Great location while visiting Portland/Vancouver. Good turning radius on streets and sites have concrete pads for RV and towed vehicle. Grass on each site with usable picnic table. Good 50 amps. Clean and well maintained park with easy access to expressway. The park is spread out on different levels which gives it a nice feel even though it is very large. We did not use any of their facilities. We camped at Portland Fairview RV Park in a Motorhome.

Showers okay, light leveling needed, slight highway noise. Good, convenient over-nighter. We camped at Portland Fairview RV Park in a Motorhome.

Nice older park that's nicely maintained. The folks are always nice and treat us well. Rules are enforced so all can have a good and safe time. WiFi was strong and solid. Cable TV is dated and many channels are fuzzy. Many activities make it a lot of fun in this park. Make sure to get a activities when you check in. The activities director and park hosts are exceptionally nice and helpful. Thanks! We camped at Portland Fairview RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

I guess it depends on where they put you as this is a spread out park with 4-5 different sections, some of which are close to RR tracks. We got a wonderful site near the pond. I think our space is great with plenty of nice dog walking areas. Grass is everywhere so other reviewer must have been stuck in a remote corner. We're in a 38' RV, so never use bath or laundry. Good satellite access, good Wi-Fi reception, and the location is perfect for us. Easy drive into Portland, yet out of the hub. Walmart is down the street. Portland is a fab town for foodies...we'll be back. We camped at Portland Fairview RV Park in a Motorhome.

Very nice park in a very convenient location. The sites were level and suitable for big rigs. The park is close to the Columbia River Gorge Historical Road which is definitely worth driving. We were parked close to the main road so some road noise, but did not bother us. Very clean and well maintained. Wi-Fi worked great. We camped at Portland Fairview RV Park in a Motorhome.

This used to be a really nice park but a lot of the grass is dead and the park doesn't seem to be as well kept as in the past. Made reservations and got a site with no shade, dead grass and some dirt near the RR track. We asked to change to a site with some shade. By then there were a lot of sites available. We were given a site with LATE afternoon shade and backed up to the busy road. Be careful what you ask for! 2 days later, the site we asked to change to is still open. We might not stay here again. We camped at Portland Fairview RV Park in a Motorhome.

This RV park is clean and very well kept. The sites are too close together to make this a family friendly RV park. We have a 44 footer and it will only fit one car. If a family visits, they will have to park at the guest parking, which is far away. There is almost literally no room for kids to play. That's why I don't think it's family friendly. The trash cans were far away as well. The CATV reception was fuzzy. I complained and a technician came out with a his own TV and plugged it in outside from the outlet. It worked fine on his TV and he told me that it was a problem with my TV. How can my TV work fine at a RV park the night prior and not work at this park the next day? We checked in another park a week later and my TV worked fine once again. Too much noise: The park is close to a busy road, the Portland air traffic goes right over the park and a train track is right next to the park. We camped at Portland Fairview RV Park in a Motorhome.

Huge park, very clean, and nicely landscaped. We were in the lowest level, and after 6 nights of interrupted sleep from the trains running throughout the night, I was so grateful to leave. Only place to walk the dogs was in the park or on the busy street with no sidewalks. To explain all the restrictive rules, the office staff explained that they are owned by a company in CA We camped at Portland Fairview RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Easy access, flat and level sites, full hook-ups, very clean park, sites were a little tight but nothing you can't work with. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean facilities. We were at the front of the park next to a busy road so there was some road noise but not too bad. Would stay here again. We camped at Portland Fairview RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Very full. Park looks huge from site map but landscaping and different levels help prevent it from feeling like a parking lot. TengoInternet, but very good. Impressive for a park that size. They get a nine because of their blanket prohibition of rottweilers. Also there was a line this morning at 8:30 at women's two toilets. Neither toilet worked well. I had to plunge one last night. Have to use combo locks to get into everything and is difficult for my arthritic hands. I felt sorry for an older couple checking in with a 1995 unit (it was very nice). But the staffer made a big deal about having to get special approval because it was such an old unit. I don't like blanket rules, but I guess it works for them; no crummy units there. We camped at Portland Fairview RV Park in a Motorhome.

Don't expect a welcome or even a smile from the staff. That said, it is a large clean park with adequate utilities. We did not use the cable, but the WiFi was fine. Our site was in what I would call the middle level. We heard some air traffic from PDX but it wasn't annoying. The lowest level is right by the railroad track, but we did not hear any of that. Each site has grass and a picnic table. Our rate includes a Good Sam discount. We would stay here again. We camped at Portland Fairview RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed here two years ago and the experience was such that we didn't look elsewhere. First class facilities. Great for HUGE, diesel-powered bus-type rigs. Sounds like a truck stop sometimes. Near a busy road and a RR track but still quiet and well worth the price. It's out in the country so a drive to Portland or Vancouver but that may be a blessing. The hosts are wonderful and the facilities very clean and in great shape. We camped at Portland Fairview RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Good water and power. Wi-Fi slow, spaces are not overly large, it is well kept and clean. Lots of fulltime residents but nothing junk-wise. The middle levels are best to avoid noise. Too bad it's about he best park in the Portland area because it is far more expensive than it should be. (The price we show is for a two week stay.) But because it is a good place to stage while touring Portland and visiting friends we will be back. We camped at Portland Fairview RV Park in a Motorhome.

Nice park: clean, friendly, and helpful staff. We, and an adjacent site, had a mutual problem with the cable. After notification, a staff member fixed the problem within an hour. The only drawback for us is the small, lateral size of the site: there was not enough room for us to extend the RVs slides and also park our F-250 truck. We had to park the truck one-half block away in one of the five available spots at the clubhouse. We camped at Portland Fairview RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

The park is clean, sites and roads paved. Our site was cracked and unlevel, but our rig easily adjusted to the pavement. Sites are very narrow. Our truck was unable to fit on the lot, but the management arranged for a parking spot behind the office. Management was accommodating but not particularly friendly. They are serious about the rules. It is a very large park with many well kept full time rigs throughout. Fulltimers were helpful and friendly. Services all worked well but the water was somewhat difficult to access in a below grade water box. We would stay here again if passing through the area. We camped at Portland Fairview RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
