2 Parks near McMinnville, Oregon
Aug 2014 - $25.00
Basic RV park with some grass & trees. Mostly what appeared to be permanent residents but unlike many other parks with many permanent residents these folks seemed to keep the place nice. I arrived Thur of Memorial day. Desk person acted like she wasn't sure if there was a space available but "found" one. I observed 3 empty spaces that nite and next. Next AM I asked if I could stay another nite and she said yes so maybe I'm not reading her correctly. Would stay again. - Tireman9

This park provides little more than full hookup sites. There is no cable TV and over the air TV is not available. The Wi-Fi is provided by a third party and costs $5/day or $20/week. This only provides a connection for 1 device. If you need to connect a second device, then you have to pay another access fee. Cell phone reception is spotty at best. The sites are very narrow. We were only able to open our patio awning because we dovetailed with the slide outs on the adjacent 5th wheel. - Indio_snowbird

I used this park as a base to explore Willamette Valley. It’s located well away from the busy Highway 18, and is occupied by mainly permanent or long-term residents. The owners do not appear to encourage short term stays. On many nights a “Park Full” sign was posted although there were open sites. There is no cable or over the air TV reception in the park. Since the Verizon signal was quite weak, I opted to use the pay for use Wi-Fi service offered. While the service was very good, I encountered problems with the provider over a double-billing issue. It required a complaint to the Better Business Bureau plus a dispute of the duplicate charge to my credit card carrier to obtain a refund. I’d suggest that you avoid using this service if you stay at the park. - GreenMtn08

Loved this park. Immaculate, new condition. Paved road and pads with little patches of grass and trees. Hookups and WiFi were excellent. Each site had clever picnic tables that converted into seating benches with back support. Pool, but no hot tub. There was a large open dog field for the pups and a very nice mobile home park to stroll through. Despite being on a state highway, road noise was negligible. - whizbang

Olde Stone Village is one of the nicest RV facilities my wife and I have stayed in in many years of RVing travels. The RV spaces are very ample in width and length. Most of the sites are pull-thrus and are super easy to enter and exit. The pool and restroom areas are spotlessly clean. Service personnel work busily throughout the day to maintain the pristine quality of the facility. Grassy areas surround the RV park and a huge dog run area is available at the park's south end. Cable television works well with many channels to choose from; satellite users have plenty of open sky to point their antennae.
Without doubt, one of the highlights of the area is the Evergreen Air Museum, home to the famous Spruce Goose, is a must visit for young and old alike. Where else can you find elements of the U.S. space programs along with World War II classic aircraft?
When checking in to Olde Stone Village, make sure and peruse the available area brochures if interested in wine tasting, golfing, and other recreational activities. The receptionists are a treasure trove of information as well and can suggest excellent restaurants in the area as well as any RV services that might be needed. - Professor Ken

June 4 - 25 2015 Site # 224 The campground is quite clean and well maintained. Paved roads, concrete sites and patios with grass strips between sites. Few trees that need to be trimmed. Highway noise is tolerable but the airport has helicopter training at all hours of the day...and night. There is a long term section of the park, sites 201-220. Campsites have 20/30/50 electric, picnic table and no fire pit. Sites are spacious. Water has good quality with minimal chlorine, about 40 psi. Cable has a good selection of channels, free. Internet is free with a strong signal, running at about 20 mbps, good for streaming. Two laundries in the park, both are in great condition with quality machines. $1.50. Showers are like a small bathroom at home; all clean and in great condition. There is a nice pool but it is- usually busy. Office staff is pleasant and efficient. Never saw staff outside of the office, just lawn maintenance. No park organized activities that we found.; most campers were only here for a few nights. The park is located next to Evergreen Air Museum. Stores and restaurants are several miles away. Getting to Portland from here is a pain, lots of traffic. Washing cars and RVs is allowed, just ask. This is a very nice park but not convenient to the events in the area that we came for. - Wiyndog
