We stayed one night. It was a holiday week so they were completely booked. The spaces were very, very tight. There probably wasn't even a foot between rigs. Had to even question whether we could put the slides out. Barely fit the toad in as well. It was concrete and not level. If it weren't for the fact it was a holiday week and everybody else was booked I don't think we would have stayed. Would not go back. We camped at Logan Road RV Park in a Motorhome.

Date of Stay: July, 2017 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

Gentleman in the office was very nice. I had trouble with the Internet and he was patient and kind trying to help me. The Internet was very good once I got on. We also appreciated his friendliness at check-in. The park is well kept and the bathrooms/showers are really nice. You do have access to the pool and spa at the hotel, which looked nice but we didn't have time to actually go and try it. Also, the shuttle service to the casino/hotel was good and the driver was nice. This park has nice amenities and a good location. Too bad it is not actually built for RVs. The sites are extremely narrow and uneven. We couldn't level our 32' 5th wheel w/ 3 slides and we were too wide for it, so we stuck out a bit into the site next to us. There are nice picnic tables but they are a joke because the space to actually sit out at them is tiny and uncomfortable, squeezed between trailers/buses. We asked if we could move to an end site (there were a ton open at the time) and we were denied with hostility (not by the same gentleman, who was apologetic and nice). We watched the sites fill up throughout our stay and every trailer/bus that came in had the same problems as us. Never mind that the sign in the office that says overlapping into another's site is strictly forbidden. That's a joke because you have no choice. Also, the park was built wrong in the beginning so the wider spot for parking and possibly your table is on the wrong side. So if you try to sit outside in the tiny space, you have to sit behind your trailer. This park is just a parking lot, don't expect to comfortably have slides or spend time outside. It should not be so expensive since you can't enjoy your space in any way. Also, there is a threatening sign that they will charge you for every extra 30 mins you spend in the site after checkout. They are hostile rules/signs about a lot of things. There is a $5 fee to book online, but you basically have to pay extra money to have absolutely no say in what site you get. We camped at Logan Road RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

If you have a small RV/trailer/bus and you are not interested in spending any time actually camping and being outside, you just want a parking spot, this park is expensive but has a convenient location to things. Also don't expect to be able to level your unit properly. You'll be sloping in some way. We read the park was intentionally designed this way because of all the rain, to make sure the water would run off.

This park is OK for one night. Needs new management, lots of favoritism with some guests and permanent residents. Most of the back in sites not level, very tight pull throughs, hard to park truck. Bad internet service at night. OK TV service when it works. Staff does not appear to regularly pick up poop from dog run left by lazy dog owners. No facilities except restroom and showers. Dump pipe sits below concrete in some sites: very hard to screw in hose connection without straight extension attached to elbow.

This is a VERY expensive, noisy (street traffic), souped up, un-level, parking lot.

Actually the only positive thing about this park is one can walk to the Casino, Safeway and few restaurants. If it wasn't for this fact, I am sure the total park would be full time residents. We camped at Logan Road RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This park has been taking a beating by recent reviewers. While I can't deny that some of the complaints (sites not level, sites very narrow, poor Wi-Fi) have some validity, I have seen many parks with similar problems get better reviews. Our site was adequate for our 32', two slide Class A without tow. We needed only one board to level. The one-device Wi-Fi restriction does not effect us because we use only one device for minimal (e-mail and surfing) needs. We did not have a problem with usage until it got dark and the hogs got on. Some of the other negatives are the price and lack of recreational facilities in the park. The bathrooms and laundry facilities are adequate. This park's pluses (walking distance to eateries and shopping) outweigh the negatives for a one night stay. We camped at Logan Road RV Park in a Motorhome.

The RV spaces in the RV park are very narrow; we could only put slides out on one side of the RV and there's no way we could have put an awning out unless someone wasn't in the space next to us.

They allow wifi access for only one device during your entire stay. Even if you turn one off, you cannot access the wifi on another device. We got access for one of the two days we were there and lost the access after that.

Was pretty noisy on Friday night, but quiet on Saturday night. The casino shuttle drives through the parking lot at a pretty fast pace; I didn't see any reason for that, but use caution if you have children.

