This is a great place to stay. They provide fun get togethers on Friday and Saturdays which include appetizers and entertainment which are usually some of the area locals. A gentleman named Kip is a great guitarist who plays some great music. They also have ice cream socials and pot luck dinners. You can also enjoy the wonderful gas fire pits located on the property and experience a wonderful ocean view at the same time. We have stayed at this park several times and will again. We camped at Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City Oregon in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

You are centrally located for doing the site seeing things such as whale watching and walking the beaches. You are also close to McMinnville which has the wonderful Evergreen Air and Space Museum. There are also many great wineries to enjoy tasting and wonderful places for great fish. A good place in Florence is Nanna's Irish Pub.

Date of Stay: August, 2015 - $51.00
Overall Rating:

The indicated rate is based on five nights stay and includes all taxes and a GS discount for a premium site with 50 amp power. Check-in was very pleasant and the two male staff members went out of their way to welcome us to the facility. We then got an escort to our site (#54) because this is apparently renowned for being difficult to back in to. Located next to the dog walking area in the back corner of the resort we were escorted against the normal traffic flow. We were then guided back in to the space. The guys helping were very good but I still can't help thinking that it would have been easier going with the flow of traffic rather than up hill and on the apex of the chicane in the road. Anyway, we got in and hooked up to the PWE and cable.
The site was tight and we were unable to deploy the awning due to a tree but this could be down to the shape and size of the RV as well. The site was level concrete with a narrow strip of grass either side. Roads are asphalt and in good condition.
Each site is given two access codes for the wifi, enabling two devices in total. I found the wifi pretty weak and often unable to connect. The cost is included in the site fee. Cable TV was good with about 48 channels. PWE all worked perfectly. The washrooms, spa and laundry all require an access code. The laundry is $1.50 for washers and dryers (3 of each). Bathrooms were clean, tiled and easily accessible to the disabled. Four showers and two stall in the mens washroom. The resort is very well cared for by the staff working there. We found it nice and quiet with very few children, mainly middle aged to seniors staying here.
Access to the beach is across the 101 with no crosswalk nearby and then down some pretty steep steps. We will return to this resort when next in the area. We camped at Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City Oregon in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

There is some spectacular scenery in this area, whale watching, beach combing and long beach walks.

Efficient check in and very friendly staff - found another staff member to help with parking out 5th wheel even though we didn't ask. Spaces are very tight in some places and there is very little turning space. The sites are quite close to each other and are short and narrow for larger rigs. There was a 2 seater bench which could be changed into a table and bench but for groups of more than 2 there was no other seating. We had some shade from nearby trees.

Bathrooms were clean and easily accessed for those with mobility issues. We used the spa which was indoors - could have done with cleaning some debris from it. I never saw anyone else use it.

The park has washing machines and driers which cost $1.50 each and were in a good, clean condition.

The free Wifi was good most of the time and I was able to get a good signal at all times. There was also good choice of cable channels.

We booked 5 nights here and enjoyed the peace and quiet of the site. We camped at Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City Oregon in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Lots of stores in Lincoln City - the nearest grocery store is IGA which is south of the park.

Gas was cheaper in Town than further down the road at Newport.

This is a very clean, very well maintained park with a lot of amenities, a great club house, friendly staff and social activities. However, it is a very tight park. I was in pull through #18 with a 40' class A and had to have my neighbor move his pickup to be able to get out. In most of the sites you have to park cross ways in front of your rig. Also I needed an extension to get to the sewer, which I think was just that particular pad. Wi-Fi and cable were mediocre. Also their picnic table are the "halfies" model that only seat two people. We camped at Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City Oregon in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

The Evergreen Aircraft museum at McMinnville is about an hour drive but worth the trip

The staff are friendly and helpful. The campground is clean and well maintained. We drive a big RV and barely had room for ours and toad on the site. The sites are narrow and close together, but the road is wide enough that it was not hard to back into our site. The WiFi works well. We camped at Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City Oregon in a Motorhome.

