Overall Rating:

Be aware this is a USFS campground, thus there are few if any accommodations beyond a site. We were the only motorhome we saw in the entire campground. The vast majority of the sites are not very level, this campground really is designed for tent campers and those with a small RV like a pop up. Most of the camp sites in the A, B & C loops are located on the side of the hill. D and F loops are a bit more flat and would probably accommodate an RV better. The campground is a typical, very busy weekend USFS campground. The "resort" is a group of cabins and boating area. The store is very overpriced, wood ran $8/bundle when we were there. This is a very crowded lake. Day user numbers are huge, if you don't claim a spot early you're dealing with the crowds in the few open areas. There is not beach area, the lodge has a clearing for those renting boats but the rest of the access to the lake is between the trees. You can walk around the lake, but you can not bike. If you own a Subaru and a tent, this is your type of campground. But for RVs this isn't a great place. Prices are expensive considering there are no amenities and the lake is very crowded. We camped at Lost Lake Resort & Campground in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

I would not recommend C6 for any RV, I was barely able to get our 35' motorhome level. The pull through is plenty large, but all but the last 20' is pretty much on an incline.
