Overall Rating:

Very pretty park comprised of manufactured/park model homes on one side with a 70 space rv park on the other. Sites are concrete, double wide and level, and are a mix of back-in or pull through with FHU. We stayed in site 230, a back-in site with a nice picnic table that converts to two benches. Sites are close together, but are roomy enough to not make it feel cramped. Interior roads are paved and easy to navigate, and sites are easy to get in/out of. The park is nicely landscaped and extremely well maintained. Amenities include a heated pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day), sports court, playground and dog walk area. Office area is nice, but there is no store or propane available. They have newspapers and vending machines on site. Bathroom and laundry area is centrally located in the park, which has a seating area and place to hookup your laptop. There are four private toilet/shower combinations (two per gender), but oddly, they are accessed from the laundry area. Toilets take several attempts to flush and twice we had to use the plungers as they didn't flush at all. Bathrooms were cleaned daily, but when someone takes a shower it leaves standing water on the floor so take care. Laundry area had 3 washers and 3 dryers (one out of order). Utilities worked well but are placed toward the rear (it took us 3 sewer hoses to reach) and Verizon service was excellent. They allow you to wash your rv here, which we did, but water pressure was on the low side at 35 psi. 60 channels of cable included in the price. The park is adjacent to the Evergreen Aviation Museum and there is a concrete walkway from the park to it. The museum also offers a shuttle service for campers staying at the park. The pool was nice, but sure wish they had a set time for just the adults to enjoy it! During our stay, there was a strong smell of manure from one of the nearby farms. Regardless, we enjoyed our time here and would return. We camped at Olde Stone Village RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

This is what every RV park should aspire to. Wonderful staff. Clean - everything. Nice landscaping. I did not use the pool. I did use the clean laundry room and the clean wheelchair-accessible shower/bathroom. Paved site, paved roads, and paved walkway to the aviation museum. A word of warning: the curbs are cut so deep, I could not go up and down my site or to/from any amenities in my manual wheelchair; I had to use the powerchair or crawl in and out of the manual chair. If you have someone who can pull you up/down those, you'll be fine. Also, the park was free of dog pooh, but the walkway from the park to the museum (obviously used by park guests only) was FULL of pooh - on the sides of the walkway and on the paved walkway itself. Shameful. The park even offers free dog pooh bags before you get on the walkway. I felt so safe and relaxed at Olde Stone Village, I made another reservation for when I come back through the area in a couple weeks. We camped at Olde Stone Village RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

The aviation museum isn't cheap, but it is a must-see. Also, downtown McMinnville was fun (they have a farmer's market on Thursdays too). This park has a dog area, but it is near the road and not fenced; be careful letting your dog run there. I took my dog to the museum grounds and let him run safely there. The surrounding area is lovely with hundreds of wineries.

This is a mobile home/park model with the RV section. The pads are close together with no trees or other vegetation so privacy would be an issue in good weather if one were outside. The restroom/shower facilities consist of only two units, making for a lineup when the RV section is full. The location is some distance from restaurants and other retail, nothing with walking distance except for the air museum which is next door. We camped at Olde Stone Village RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Nice RV park, the only game in town, so it is always crowed, so make reservations far in advance. Right next to the Evergreen Air Museum, unfortunately not as many planes and their used to be. Close to town and winery. The staff is quite friendly and very helpful. We camped at Olde Stone Village RV Park in a Motorhome.

Very well planned RV park. Wide roads. Cement pads. FHU's very good. Sites are well spaced with grass in between. Shade trees are young, so satellite is good at most sites. Park also has cable, but found some stations fuzzy. Wifi very good with park full. Both Verizon and T-Mobile good. Picnic table comes apart to make two benches. The attraction here is the Evergreen Air and Space Museum, where the Spruce Goose is housed. You can wash you RV and car here no charge. Pads have a place for your toad. You can unhook at check in or at site. . Large grass areas for rover. One thing we would like to see is a fenced in off leash area for dogs, they have more than enough room for one. We would camp here again. We camped at Olde Stone Village RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Save a couple of days for the air and space museum. There is also a very large water park in the third building on the museum property. There is a path from the RV park to the air museum. But it can be a walk. Plenty of parking at the museum for RV's.

The only reason I didn't give this perk a ten star rating was there isn't any shade. Beautiful park, great access to Portland area. Super clean, neat, beautiful landscaping and water features. Great stay. Coolest picnic tables that convert into benches. We camped at Olde Stone Village RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

This is a nice, quiet RV park with friendly staff. Beautiful landscaping and big RV sites.

The only negative is that they close the pool after labour day even if the weather is warm or even hot. They would have made a lot of people happy if they had kept the pool open and not give some lame excuse that something was broken. Nobody I talked to believed that, it is just their policy even if the weather is in the mid till high eighthies. We camped at Olde Stone Village RV Park in a Motorhome.

Olde Stone Village, manager at Olde Stone Village RV Park responded to this review

It is always nice to hear feed back from our RV guest. To clarify the response of the pool, the unfortunate timing of our chlorine generator break on September 5th which was Laborer Day was not something we chose or anything we could fix that day. Our pool technician had to wait to have the serviceman came and he unfortunately could not fix it without ordering parts. As in resent years we try to keep the pool open past Laborer Day by at least a week when the weather is nice. We were very sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment this caused.