This park is well maintained and the sites are as nice as one can expect from a parking lot. It is billed as near the beach, but it appears the beach is about 1/2 mile distant across the highway and could be tricky walking for those with mobility issues. We were here in the off season so were able to pick a site away from others with a little view. Management was very welcoming and accommodating. The clubhouse looks very nice. The wifi was irritatingly fast and then slow. We camped at Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City Oregon in a Motorhome.

Rate reflects a monthly stay off season. This is a very well-run facility and is nicely maintained. It is all RVs, although some do rent the spaces for the year & leave their rigs on site. It is located across the highway from Inn at Spanish Head. They have a meeting room with kitchen, small exercise room & indoor hot tub.Sites near the highway will hear more noise than those up the hill. We camped at Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City Oregon in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

When walking, use the Inn at Spanish Head tunnel to cross the highway. The bar & restaurant at the Inn at Spanish Head have great oceanfront views.

This is a beautifully kept park with level concrete pads and immaculate landscaping. There was more than enough space for our Itasca Navion and toad. Shower facilities were also immaculately maintained. This was the second park we rated at the 10 level on the Oregon coast. We camped at Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City Oregon in a Motorhome.

Really pretty park near the ocean--one of the nicest on the Oregon coast. Convenient location. Quiet, considering it is close to highway. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend this park. Nice amenities. We camped at Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City Oregon in a Fifth Wheel.

Very nice, well manicured park. Wi-Fi was so-so. They have a hot tub. No kiddy playground or anything that would make it family friendly. They only have a few pull-throughs; the rest are all back-ins. The sites are only big enough for a motorhome and toad. Not big enough for a trailer or 5er and tow rig. You end up parking under your awning; they don't really have extra parking. And you can park on your grass strip. And they are pretty pricey for what you actually get. The ocean and beach are across a very busy Highway 101 and down a 100 ft embankment. You end up having to cross this very busy highway then walk about 2 blocks then go down 100 steps to get to the beach area. We probably will not stay in this park again. We camped at Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City Oregon in a Fifth Wheel.

This is the best park in Lincoln City. But it suffers from the same thing that many older parks do. The spaces are too small. It was designed for little bitty RVs. It says big rig friendly, but that's a stretch. Don't be surprised if your neighbor's awning touches your rig, or their lawn chair is two feet from your back window. There may only be only a half a dozen spaces you can fit a 40 ft rig and a a tow vehicle. The problem lies in that if you can't fit your rig in your own space, they don't have room for more than a dozen vehicles in the public parking areas. We had to move our truck several times, just so the neighbors could park in their spaces. Most everybody has to park sideways in their spaces if they fit at all. Great park for little class C rigs and small travel trailers. You could be fine with most motor homes, but big 5th wheels are pretty much shoehorned in. The staff is great, the Wi-Fi is pretty much useless. The facility is pretty nice. Only four washers and dryers, so there is usually a waiting line for them. We camped at Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City Oregon in a Motorhome.

Very nice park. Staff friendly. Tight RV park but spots easy enough to maneuver into and out of. Spots nice, although we could live without gravel in the spots, but that is just us. Wi-Fi was a little iffy when we got here but tonight working great. Some spots have views. We have a little peek at the ocean from our spot. I have stayed at this resort a number of times before and it is now better than ever. Flowers everywhere. They just added a stairway from/to the upper level - makes it easy to get to the clubhouse. Close to the Siletz Bay and crabbing which I plan to do. Staff is very helpful. We camped at Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City Oregon in a Motorhome.

Possibly the nicest RV park we experienced while traveling through Oregon coast area. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Manager helped me get an appointment on short notice to have my truck serviced in the area. Our site on top tier had a wonderful view out of our rear window of the ocean. We will return to this resort and stay a week next time. We camped at Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City Oregon in a Fifth Wheel.
