On the news of a 97 degree heat wave, we called and asked if there was a shaded site available. They listened and accommodated our request. The sites are asphalt or concrete, narrow but long and level. Our prior tenant was late leaving, but the office immediately dispatched someone to communicate with the late party and offered us a space in overflow parking. The saturday morning pancake breakfast was a nice touch. Restrooms were separate which offers a nice privacy. We were happy to stay here. We camped at Deerwood RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

This really is a very nice small park just south of Eugene. As others have noted it is well run, well maintained and the layout is carefully planned. Pancake breakfast on Saturadays is a fun feature. We stayed here for ten days and will come back. The cost is reasonable for what is offered. The employees are all great. The washing machine area is new and modern. There are just two bathrooms and they are combined with the two showers. There some amenities not included. No store, no pool...fine with us, Eugene has lots of support for RVers. No pet walking area...we don't have pets. There is a very nice green space in the middle of the park. No fire rings. No trash pick up but bins and recycling are nearby. BTW, the spaces nearest the road are too close to traffic if you don't have your AC running or can hear. It is well worth a few extra dollars for a premium space. We camped at Deerwood RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Stayed here for 4 months. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The park is very well run and clean. Pads are all asphalt and mostly level. Adequate space between units. A couple of the sites are a little tricky to back in to without getting on the grass. Would be nice if the pads were just a bit wider. Dish Satellite receiver worked well in our site, but some of the sites had more trees, so would let them know you have a receiver. I would definitely stay here again. They do get busy on football weekends and in the summer, so suggest reserving ahead. We camped at Deerwood RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

The rate reflects a monthly rate. Verizon 4g was good here. The wifi was better then most parks, but had an extra $10 a month fee. The bathrooms are cleaned daily and are very nice. The location of the park was convenient to Eugene and Springfield. There is only 2 things wrong with this park. The 1st that there is only 2 bathrooms, so you have to wait sometimes to take a shower. The 2nd problem is the more serious one. Theft here is very bad. I talked to many long time residents and they said it was a problem. I personally had stuff stolen that was chained up. This place has potential to be great, but until they hire night security they are going to be #2 in Eugene. We camped at Deerwood RV Park in a Motorhome.

Wonderful Park. We had a shaded spot with a patio. You do hear the noise of I-5 in the background but it becomes white noise. We slept with the crickets and frog noises lulling us to sleep. We had a very long back in site which was easy to maneuver into. We stayed an extra day because it was so pleasant. We camped at Deerwood RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is a very nice, clean, well maintained campground. But the interior road is very narrow so you have to take it slow. A lot of trees and grass and a lot of long sites. Some sites have patios. Some open, others under trees. We were parked at the end of the loop and close to the highway that runs along the campground. That is the main reason I don't think we'll stay here again. The noise was constant all day. Just a little less at night. Maybe a site in the back would be quieter. Check-in was fast and welcoming. We camped at Deerwood RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is a very nice wooded and landscaped RV Park with pull-through sites 1/2 mile off I-5. The pads are a little narrow. The staff is friendly. I've stayed here twice. We camped at Deerwood RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Friendly staff, Immaculate restrooms and showers. Very nice park. We spent one night in a deluxe site. It had shade. Sites are paved and fairly level. On the phone for reservations and when we checked in, we were treated as valued customers. We would definitely stay here again. We camped at Deerwood RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Most sites are back-in and ours was long enough for our 40 foot motor home and toad. Sites are level concrete pads with a small patio and grass in between, with good separation between neighbors. There are many trees but none blocked our satellite TV. The park was landscaped and immaculate, and the front desk staff friendly. Wi-Fi is adequate. Good Verizon 3G/4G service. Cable TV has a modest number of channels. The park is probably the nicest one in the Eugene area but a bit on the pricey side given the level of amenities. One annoyance is that there is only one set of dumpsters for the entire park and they were quite full during our entire stay. We like this park and it is very convenient to visiting family but we will probably try another park further away next time. We camped at Deerwood RV Park in a Motorhome.

Park is nicely laid out, but there is road noise that dissipates at night. We had an adequate paved pull-through that was not quite level--required leveling blocks. We were able to remain hitched. The restrooms close at night and do not open until 7am, which we thought was inconvenient. We camped at Deerwood RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Rate reflects a weekly rate. This park is well kept with paved roads and concrete pads. There are only two showers/restrooms and two laundry rooms. If staying here you will need something to do outside the campground as there are zero amenities. Traffic noise is an issue especially if on the sites that sit adjacent the highway. Price is high for considering no amenities. Cable worked; however, the wi-fi did not. There are other options in the area, and we will not stay here again. We camped at Deerwood RV Park in a Motorhome.

Deerwood is a very well maintained and clean campground. There are several units that look like they are pretty much full time but areas around them are extremely neat and well kept. Our back in site was very long and paved. Be sure to be prepared to have blocks or legos under your leveling system. Great way to keep from damaging paved areas. Cute table and 2 chairs at each site rather than picnic table. Very tight entry and exit area. Not enough room for 2 units coming and going. We had to wait until someone checking in was done before we could exit which caused a small backup in exiting rigs. Some road noise even at night causes us to give only a 9 instead of a 10. We camped at Deerwood RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Very clean, park like setting. Easy access from I-5 although the entrance to park could be marked better when coming from that direction. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Loved the setting and privacy. Would definitely stay again. We camped at Deerwood RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is a nice park with beautiful landscaping --- lots of shrubs and flowers, with a large lawn in the center of the park with a picnic area, where a Saturday morning breakfast is offered. The sites are asphalt, about 16-18 feet apart; we had no trouble backing our 40-foot RV into it. The park requires all RV's and fifth wheels to use leveling blocks to prevent damage to the asphalt, so be prepared. The only negative was that there is some traffic noise, making at times, conversation outdoors, difficult by hard-of-hearing people. This is not a big problem, but can be an annoyance. We camped at Deerwood RV Park in a Motorhome.

Very clean, immaculately landscaped park. Our back-in site was paved and level. Wi-fi was adequate. Good Verizon signal. The road through the park is a bit too narrow and winding for a long motor home like ours, but we didn't hit anything. Not much in the way of amenities, but we were visiting family, and it was very conveniently located. The cable TV had only a small number of channels, and trees blocked our satellite dish. We would stay here again but mostly because of its location. We camped at Deerwood RV Park in a Motorhome.
