2 RV Parks near Jordan Valley, Oregon
Mar 2018 - $20.00
Wow! Having read the previous reviews were were going to use this park as a stop over. The signage is a joke. The "For sale" sign confirmed that we were at the correct place. Access is easy right off of Main Street. Parameter roads are......weed covered gravel. Sites are.......weed covered gravel. We arrived to a closed office that had a note taped to the door with some envelopes. The note said put your $20.00 in the lock box. We had a look a the available sites. Three were taken. We only saw four or five other sites open. I don't know where the 20 count comes from. One had NO working services. Two had damaged electrical boxes and the others had no water. Further, they backed onto the local skateboard hangout. Seriously, I would rather stay at a busy truck stop than this place. There is not much in the area. We ended up driving another hour to find a decent place. Do yourself a favour. Ignore this place!! - Rollin Ollens
Oct 2017 - $35.00
Park is a little run down as the owner is 88 per a long conversation with him and he does not get around as well as he used to. He is currently trying to sell the park and according to him the area is known for rock hounding. The grass sites were large enough, level and no problems with any of the hook ups. We just stopped for the night but would not hesitate to stay longer. - afnashcom

At one time (30 years ago) this might of been a nice park but now is run down. The owner is a nice old man in his 80's so he isn't doing much more than just hanging on. We used it as a base camp to explore the area. He had no water when we arrived but got it fixed somehow, he wanted at first to run a garden hose from across the road. We didn't drink the water as was a little nervous but probably was OK. Small town so glad to find any RV park. Do not think we will ever go back to Jordan Valley but if we do guess we would stay again as basicly no other choice. - RV Jim of Oregon
Jul 2014 - $20.00
This is a no frills campground. Basically a Parking Lot on Gravel. Side by side hookups. 30 AMP. Does have sewer. Come into the park yourself, leave money in envelope in box on building, or the owner will come by in late afternoon or evening. He is a very nice man. We stayed for 2 nights, to go explore Ghost Towns and Pioneer Cemeteries. Great for overnight. Beware there is no, and I mean no, Cell Phone Service or Internet. for any provider. - RV Roving Seeker
Oct 2012 - $20.00
Very nice, quiet campground in the center of town. When I was there about half the sites were occupied. Park is within easy walking distance of several restaurants which all have wi-fi. The owner was very friendly and, if you ask, will be glad to show you the handmade arrowheads he's created. Jordan Valley is a nice place to stay and centrally located to see the wonderful natural features found in the Owyhee River Valley. - CousinEddie
