Staff all exhibited full aspect training and I mean ALL. Park is compact but the guides make it easy to park and are very patient, rain or shine. We camped at Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City Oregon in a Motorhome.

Lovely park with tight sites. We have a 43'Coach and we were backed in as deep as possible. We were parked right next to the office (so WiFi worked for us ) , laundry and across from the doggie park. Doggie park was all gravel and my itty bitty paws hurt her. Park is tiered so a view of the ocean across Hwy 101 is there. We looked at other parks and this was the best. We camped at Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City Oregon in a Motorhome.

Excellent in almost all aspects. In addition to super clean laundry and washrooms, the park is well designed no maintained. Staff were excellent and there were free entertainments and events more days than not. Not a kid friendly park, no facilities, it is a very friendly place to stay. We stayed ten days and had been there numerous times before. Note that they are very strict about where one can walk dogs. Note that highway noise varies by the distance from the highway. The upper level is generally quieter. We camped at Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City Oregon in a Motorhome.

The sites are tight but we parked our 38' MH without any problem. Wifi and cable TV were both above average for RV parks. There is a patch of grass at each site but dogs aren't supposed to do their business there. Supposed to go in the pea gravel dog park but my dog never made it there before going. Oh well, but nobody said anything! Friendly group of other RVers, even the ones that appear to have been here awhile. As others have said there is a park bench that converts to half of a picnic table at each site. Interesting setup I've never seen anywhere else and it is functional but only for two people. We camped at Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City Oregon in a Motorhome.

For a Premier RV Park I don't think I got value for the price I paid. Sure, the grounds were tidy, the washrooms were clean, and they had a decent size dog run BUT for $51 (including discount) we got a site that barely fit our 35 ft fiver if we parked the truck perpendicular to the trailer. After doing that we were barely left with any space to hang out. The picnic table was equivalent to 1/2 a normal size table. It actually was a picnic table sawed in half. Right in front of our site was the loading area for all the class A motorhomes to hook up their toads. SO, if you are in a hurry to get out you better time it right. They were also very picky about where your four legged family member did its business. Very strict about that. Overall, easy to maneuver any size trailer and easy on/off of Oregon coast highway (although sometimes traffic can be nightmare) but there is probably better value elsewhere. We camped at Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City Oregon in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Outlet mall close by with all the usual stores and NO tax. Try Pig N Pancake for breakfast. Good size portions. Best golf for your money is Agate Golf Club in Newport (1/2 hour away). Chinook wind golf course was pretty good too but you definitely need a power cart.

We stayed here years ago and it seems that the place has gone down hill since then. The people were fantastic and very helpful but the sites are extremely small, our 5th wheel was as large as the pull-thru we were in, one of the largest they had. We had to park the truck sideways in front of it. We had no room between us and the next door rig. We sat outside our door on our chairs and our neighbors sewer connection was right off our shoulder.

The majority of sites seems to be taken by full timers and lots of them seemed to make the place look trashy.

As stated in prior reviews they are extremely picky about where your dogs can be, signs all over the place saying not here, not there.

The website said they just upgraded the internet, but it kept dropping our connection and then re-connected which was very disturbing.

To call themselves "Premier RV" they need to update/upgrade it some. Overpriced for what you get. We camped at Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City Oregon in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a great place to stay. They provide fun get togethers on Friday and Saturdays which include appetizers and entertainment which are usually some of the area locals. A gentleman named Kip is a great guitarist who plays some great music. They also have ice cream socials and pot luck dinners. You can also enjoy the wonderful gas fire pits located on the property and experience a wonderful ocean view at the same time. We have stayed at this park several times and will again. Tips for other Campers:

You are centrally located for doing the site seeing things such as whale watching and walking the beaches. You are also close to McMinnville which has the wonderful Evergreen Air and Space Museum. There are also many great wineries to enjoy tasting and wonderful places for great fish. A good place in Florence is Nanna's Irish Pub.

Efficient check in and very friendly staff - found another staff member to help with parking out 5th wheel even though we didn't ask. Spaces are very tight in some places and there is very little turning space. The sites are quite close to each other and are short and narrow for larger rigs. There was a 2 seater bench which could be changed into a table and bench but for groups of more than 2 there was no other seating. We had some shade from nearby trees.

