Beautiful park right on the beach! Would live here if I could. Restrooms and showers were clean. Lots were sunny and open. Site surface was asphalt and featured a picnic table. We camped at Sea and Sand RV Park in a Motorhome.

If you like gravel, very tight spaces, difficult manuverability and questionable staff, this is your park. We were assigned a 16' X 32' space for our 27' TT and 19' pickup. Could not open slide all the way. Tried to relocate, staff unable to help. Noted 9 spaces empty which were better than our assigned space that evening. Same 9 spaces still vacant in the AM. We will not spend another night at this facility. No refunds. We camped at Sea and Sand RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Great location right off the beach with unimpeded view of the ocean. This park is all about the view, not a lot of park amenities as such. But, great wi-fi, one of the best we've had anywhere with easy access. Conveniently located near Depoe Bay. We camped at Sea and Sand RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Depoe Bay has some nice restaurants and great place to trinket shop if you'd like. I recommend staying at the camp ground and walk along the beach.

Had reservations to stay 4 nights. Had to cancel early due to tornado warnings. They said that would never happen there and that I would forfeit my deposit. Well, it did happen. Sites are very close together. Staff is not friendly at all and not accommodating. They did not honor their rain check policy either. Will never book there again. We camped at Sea and Sand RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Has both wooded and oceanside/oceanview gravel sites with the ocean sites on three terraced levels. Lower two levels have on-site parking, but have a road between sites and ocean. Upper level has unobstructed view but sites are narrow and tow vehicle parking in adjacent lot; however, visitors often park in those spots so no space for registered vehicles. Rest rooms and showers clean and modern with one facility in wooded area and another by the ocean sites. Well-stocked store and friendly and cooperative staff. Tip on reserving ocean sites...prime sites (88-94) are taken a year out...we have reserved our site for 2017. We camped at Sea and Sand RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Clean, well-kept park. Gravel roads. Spaces somewhat tight. Beautiful beach. There is a tree hanging slightly into the road that we managed to scrape with the top edge of our fifth wheel when we were attempting a wide turn! (Apparently, we weren't the first--large area of bark scraped off.) Ended up costing $7000 to repair. Thank goodness for insurance! We camped at Sea and Sand RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

The assistant manager that rides around in a golf cart all day has a prior work history of 25 yrs as a prison guard. And, it shows! If I knew how to contact the person managing the estate of this property I would certainly notify them. The rv park is in pretty good condition, clean yet nothing special, but the main thing it has going for it is a 2 minute walk to the beach.

When I informed the assistant managers wife in the office that 80% of dissatisfied customers leave without complaining, she insisted that was merely my opinion. Later I did my research and it's actually.....96% of unhappy customers don't complain, however 91% of those will simply leave and never come back

My husband and I will consider returning to this rv park when it is under new management. Worst experience we've ever had!! We camped at Sea and Sand RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Really, nice, clean, well kept park. Seems to be a park geared more for the retired, over 55 crowd with either motor homes or trailers/5th wheels.

Nothing for kids to do other than ride a bike or play on the beach. No playground, pool, or hot tub.

Sites are REALLY close together. Parking for 'extra' vehicles seems to be a problem at the sites and you cannot park in front of your rig.

We probably won't be back until we don't own a pickup camper because they don't let you off load your camper from the pickup. Doesn't matter if you lower it to the ground or not, NO OFF LOADING. We knew this coming in. If you plan a week here and have a truck camper, we'd recommend you find a park that let's you off load...unless you don't mind being 'trapped' or having to disconnect each time you want to go

The showers --yes, they are tile, private and super clean, HOWEVER, the water runs for only 15 seconds before you have to push the button again...and again....and again...until you're finished. We understand the 'save water' aspect, but please set the run time for 60 seconds.

The 'quiet after 10pm' rule doesn't seem to be enforced in this VERY close to your neighbor campground. When your neighbors are drunk and loudly laughing around their propane campfire at 11:30pm, it's a little (LOT!) irritating.

While we didn't have any difficulty on the trail to the beach, a handicapped or elderly person who has difficulty walking would not make it to/from the beach.

Clean! Clean! Clean! We can't say enough about how clean and well kept this park is. They even sweep the errant rocks from the roadways back into the sites AND they rake the sites after people leave. Nice, level sites, too.

The woman in the office is really, really nice and helpful.

The store has basic things, nice gifts and ICE CREAM!!!!! We camped at Sea and Sand RV Park in a Truck Camper.

Choose an ocean site for full ocean view, but it can get windy.

If you don't want wind, choose a forest site.

Fantastic view of the ocean if located in the ocean area slots. All services were great and the staff very friendly. Cost a little more but the view was wonderful. Spaces 84 - 88 are great for motor homes. Will return every chance we get to stay on the Oregon Coast. We camped at Sea and Sand RV Park in a Motorhome.

Very nice clean friendly park. The laundry had older machines but clean and worked well. The nice tile showers had heated floors! We were back up the hill from the beach front spots and out of the gale force winds. Very quiet and peaceful. We camped at Sea and Sand RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Depoe Bay is a very nice small town with lots of tourist shopping. Newport is just south of Depoe Bay and Lincoln City just a few miles north. Lots to see and do for everyone.

One of the nicest and cleanest parks we have stayed at. We stayed on the second row looking at the ocean front. We did not have any trouble backing into the site but we are only 25 feet long. A longer motorhome could have some difficulty. We camped at Sea and Sand RV Park in a Motorhome.

We stayed just one night in April. The view (when it was clear) could not be beat. We had a truly ocean view campsite. It would have been really wonderful on sunny day, but it was rainy and foggy the one day we were there so I don't think we got to enjoy it the way we hoped. Sites were very close together and with our 29' motorhome it took a few tries to back into the site without being too close to someone else.

I think if we stayed there next time, we'd be a little further up on the hill so we could have some trees and be closer to the bathrooms. It was a hike up the hill to get to those things.

Person who helped me on the phone and in person was very friendly and kind. We camped at Sea and Sand RV Park in a Motorhome.

When we review an RV Park, we try to set a # rating in comparison to others in the area. Our nightly rate is "Good Sam" discount. When we set up, our very long TV cable would not reach our trailer hook up (because the outlet was at the front of our site, but we managed to run the cable under the trailer to the next site, that had two hook ups at the back of the site. You should be aware that toilet flushing affects the shower flow. There are 48 decent TV channels on cable, and about 6 HD channels OTA. Thankfully, the managers are strict about cleaning up after your dogs. There is a short well maintained path walkway to the beach, with a doggy station at the top. Sites are a bit uneven, but RVers should know, and if not, learn to deal with that. The park is very quiet at night, and we got the most restful sleep here, on this trip. We would stay here again when passing through. We camped at Sea and Sand RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
