Appealing, densely forested park. Helpful hosts, paved sites, good restaurants in nearest town. Would be 10 except for: very low voltage on weekend / no sewer / bathrooms not cleaned daily (all 6 t.p. rolls empty; same trash in shower was there 2 days later). We camped at Milo McIver State Park in a Motorhome.Undo

Sites are huge with a firepit and picnic table. Most sites are fairly level and easy to back into. Large trees surround the campsites and park. There were a few areas that the branches (small) were tight for our 40' motorhome. This park has a huge dog area about a 1/2 mile from the campsites. Cell service was very good, however our satellite would not work. Overall this is a real gem. We camped at Milo McIver State Park in a Motorhome.Undo

This was a beautiful park. The campsites were very large, treed and private with a fire pit and picnic bench. There are lots of trails, and it's easy walking distance to the river and fish hatchery, from the campsite. The roads were paved so the kids could ride their bikes. Everyone was very quiet in the evening. Liked the 1pm check-out time. We would come back. We camped at Milo McIver State Park in a Motorhome.Undo

Great state park, off the beaten path but Portland is only about 14 miles away. Great sites located in tall timber. The only thing we didn't like about this park was the strange reservation system Oregon uses. The hosts don't know which sites are reserved until the day of the reservation. So, if you pull in and take an open spot, you may have to move the next day to accommodate a reservation. We had to move 3 times in 3 days, and decided to go elsewhere. (Barton Park is only 9 miles from Estacada.) The moral of this story is to not go to this park without advance reservations. We camped at Milo McIver State Park in a Motorhome.Undo

Heavily wood park with beautiful large spots. All RV spots have a fire ring and picnic table. Day use area has river access and an 18 hole Frisbee golf course. There are walking trails, biking trails and horse trails throughout the park. I would stay here again. We camped at Milo McIver State Park in a Travel Trailer.Undo

Campground is heavily wooded with trails and open recreational areas, beautifully green, adjacent to an impressive (Clackamas) river, though no riverside sites. Equestrian park nearby. Convenient to Portland area. Sites are sizeable and relatively private. We camped at Milo McIver State Park in a Travel Trailer.Undo
