Not much more to say. What everyone has said it on the mark. Power and water are good. I have a 43' rv and fills up the site. Had to back out because the roads are too narrow. Park is old and lots of junk all over the place from the long time stays. Because I have to hook my car and back out I will not stay here again. Came here to get work done on my rv. We camped at Eugene Kamping World RV Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

Older park, narrow sites. It's off the I-5 freeway about 3 blocks, so you don't notice the freeway noise. The staff members are friendly. Overall, this park is somewhat dated, and not maintained to exacting standards. It is, however, in a nice setting with lots of mature trees and grass. For us, it is a much better place to stay than its much newer counterpart on the east side of I-5, which is right on the heavily traveled freeway. Having stayed at both parks, if you want a quiet night's sleep, choose this one. We camped at Eugene Kamping World RV Park in a Truck Camper.

Date of Stay: August, 2017 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

Old park with many permanent residents who keep junk under/around their rigs. Most sites don't even have septic, and the dump station is a little awkward to get to. This is an ok place to spend a night or two, but if you're looking for a week or more, find something else. Cable is intermittent, wifi drops suddenly and stays down for hours. Restrooms/showers are old and need an upgrade, but they are clean enough and there is plenty of hot water. Laundry is relatively cheap, and the driers are good. We camped at Eugene Kamping World RV Park in a Motorhome.

Staying here for a couple of nights to get work done next week. Our pullthru site requires us removing our tow car and backing out of site. Old park and it shows. Lots of long term campers with stuff crammed under their rigs. Mold on several rvs. Management doesn't seem to care. Took 3 hoses to get to dump hole. Wifi cuts you off most of the time. Had to use our Verizon to get email. Ok, for a short stay, but not for us long term. Also screaming kids running thru your site as well. We camped at Eugene Kamping World RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is an older park with some permanent RVs and some storage. The sites are close together. Easy access to Eugene. Distant road noise. Wifi did not work during our stay but we were told a new system was being installed and should be up and running in a few days. We camped at Eugene Kamping World RV Park in a Motorhome.

This place is OK for an overnight. Not far from I-5, but it's not much to look at. The dumpsters were overflowing and even though we had a pull-through site, had to back out to leave. We were lucky the site behind us was vacant. It is OK for what it is but not a place you would want to hang around. We camped at Eugene Kamping World RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Older park in need of updating, however, it worked well for us. Far enough off I-5 so you don't hear freeway roar. We had power and water, but had to use a sewer dump on the way out. MANY long term residents, probably 50 - 75%, but everyone was friendly, including the staff. Pretty good for a few nights or overnighting while travelling I-5. Camping World 1/2 mile away. Marathon Coach manufacturing 1/2 mile away. Truck stop across the street with a pretty good restaurant. We would stay here again. We camped at Eugene Kamping World RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Helpful, friendly office staff - family-run. Everything a bit tattered but in a good way - old campground, well-maintained. We stay here when visiting family in Eugene and prefer it to the fancier RV park across the freeway, probably because with our small camper van we feel more at home. Long, long ago this was a KOA. Older park with long term residents but well maintained and clean. Good clean free showers. There's a truck centre behind so get a site away from that end for quiet but then wifi might be weak. We camped at Eugene Kamping World RV Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

Very tight turns and narrow roads. This is an older park and not designed for big rigs. Although they say pull-through sites, it is so tight we had to back out. There are cars, campers, and trailers hanging out into the street to make driving difficult. Electric was good, Wi-Fi was not so good. Many long time people here making it look more like a trailer park. A few feral dogs running free. We stayed one night and would not stay again. They charge extra for each kid, never understand this, our 2 didn't even get out of the rig. They have an old playground but I wouldn't consider it family friendly since they charge extra (kind of like a fine) if you have kids. We camped at Eugene Kamping World RV Park in a Motorhome.

I have been staying here monthly, for about 4 months. The sites are fairly close together. The park is well maintained. Prices are competitive. Office has a small store with very few items. There is a T/A truck stop on the same road, for any must have items. A new Camping World is just up the road, to be opened Spring of 2014. Propane sales on site. Very friendly staff. Fills up rather quickly during football season, UofO Ducks. Great over night campground. We camped at Eugene Kamping World RV Park in a Motorhome.

It is an adequate overnight stop and convenient to I-5. We arrived after the office closed and self-registered, calculating the Good Sam discount as best we could. The friendly manager charged us a bit less in the morning. Older facilities but the common areas were clean. Long-term residents around the perimeter of the facility, but it seemed quiet and secure. Wi-Fi was not accessible from our site which was well away from the office. We camped at Eugene Kamping World RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Overall Rating:

I'm glad I did not read the recent reviews of this park, because I would probably not have stopped. For me, this park worked great as a one-night stopover. It was located close to I-5 and easy to find. I arrived after the office closed, but they had a very thorough and easy-to-understand check-in process. The pull-through site I selected was just around the corner from the office and accommodated my RV perfectly. The site was level and the Wi-Fi worked just fine. The only issue was the sewer connection, which was too far to easily hook up. I remedied that problem by using the dump station as I was leaving. I would definitely stop here again if I was in the area. We camped at Eugene Kamping World RV Park in a Motorhome.

The pull-through sites were very close together. Had to take our tow off the tow dolly in order to make the turns inside the park. The office was very friendly. It was quiet. We camped at Eugene Kamping World RV Park in a Motorhome.