Bathrooms were clean and easily accessed for those with mobility issues. We used the spa which was indoors - could have done with cleaning some debris from it. I never saw anyone else use it.

The park has washing machines and driers which cost $1.50 each and were in a good, clean condition.

The free Wifi was good most of the time and I was able to get a good signal at all times. There was also good choice of cable channels.

We booked 5 nights here and enjoyed the peace and quiet of the site. We camped at Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City Oregon in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Lots of stores in Lincoln City - the nearest grocery store is IGA which is south of the park.

Gas was cheaper in Town than further down the road at Newport.

We spent 2 months here in a travel trailer and wish we could have spent more time but the road called.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful and guide you to your site.

Daily paper, Wednesday ice cream social, Friday and Saturday entertainment by the gas fire pit are FUN. Oh yes, I forgot about the raffle before the Saturday night entertainment. Then you have the opportunity on Sunday morning for donuts and coffee.

Bathrooms, showers and laundry room are always very immaculate.

Many things to do and see in Lincoln City as well as in Newport (Fred Meyers, Wal-Mart, automotive dealers, etc.) which is only an enjoyable 30 minute drive.

A very nice RV park !!!! We camped at Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City Oregon in a Travel Trailer.

The indicated rate is based on five nights stay and includes all taxes and a GS discount for a premium site with 50 amp power. Check-in was very pleasant and the two male staff members went out of their way to welcome us to the facility. We then got an escort to our site (#54) because this is apparently renowned for being difficult to back in to. Located next to the dog walking area in the back corner of the resort we were escorted against the normal traffic flow. We were then guided back in to the space. The guys helping were very good but I still can't help thinking that it would have been easier going with the flow of traffic rather than up hill and on the apex of the chicane in the road. Anyway, we got in and hooked up to the PWS and cable.

The site was tight and we were unable to deploy the awning due to a tree but this could be down to the shape and size of the RV as well. The site was level concrete with a narrow strip of grass either side. Roads are asphalt and in good condition.

Each site is given two access codes for the wifi, enabling two devices in total. I found the wifi pretty weak and often unable to connect. The cost is included in the site fee. Cable TV was good with about 48 channels. PWS all worked perfectly. The washrooms, spa and laundry all require an access code. The laundry is $1.50 for washers and dryers (3 of each). Bathrooms were clean, tiled and easily accessible to the disabled. Four showers and two stall in the mens washroom. The resort is very well cared for by the staff working there. We found it nice and quiet with very few children, mainly middle aged to seniors staying here.

Access to the beach is across the 101 with no crosswalk nearby and then down some pretty steep steps. We will return to this resort when next in the area. We camped at Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City Oregon in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a very clean, very well maintained park with a lot of amenities, a great club house, friendly staff and social activities. However, it is a very tight park. I was in pull through #18 with a 40' class A and had to have my neighbor move his pickup to be able to get out. In most of the sites you have to park cross ways in front of your rig. Also I needed an extension to get to the sewer, which I think was just that particular pad. Wi-Fi and cable were mediocre. Also their picnic table are the "halfies" model that only seat two people. We camped at Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City Oregon in a Motorhome.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The campground is clean and well maintained. We drive a big RV and barely had room for ours and toad on the site. The sites are narrow and close together, but the road is wide enough that it was not hard to back into our site. The WiFi works well. This is a beautifully maintained campground located right on Hwy 101. From our site we could look out the back window of the RV and catch a view of the Pacific. The site was level blacktop with a grass patio. Length was decent but you had to carefully park the truck across the front without landing on the grass. Site width was narrow at about 25 feet. This put the landscaping shrubbery against the slide-out on the off-door side and very close on the other, making it awkward to access bikes and compartments at the rear. Water pressure was good and the 50a electric was stable. They had a very nice gas campfire pit located a few sites away where we enjoyed evening cocktails and watched the sunsets. The park staff was warm and welcoming and provided a wealth of information about the area. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again. We camped at Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City Oregon in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Lincoln City was a great location for day-tripping the mid-Oregon coast. To the south check out DePoe Bay, the Devils Punchbowl and watch the whales off Boiler Bay SP. To the north you should visit Pacific City and the Pelican Brewery, follow the Three Capes Highway and tour the Tillamook Cheese Factory.
