This is a great park with some of the best WIFI I've had at any park. Can't get the cable to work well but strong over the air stations. Pads are concrete with easy hook ups. Super friendly staff. No picnic table at the pad but I think you can ask for one. We camped at Pacific Pines RV Park & Storage in a Motorhome.
Tips for other Campers:
You're at the north end of Florence so there's shopping all around you. Great restaurants in the old town area about 5 miles south.
This park is easy to access. We travel in a 45 ft. motorhome so sometimes we have problems with access, but this one is great. The security was great. You have a passcode to enter and also exit gates. The dog run was well maintained and did not smell. The grounds were landscaped beautifully and so clean. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. We camped at Pacific Pines RV Park & Storage in a Motorhome.
Tips for other Campers:
Downtown Florence is awesome for shopping. A must!!!
We have stayed here previously. Very nice park with very friendly staff. Power, cable and WIFI all worked great. The water pressure seemed to be rather low. Would like to have some grass for our 4-legged friend, but otherwise a great place. Would have given it a 10.
Sites are very level with a lot of space in between. Easy in and out. We camped at Pacific Pines RV Park & Storage in a Motorhome.
Tips for other Campers:
Shopping is convenient. Fred Meyer and Bi-Mart are within a block. Many good restaurants not far. Will definitely stay here again.
We were "full timers" at the park for about 5 years. The park is excellent, very pet friendly, the spaces are very clean and well taken care of. The staff is wonderful. In the spring time you have Rhodies everywhere. Plenty of activities, puzzles, books, movie nights, and football on the big screen. Very safe, everyone watches out for each other. I think it is the best park in Florence to stay. We camped at Pacific Pines RV Park & Storage in a Fifth Wheel.
Tips for other Campers:
Florence has so much to offer, Sand Dunes, Heceda Lighthouse, Old Town, Great restaurants, small town feel. You will come for a visit and always want to return.

For some, the concrete pads and walkways might not be their cup of tea, but for those of us who have problems walking, this is wonderful! Our walkers move smoothly along and we get much needed exercise. The park is exceptionally clean. The showers and bathrooms are immaculate. We spent 3 days here and will definitely return and hopefully for a longer stay. We camped at Pacific Pines RV Park & Storage in a Motorhome.
Date of Stay: October, 2014 - $33.00
Price reflects Good Sam discount. Everything is concrete with small shrubs between rigs. Very clean. Front desk is friendly and efficient. Rec room has coffee, pool table, TV, couch, chairs and tables for playing cards as well as working on jigsaw puzzles. Laundry area is nice with three washers and dryers and an area to fold and hang clothes. Nice dog run area with several trees. Very pleasant and convenient location to take in area sights. We were here three days and would definitely come again if in the area. We camped at Pacific Pines RV Park & Storage in a Motorhome.

There are very few parks that have earned a perfect score from us. This is one of those. This is not a large park, but all the facilities are immaculate, functional, and the landscaping is impeccable. Level and spacious concrete pads made it a pleasure to set up. There is no dust and mud on these premises. You could practically eat off the pavement. Congratulations to owners on a job well done. We camped at Pacific Pines RV Park & Storage in a Motorhome.
Date of Stay: September, 2014 - $1.00
Yup, this is/was a storage facility. Areas of concrete have been cut out between RVs and have been planted. Roads and sites are flat and wide enough. There is a nice enclosed dog park. Wifi is slow at busy times. Cable and cellular work well. The owners are fabulous and the park is spotless. We were here with an organized tour so didn't make our own reservations and did not pay directly for our stay. We camped at Pacific Pines RV Park & Storage in a Motorhome.

This park is not new but is one of the best kept parks on the coast! It offers concrete streets with level concrete pads and full service hookups, Wi-Fi, and cable. The owners and staff are great and work hard to meet the needs of their guests. Morning coffee is available in the rec room, which also has TV and the club room has a big screen TV for sporting events. The park has an enclosed pet area which is very clean and disinfected regularly and monitored by closed circuit TV for owners that don't "pick up"! The prices are in line for the amenities that are offered. They also offer big rig enclosed covered storage for RVs or other items. Our rate was based on $525/month plus electricity of $55/month. In our opinion, this is one of the friendliest and nicest RV parks on the coast! We camped at Pacific Pines RV Park & Storage in a Motorhome.

Wonderful RV park! Long concrete pads, full hookups, cable and Wi-Fi worked great. Very friendly owners and fellow campers. Several longterm residents but well maintained. Extremely clean showers, restrooms and laundry. Not really a place to "camp" in nature but great for a landing place to sightsee. Loved Florence and the surrounding area. Will come back and stay longer. We camped at Pacific Pines RV Park & Storage in a Fifth Wheel.
This jewel is getting to be known. The park was almost full. Reservations recommended. I had a pull-through which was very nice. The park is mostly concrete with shrubs/trees between the spaces. And if you need to store your rig there is an onsite storage area that can hold a rig up to 50 feet long. This was my first time at this park but will not be my last. We camped at Pacific Pines RV Park & Storage in a Motorhome.
Cable TV here is atrocious! It's like being back in the 1970s. The lineup is 60 channels and it's shown in Analog (not digital). Better picture from the antenna on my roof pulling in digital from Eugene! Analog signal on my 42" TV is very very ugly. What's wrong with these folks? Wi-Fi is pretty pathetic too. Very slow - probably has a governor on it. Streaming Netflix was very frustrating. Security gate with code. Basically a huge concrete parking lot. We camped at Pacific Pines RV Park & Storage in a Motorhome.

Very nice clean park. There appears to be quite a few long term residents, but all are neat and well kept. Only problem is they only have one trash dumpster and it being on the other side of the park behind the storage units. Would have been nice to have some smaller ones throughout the park, especially with all the rain. ALSO, small dog park is also on the other side of the storage units with only pea gravel. Spaces were very level, but do not have tables. Wide enough to accommodate our 35' with slides on each side, however, if we had not been in the front row, think we would have had a problem maneuvering out, particularly with our tow. Laundry was clean, but rather small. Two people would have a problem sorting/folding at the same time. WIFI was excellent. Cable was all right. Appeared snowy on the upper channels. The rate reflects the fact they have "stay three, pay for two". We were here for five days and paid for four. Friendly host. We will stay again, when in the area as this is the nicest park in Florence. We camped at Pacific Pines RV Park & Storage in a Motorhome.