We most likely won't stay there again unless we're going to a function at the casino and there aren't any spaces available at the other RV park in Lincoln City. We camped at Logan Road RV Park in a Motorhome.

Sites have area for your vehicle and trailer but are very tight when you get both in. Park and facilities are clean. They will not let you in before 12 noon even if your site is available. The office person was less than friendly. The restrooms and showers are clean. After you get your password for the internet you still have to do several steps to connect. The sites are virtually on top of each other. We stepped out our door and our neighbors tow vehicle was directly in front of our door no mote than 3 feet away. Unable to put out awnings or have any outdoor space to sit. This park is highly overpriced with wifi that is poor. The check in staff was rude, and seemed only interested in imparting the rules to you. She was very emphatic about not allowing your slides to cross into the neighboring space despite the space barely being wide enough to contain a fifth wheel with 3 slides. We have stayed in parks jn 31 states and this is the worst for space we have encountered. We would not return. We camped at Logan Road RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

The price has increased here (crazy increase) and the facility has diminished. Sites are pretty much on top of each other. Cable is a "box" that you need to hook up after giving the host your credit card number. Wi Fi is pretty much non existent in many spaces. Free shuttle service to the casino. This place is an overpriced overnight stop. Next time I will stay for free in the casino parking lot. We camped at Logan Road RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Date of Stay: September, 2014 - $39.00
Overall Rating:

Made reservations for Sept 18 - 21, 2014. The sites for pull-throughs are right on top of each other. Very close to your neighbors. If you have a big truck, very tight parking with your neighbors right next to you. A good portion of the units in the park were unable to hook up to the sewers due to the location of the sewer in the ground. Same with the water hoses. Had to have two of each. When I approached management with this problem, and tried to cancel our reservations a day early, they said we did not give 48 hour notice. They said what most people do is back up until they can reach with their sewer hose and dump right before they leave. Seriously? This is NOT what I call a full-service RV park, especially for $39.00 a night. So apparently they are aware of the problem, but unwilling to take care of their customers. I would NOT recommend staying here unless they assign you a back-in, which seems to have a bit more room between neighbors. There are so many other nice places to stay at in or around Lincoln City, that I just wouldn't be bothered by this inconvenience. We camped at Logan Road RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This appears to be a parking lot that was converted to an RV park at some point. As noted, spaces are tight and do not expect any privacy. Hookups are easy to access and all worked well including fairly extensive cable TV lineup. The sites are not even close to level, so be prepared. We are in a motorhome so were able to dump air to give us a few inches clearance but big blocks were quite prevalent. The location is why people are here...free shuttle to casino and conveniently located near Roads End, Safeway, etc. We stayed here as the state park was full and were visiting family. Would stay here again to visit family but not as a destination per se. We camped at Logan Road RV Park in a Motorhome.

We wanted to stay at a different park in the area for a change of pace. Unfortunately, the other park did not answer their phone. We stayed here for maybe the 4th time over the years. We were here the first weeknight of August and had a FHU, pull-through site with 60+ channel cable TV. Our site, as most sites are, was satellite friendly. The roads and sites are paved, but most sites (as noted by many reviewers) are not level. The WIFI worked OK for us at our site. There is shopping and several restaurants within walking distance. While there is a 24 hour shuttle to the casino, it is only a 10-15 minute walk away. The park has no recreational amenities. The restrooms and laundry are adequate. This is an OK park except for the leveling and sewer placement issues mentioned by others. We camped at Logan Road RV Park in a Motorhome.

Very nice, clean well kept camp. Concrete pads for camper and parking. Slab not level. Had to use leveling blocks. Convenient to all city amenities but no Walmart. Small rest room with only one stall in men's room. Two showers. Laundry has 3 washers, 3 dryers. Near casino that provides shuttle service. I would stay here again, gladly. Not a destination park, but OK to park and visit the area. The bathrooms and showers were clean. The park is mostly paved, the sites small, but otherwise mostly well kept. The shuttle to the casino was prompt. If we did not want hook ups we would consider parking in the casino parking lot which had a nice view of the ocean.
