Very tight spaces. They have only 7 pull-through sites. We had a pull through and there was not really room for our tow vehicle. The restrooms are very nice with nice showers. The best thing going for this park is that it serves as a base to visit the Oregon coast. It is expensive. There is no pool (we did not care about the pool). We kept our blinds closed because the only view was a close-up of our neighbor's RV. Wifi only for checking email. We camped at Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City Oregon in a Fifth Wheel.

The park is very clean and the staff is very helpful. An employee takes you to your site and guides you when you back in. The pads are clean and level but doesn't leave much room for the vehicle.

There are 2 dog areas, one is grass and stinks of urine. There are signs throughout the park telling you that this area is not for that.

We were towards the back but could still hear highway 101 traffic.

I found it a little more expensive than most other parks. We camped at Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City Oregon in a Travel Trailer.

I agree with all of the recent reviews except that for me the Wi-Fi worked very well. This park is across busy highway 101 and about 150ft above the beach. All are very friendly and helpful. Sites are somewhat tight and parking for toads or tow vehicles is difficult. The park is excellent except for the road noise. If it wasn't for the noise, I would have rated it higher. If possible try to get a sight on the upper level they are quieter. The bathrooms are the best I am seen to date. Would only stay there again, if I could get a spot on the upper level. We camped at Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City Oregon in a Fifth Wheel.

We've stayed in this park before. It's clean and I think you'll like it.

This park has a lot of rules so if you have a dog keep this in mind.

You'll need to unhook first if you're in a motorhome. Lots of tight turns. You'll need to leave you site to hook up your tow. Very limited space to do that I might add.

We liked it here except for the above concerns.

Enjoy the Oregon coast.........it's wonderful. We camped at Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City Oregon in a Motorhome.

You had to take your RV to another area to hook up you tow. Pretty tight in most areas of this park.

Lots to do at the beach, go have some fun.

This park is across busy highway 101 and about 150 above the beach. Work campers are all very friendly and helpful. Sites are somewhat tight and parking for toads or tow vehicles is difficult. The site itself is paved with a small grass strip between you and your neighbor. Enough room to put out your slides and awnings with a little extra. Not bad considering the location near the beach. The park is clean with plenty of nice landscaping that makes it appealing. Utilities work good with great cable. Wifi was not usable but Verizon 4G worked well. There are two fenced dog parks - one at the top of the hill and one at the bottom near the entrance. The one at the top is small and shaded with an attempt at grass but this one is nasty. Nasty to the point it stinks! So we walked our pups to the bottom of the hill where there is a larger graveled lot that is much more pleasant. The park is OK for the price in this area and I would stay here again if in the area. We camped at Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City Oregon in a Motorhome.

Lovely park with tight sites. We have a 43'Coach and we were backed in as deep as possible. We were parked right next to the office (so WiFi worked for us ) , laundry and across from the doggie park. Doggie park was all gravel and my itty bitty paws hurt her. Park is tiered so a view of the ocean across Hwy 101 is there. We looked at other parks and this was the best. Excellent in almost all aspects. In addition to super clean laundry and washrooms, the park is well designed no maintained. Staff were excellent and there were free entertainments and events more days than not. Not a kid friendly park, no facilities, it is a very friendly place to stay. We stayed ten days and had been there numerous times before. Note that they are very strict about where one can walk dogs. Note that highway noise varies by the distance from the highway. The upper level is generally quieter. We camped at Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City Oregon in a Motorhome.

The sites are tight but we parked our 38' MH without any problem. Wifi and cable TV were both above average for RV parks. There is a patch of grass at each site but dogs aren't supposed to do their business there. Supposed to go in the pea gravel dog park but my dog never made it there before going. Oh well, but nobody said anything! Friendly group of other RVers, even the ones that appear to have been here awhile. As others have said there is a park bench that converts to half of a picnic table at each site. Interesting setup I've never seen anywhere else and it is functional but only for two people. For a Premier RV Park I don't think I got value for the price I paid. Sure, the grounds were tidy, the washrooms were clean, and they had a decent size dog run BUT for $51 (including discount) we got a site that barely fit our 35 ft fiver if we parked the truck perpendicular to the trailer. After doing that we were barely left with any space to hang out. The picnic table was equivalent to 1/2 a normal size table. It actually was a picnic table sawed in half. Right in front of our site was the loading area for all the class A motorhomes to hook up their toads. SO, if you are in a hurry to get out you better time it right. They were also very picky about where your four legged family member did its business. Very strict about that. Overall, easy to maneuver any size trailer and easy on/off of Oregon coast highway (although sometimes traffic can be nightmare) but there is probably better value elsewhere. We camped at Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City Oregon in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Outlet mall close by with all the usual stores and NO tax. Try Pig N Pancake for breakfast. Good size portions. Best golf for your money is Agate Golf Club in Newport (1/2 hour away). Chinook wind golf course was pretty good too but you definitely need a power cart.

We stayed here years ago and it seems that the place has gone down hill since then. The people were fantastic and very helpful but the sites are extremely small, our 5th wheel was as large as the pull-thru we were in, one of the largest they had. We had to park the truck sideways in front of it. We had no room between us and the next door rig. We sat outside our door on our chairs and our neighbors sewer connection was right off our shoulder.

The majority of sites seems to be taken by full timers and lots of them seemed to make the place look trashy.

As stated in prior reviews they are extremely picky about where your dogs can be, signs all over the place saying not here, not there.

The website said they just upgraded the internet, but it kept dropping our connection and then re-connected which was very disturbing.

To call themselves "Premier RV" they need to update/upgrade it some. Overpriced for what you get. We camped at Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City Oregon in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a great place to stay. They provide fun get togethers on Friday and Saturdays which include appetizers and entertainment which are usually some of the area locals. A gentleman named Kip is a great guitarist who plays some great music. They also have ice cream socials and pot luck dinners. You can also enjoy the wonderful gas fire pits located on the property and experience a wonderful ocean view at the same time. We have stayed at this park several times and will again. Tips for other Campers:

You are centrally located for doing the site seeing things such as whale watching and walking the beaches. You are also close to McMinnville which has the wonderful Evergreen Air and Space Museum. There are also many great wineries to enjoy tasting and wonderful places for great fish. A good place in Florence is Nanna's Irish Pub.

Efficient check in and very friendly staff - found another staff member to help with parking out 5th wheel even though we didn't ask. Spaces are very tight in some places and there is very little turning space. The sites are quite close to each other and are short and narrow for larger rigs. There was a 2 seater bench which could be changed into a table and bench but for groups of more than 2 there was no other seating. We had some shade from nearby trees.

Bathrooms were clean and easily accessed for those with mobility issues. We used the spa which was indoors - could have done with cleaning some debris from it. I never saw anyone else use it.

The park has washing machines and driers which cost $1.50 each and were in a good, clean condition.

The free Wifi was good most of the time and I was able to get a good signal at all times. There was also good choice of cable channels.

We booked 5 nights here and enjoyed the peace and quiet of the site. We camped at Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City Oregon in a Fifth Wheel.

Lots of stores in Lincoln City - the nearest grocery store is IGA which is south of the park.

Gas was cheaper in Town than further down the road at Newport.
