Many sites are nice. Our #34 was small, tight, and difficult to back into with our 40ft coach and a party across the road. Bathrooms while large and clean, are a long ways away and there are only 2 of them for 75 sites. The park is well laid out and sites are paved and level. Wifi is very good. Though cable TV is avail., there is no ESPN channel. We camped at Deerwood RV Park in a Motorhome.

We stayed here on a trip from Hood River area to So Cal. Only stayed a couple of days but the park and staff were great. The sites are paved and they request use of plastic pads under the leveling devices. Sites are level. We camped at Deerwood RV Park in a Motorhome.

A beautifully maintained park with a professional and friendly office staff. Much depends on the site - the back-in sites on the exterior of the loop are shady with a large grass area and a couple of chairs. No fires allowed and no picnic tables furnished. WiFi worked well, and Verizon cell/data were strong. Ask for a satellite friendly site due to the trees. The cable was analog and fuzzy, but OTA antennae will receive the network channels. A drawback is the one-way, one lane loop; someone hooking/unhooking a tow or having trouble backing in can hold up other vehicles for quite some time. The rate is a bit high, but the location, just a short drive to downtown Eugene, is a big selling point. We camped at Deerwood RV Park in a Motorhome.

We stayed here one night en route to AM Solar for installation work. We then returned for four nights over Memorial Day week end. The park is nicely landscaped and has many trees. Some sights are all in the sun and some all in the shade and some mixed. Ask about satellite friendly sites. The laundry facility was well kept and serviced frequently. The restrooms are actually a bathroom. There is a sitting/dressing area, a commode and a shower stall. We used the shower in our motor home. The park allows dogs. There are no facilities for walking your dog. They advertise a dog wash station, but it is a rickety wooden stand with no water available. The do not allow dog pens on the grass. There is only one place to dump trash, or dump dog droppings and that is at the dumpster site. There are no trash cans located in the park. There is no store, no snack shop or vending machines in the office. We would visit again when we are in the area in our motor home. We camped at Deerwood RV Park in a Motorhome.

My wife and I stayed at Deerwood RV park while looking for a home in the Eugene area. Our stay was a little less than 90 days. During our stay we felt safe and used the shower and laundry facilities on a regular basis finding both services very clean and accessible. We found all of the staff very helpful and accommodating. It was extremely helpful to be able to receive documents and packages at the RV Park. The RV Park is located close to the 5 Freeway and Highway 58 making travel into the city of Eugene or Springfield a breeze. The campsite where we stayed was private and for the most part provided us a view that was not directly facing another Rig. We camped at Deerwood RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Very attractive but slightly cramped CG. From I-5, get on OR-58 south for about 500', turn left onto Seavey Loop Road. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Credit cards accepted. No tent camping, cabins, or yurts. CG roads are asphalt in excellent condition but a bit narrow. Gentle turns, no overhead obstacles. FHU-20/30/50. Sites are asphalt with landscaping, level with pedestal near the rear; sewer below ground level at mid-rig. Most are back-in. No patio, no picnic tables. Tall, decorative trees restrict satellite view. No fires permitted. Low water pressure with good taste. No office store. Restrooms/showers not inspected. No propane. Laundry. No playground. Cable TV. Free Wi-Fi with "ok" bandwidth. Verizon coverage at "4-bars"; Jetpack 4G coverage at "4-bars". Significant traffic noise. Bug Report: no insect issues. Limited recycle bins next to dumpsters. We camped at Deerwood RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Site was narrow and not long enough for our 40' motorhome with the car attached. Hookups are at the rear of the site, not in the center. Utilities worked fine, including WIFI. With windows open, traffic is very noticeable. Nice, clean park, but nothing special and certainly not worth the price. We camped at Deerwood RV Park in a Motorhome.

On the news of a 97 degree heat wave, we called and asked if there was a shaded site available. They listened and accommodated our request. The sites are asphalt or concrete, narrow but long and level. Our prior tenant was late leaving, but the office immediately dispatched someone to communicate with the late party and offered us a space in overflow parking. The saturday morning pancake breakfast was a nice touch. Restrooms were separate which offers a nice privacy. We were happy to stay here. We camped at Deerwood RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

The park is beautiful

Lots of trees and landscaping but they need to prune overhanging branches

The space we had was a pull through and was long enough but at a rather tight approach angle

Utilities were fine but water and power were at the far end of the site and sewer was in the middle

Some rigs might need extension cords or extra water hose

You are REQUIRED to have Jack stand pads so be prepared. We camped at Deerwood RV Park in a Motorhome.

We stayed here 11 days, so seven of the days were the weekly rate. The campground is well maintained with asphalt inner roads and concrete pads. We had a Premium site which was very nice and spacious. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The free Saturday morning breakfast put on by the staff was fun with good wholesome food. The nightly rate was a little on the high end, but it included full hookups, 30/50 amp, Cable TV and WiFi access.

Once off the highway, keep a sharp eye out for Campground side road. Entrance into Campground is tight and can get crowed fairly easily with rigs trying to register and leave.

This will be our go to Campground when in the Eugene area and trips North. We camped at Deerwood RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This really is a very nice small park just south of Eugene. As others have noted it is well run, well maintained and the layout is carefully planned. Pancake breakfast on Saturadays is a fun feature. We stayed here for ten days and will come back. The cost is reasonable for what is offered. The employees are all great. The washing machine area is new and modern. There are just two bathrooms and they are combined with the two showers. There some amenities not included. No store, no pool...fine with us, Eugene has lots of support for RVers. No pet walking area...we don't have pets. There is a very nice green space in the middle of the park. No fire rings. No trash pick up but bins and recycling are nearby. BTW, the spaces nearest the road are too close to traffic if you don't have your AC running or can hear. It is well worth a few extra dollars for a premium space. We camped at Deerwood RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Stayed here for 4 months. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The park is very well run and clean. Pads are all asphalt and mostly level. Adequate space between units. A couple of the sites are a little tricky to back in to without getting on the grass. Would be nice if the pads were just a bit wider. Dish Satellite receiver worked well in our site, but some of the sites had more trees, so would let them know you have a receiver. I would definitely stay here again. They do get busy on football weekends and in the summer, so suggest reserving ahead. We camped at Deerwood RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
