for us to use.

Large sites and lots of trees for shade, we also had a privacy fence as we were alongside the main highway.

The park has 2 washing machines and 2 driers which cost $1 each, powder and washing liquid are available for 75c each also. The driers were old and had some rust spots on them.

The restrooms were also tired looking but adequate, accessible for those with mobility issues although the toilets themselves are quite low. The toilets were in need of cleaning but it was a busy weekend and they may have been cleaned earlier in the day. I did not use the shower but they are small and there is very little room to get dressed etc.

The free Wifi was very good and I was able to stream a program to watch on my laptop. There are a few digital channels but no cable.

We had booked 5 nights here and enjoyed the peace and quiet. We camped at Boardman Marina Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Boardman is a very small town with a few eating/fast food places. Groceries need to be brought with you as there didn't seem to be a grocery store; we travelled to Hermiston which was 20 miles away and found a good selection of places to eat, stores, Walmart, Home Depot etc.

The nightly rate I have indicated is based on five nights, including all taxes and GS discounts. Check-in was simple, perhaps because I had booked and paid for our site in advance. The young girl at the registration office was pleasant and cordial giving us directions to our site - no pilot escorts here.
We have a pull through site that was more of a lay-by, running parallel to the campground roads. It and the roads are asphalt, in good condition but fairly narrow. Our site was also alongside the public road on the perimeter of the campground. The site was fairly level and long enough for our 41' 5er after some maneuvering.
We had 50amp power, water and sewer. 30amp was also on the site. There was a large gravel patio with a fixed in place bench table and seating. This looked very weathered and you'd be prone to splinters and snagging you clothes sitting at them. There was also a small fire grate. The sites were very well spaced apart but not particularly private. Many sites had mature shade trees. There is no cable and satellite would depend on the trees around you but we did get a dozen or so OTA tv channels. Sites along the river looked very nice and had a paved footpath running parallel to the river.
The washroom block was clean but dated. Three stalls and two showers - that we did not use. There was no privacy for drying or dressing. Laundry was $1 for a 30 minute wash and $1 for a 50 minute dry. Two of each machines. Also a payphone on site. All disable accessible.
Small play area for kids, lots of soft, green grass to walk on. No street lights.
WalMart is 20 miles away. The wi-fi is included in the rate and was pretty strong but intermittent. Plenty of garbage bins around the CG which resembles a municipal park. There are frequent and noisy trains running within 100 yrs of the CG. On our last night there must have been 8 or 9. Some noise too from I-84. We camped at Boardman Marina Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We wont be back this way for a while, so I guess its ok to let the cat out of the bag. This was a nice place, at a very reasonable price. The only nit was the train. Perhaps 200 yards from our space. It was quite noisy. Without the train, this place gets a 9.5. Paved roads and spaces. We camped at Boardman Marina Park in a Fifth Wheel.
