Dirt roads and pads, some very unlevel. One shower and bathroom for this many sites and some very tight spots made me give this a 7. Pretty area with lots of trees. Due to the drought, it was very dry and dusty when we were there. It is close to Crater Lake park, 15 miles from the campground to the lake, 3 miles to the north entrance. Wifi did not work for us that the park provided but got some signal with Verizon so my phone hot spot did work at times. We camped at Diamond Lake RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

This park is in a beautiful setting. It is near the Crater Lake National Park. The spaces are gravel with concrete pads for tables, etc. Some of the pads are at odd angles. We could not get on the wifi. When ask about wifi the staff including a woman who claimed to be the manager, only made excuses. Since we depend heavily on internet service, we decided to leave a night early. The manager refused to refund that night's rent. We will not go back to this park. We camped at Diamond Lake RV Park in a Motorhome.

Diamond Lake RV park is a beautiful location for any length getaway. The sites are well-maintained and most are on dirt or gravel. There are no concrete pads to park on but a number of the sites offer a concrete patio, and each site offers a picnic table and fire ring. Big rig sites are easily accessible with solid 50 amp. Although the park "offers" Wi-Fi, don't count on the service being fast enough to load any Internet page. The entire park is clean and there are many trail heads that spur from the park itself and offer excellent off leash opportunities for the dogs. The owners of the park are often on site and are just as friendly as the park managers. Even on a holiday weekend, the park is a peaceful and enjoyable place to be. Just walk across the street to the pizzeria and ice cream or launch your boat for fishing or kayaking opportunities. An excellent hub to Crater Lake, we look forward to visiting this park each year. We camped at Diamond Lake RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

The friendly staff at this park guides you in parking amid their many trees. Roads are paved; sites are gravel with concrete patios and towering trees crowded alongside. Basic utilities were good, wifi was very slow, a weak off-network AT&T phone signal could only be reached with a roof-mounted antenna; satellite TV reception was unexpected but good due to lucky site assignment. The office had books and DVDs available. Bathrooms were very clean. We would stay here again. The rate reflects a Good Sam discount. We camped at Diamond Lake RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We learned about this great RV Park from a camping neighbor along the way while traveling on Oregon. Really glad we stayed here. I am not giving it a ten only because it would have been nice to have some connectivity. We had absolutely no WiFi, or cell phone service even though they say they do, no satellite although our neighbor did. This RV Park is simply beautiful nestled in the pines close to Diamond Lake. We were close to Crater Lake where we spent the day hiking .When we arrived the attendant accompanies you to your site and was extremely friendly. If you must use your cell phone or internet all you have to do is drive out of the park and up on the highway and you can connect. Sites have a fire pit and table. Would stay here again. We camped at Diamond Lake RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Beautiful, clean campground across the street from Diamond Lake. Best RV spot if you want to visit Crater Lake. Staff was very friendly and helpful on where to visit and what to see while at the campground. Beautiful waterfalls out Hwy 138 a short drive from the campground. We camped at Diamond Lake RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Price without discounts but they take AAA and Good Sam for nightly spots, not weekly. We were here over a busy weekend and week. Bathrooms remained clean and garbage and recycle picked up throughout our stay. You must be there by 8 PM, which requires some planning as it is a remote site and traffic on I-5 unpredictable. Be sure to gas up when you leave the expressway and come stocked with groceries. Wi-Fi and cell phone service not existent. We used an old calling card and phone by bathrooms to notify our family of our safe arrival. Sites were kept clean and fire rings cleaned between stays. Sites are gravel and got pretty dirty and dusty but this is a remote and priceless area. They help you park your rig, which is so appreciated by other RVers. Lots of people bring their dogs and boats but not an issue as rules are enforced. Loved walking paved path around the lake in the evening and so much to explore in the area. Park hosts/manager very helpful and knowledgeable. This is camping like it used to be, not jamming huge rigs side by side in a parking lot. We camped at Diamond Lake RV Park in a Motorhome.

Our favorite thing about this park was the paved hike/bike path around Diamond Lake (across the road). We were assigned a gravel pull-thru site with full hookups. There were lots of trees, but no problems with maneuvering. Mosquitoes were quite active during our June visit. Groceries were rather limited in the area, but Crater Lake was quite close. We camped at Diamond Lake RV Park in a Motorhome.

This RV park is in a great setting at Diamond Lake; our site had a partial lake view through the trees. The trail around the lake is very nearby, as is a pizza parlor. The staff was pleasant and definitely made sure that park rules were obeyed -- which is OK by me. The restrooms and showers were adequate during our stay, but the park was not full. There was another restroom/shower facility in the park but it was being "remodeled." Our only real disappointment was the SLOW Wi-Fi. We camped at Diamond Lake RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

This is a beautiful campground and is just a short path away from Diamond Lake. The staff is friendly. The sites are large enough for big rigs and very level. The only reason I did not give it a 10 is because the Wi-Fi is terrible and there is no cable, which means without a satellite service you have no TV. The entire camp was very clean. We camped at Diamond Lake RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is a very rustic RV park located in a National Forest. Sites are scattered among pine trees, but the trees are trimmed well enough to not be a problem for big rigs. The bathhouses and showers are modern and spotless. The park may be a bit difficult to find. There's only one sign (at the entrance), Magellan GPS doesn't know that Diamond Lake exists, and the sign for their road, Diamond Lake Loop, is easy to miss. This may be the quietest campground we've been in, and it is convenient for exploring Crater Lake National Park and the forests and mountains in the area. We camped at Diamond Lake RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

New restrooms, but very low water pressure in the shower, and an extremely slow hand-drier. There are tiny pine needles all over the camping sites, and with Oregon's usual every-day rain, the pine needles make a mess being tracked in your camper (even with an exterior doormat). The hosts want everyone to have long-standing reservations even when they have more than half the sites vacant. We camped at Diamond Lake RV Park in a Motorhome.

Rate includes Good Sam. Nice park with good utilities, clean bath house and friendly staff. Close to Crater Lake and nice drives and hikes. Lodge and pizza place close by. Bad AT&T cell/air card, but did get Direct TV signal. Would return, but earlier in the season. It was cold with snow. We camped at Diamond Lake RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is the only location for large rigs visiting Crater Lake. The turns within the park are very tight for large rigs. The pull throughs also have very tight turns. The water and the electric are located at the front of the sites. The sewer is centrally located, but runs uphill. The sites are not level so plan to bring blocking. There is a great bike trail that goes around the lake. We camped at Diamond Lake RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
