RV Pad- tall yard hydrant with pull handle, looks freeze-proof.

First utility water hydrant, then electric, then sewer -flush to ground concrete. All about mid site.

RV Park has quiet neighbors. A church on one side behind a tall wooden fence. A storage unit on the west side.

Bathrooms- open 24/7 with security code. Recreation room and laundry are all in the same access door.

Bathroom- toilet seat covers provided. Shower hoses with deluxe muti-spray shower heads and shutoff switch on head.

Garbage dump on exiting park to keep odors out of park.

Recycling center.

Picnic tables available on request.

Nice neighborhood east of the park for walking or bicycle to Grocery Outlet. Spruce Street continues to south end of town, allowing town access off highway.

Local bus stop in front of park. The next 2 bus stops are BiMart and Fred Meyers.

Road in front of park has some grass for dog walking.

Mature rhododendron shrubs.

No grass, no mower noise. We camped at Pacific Pines RV Park & Storage in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Easy town to bicycle in, or take the local bus to almost any destination.

Walk in clinic and hospital. Extensive medical facilities for a small town.

We spent three days at this park. friendly and helpful as about places to see. Park has level concrete pads and surface good room for slides which we have three. Three washers which are $2.00 and three dryers which is $1.50. only negative was the lack of grass for pets to use. Pet walk area is pee gravel which makes it tough to navigate on. Would stay again when and if we return. Stayed in a 37 ft class A motorhome. We camped at Pacific Pines RV Park & Storage in a Motorhome.

I agree with the other reviews. Wifi and cable are excellent. Camping on clean concrete with shrubs between sites. Very friendly and helpful owners and staff. Good central location in Florence. You can wash your windshield but not your rig. Only 3 washers and 3 dryers but they worked well. $2 to wash and $1.50 to dry. We would stay here again if we couldn't get into Honeyman SP. We camped at Pacific Pines RV Park & Storage in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

We did a half hour sand rail tour for $33 each and really enjoyed it! Very exciting and makes you realize how big the dunes are. Old Town Florence was fun too.

Nice wide concrete streets and pads for easy access with the biggest of rigs. Very well maintained and super clean park. Reserved for only 3 days enjoyed it so much we stayed 14 days! Friendly staff accommodated us to get us extra days even though they were very busy. Great location right off HWY 101 close to quaint historic district and shopping. Definitely would return here. We camped at Pacific Pines RV Park & Storage in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Surfside Restaurant at Driftwood, Maple Street Grill and Waterfront Depot were favorites.

Spent 2 weeks here in Florence. Park is very nice, wide concrete roads and pads. Rhododendrons and pines between sites. Large rigs, no problem at all. Excellent cable TV. Wi Fi worked well. Small rec room but nice, has free coffee in the morning. Just 1 block off 101, but noise not a problem, very little at all at nightime. Staff is wonderful. Maintenance man is always busy cleaning, raking, working to keep the park in ship shape. He will wash your gigantic rig for $$$. (Reasonable...) park is VERY DARK at night, no area lighting at all. Nice fenced in dog run with poo bags supplied. Great location just North of Florence. Fred Meyer 1/2 mile north. Bi Mart 1 block away. Subway 1/2 block away. If you like to bike or take walks, not the best for that, but there are several parks etc. close by. We camped at Pacific Pines RV Park & Storage in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Many go crabbing here for Dungeness crab. Annual non resident crabbing license is $20. You can run 3 traps. Buy all your needed gear at Bi Mart , 1 block away from the campground, an easy walk on the same side of the street. Best prices in town for EVERYTHING you need, no matter what it is. Its a membership place. Cost is $5.00 (one time fee) for a lifetime membership, no other fees. Well worth it, believe me! There are Bi Marts everywhere here. Good luck.

Very well maintained park. Not a lot of extra amenities but everything one needs for a few days. The management and staff are very friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make your visit enjoyable. There are several long term renters but they are friendly and keep up their spaces. Wi-fi works very well, but may be a bit slow during busy times. We have stayed here before and will again in the future. We camped at Pacific Pines RV Park & Storage in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Have Joe wash your RV. He does a great job for a reasonable price.

Rate is based on a week stay. Beautiful, clean park that shows pride of ownership.
Park Wifi worked ok most of the time, but a little slow. Vz Mifi, Vz phone & AT&T phones all worked well here, as well as our roof top satellite dish.
No playground, so no kids, which we prefer. Some mild street noise during the day but not enough to be a bother. It is pretty quiet at night.
There are picnic tables and adirondack chairs, and tables they will deliver to your site if you request. Some bushes in between sites. Had plenty of room in our site for slide outs and awning.

Sites are all pull thru's, and it is very easy to maneuver through the park, so any size rig will fit here.

The full time resident sites are nice and clean, and alot of the residents have beautiful flowers and shrubbery on their patios. We will definitely return here! We camped at Pacific Pines RV Park & Storage in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

The club house here has an excellent book, and dvd exchange. There are puzzles on the tables to work on, or start your own puzzle from a large selection they keep on hand. There is also a pool table, a TV, and magazines.
We didn't use them, but the showers here are clean and beautiful.
Fred Meyer is a minute up the street. Less than 5 minutes to Old Town.

This is a great park with some of the best WIFI I've had at any park. Can't get the cable to work well but strong over the air stations. Pads are concrete with easy hook ups. Super friendly staff. No picnic table at the pad but I think you can ask for one. We camped at Pacific Pines RV Park & Storage in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

You're at the north end of Florence so there's shopping all around you. Great restaurants in the old town area about 5 miles south.

This park is easy to access. We travel in a 45 ft. motorhome so sometimes we have problems with access, but this one is great. The security was great. You have a passcode to enter and also exit gates. The dog run was well maintained and did not smell. The grounds were landscaped beautifully and so clean. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. We camped at Pacific Pines RV Park & Storage in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

We have stayed here previously. Very nice park with very friendly staff. Power, cable and WIFI all worked great. The water pressure seemed to be rather low. Would like to have some grass for our 4-legged friend, but otherwise a great place. Would have given it a 10.

Sites are very level with a lot of space in between. Easy in and out. We camped at Pacific Pines RV Park & Storage in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Shopping is convenient. Fred Meyer and Bi-Mart are within a block. Many good restaurants not far. Will definitely stay here again.

We were "full timers" at the park for about 5 years. The park is excellent, very pet friendly, the spaces are very clean and well taken care of. The staff is wonderful. In the spring time you have Rhodies everywhere. Plenty of activities, puzzles, books, movie nights, and football on the big screen. Very safe, everyone watches out for each other. I think it is the best park in Florence to stay. We camped at Pacific Pines RV Park & Storage in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Florence has so much to offer, Sand Dunes, Heceda Lighthouse, Old Town, Great restaurants, small town feel. You will come for a visit and always want to return.

For some, the concrete pads and walkways might not be their cup of tea, but for those of us who have problems walking, this is wonderful! Our walkers move smoothly along and we get much needed exercise. The park is exceptionally clean. The showers and bathrooms are immaculate. We spent 3 days here and will definitely return and hopefully for a longer stay. We camped at Pacific Pines RV Park & Storage in a Motorhome.

Price reflects Good Sam discount. Everything is concrete with small shrubs between rigs. Very clean. Front desk is friendly and efficient. Rec room has coffee, pool table, TV, couch, chairs and tables for playing cards as well as working on jigsaw puzzles. Laundry area is nice with three washers and dryers and an area to fold and hang clothes. Nice dog run area with several trees. Very pleasant and convenient location to take in area sights. We were here three days and would definitely come again if in the area. We camped at Pacific Pines RV Park & Storage in a Motorhome.

There are very few parks that have earned a perfect score from us. This is one of those. This is not a large park, but all the facilities are immaculate, functional, and the landscaping is impeccable. Level and spacious concrete pads made it a pleasure to set up. There is no dust and mud on these premises. You could practically eat off the pavement. Congratulations to owners on a job well done. We camped at Pacific Pines RV Park & Storage in a Motorhome.
