This is a member park and has affiliation with other discount programs, therefore the rate we paid reflects our 50amp fee. Spaces are larger with the utilities reasonably located and a fire pit. Sites are gravel with grass between spaces. Interior roads are gravel and dusty. 7mph speed limit which seems to be honored by guests but not by the large lawn mower which seems to hit 20-25mph down the roads creating a real dust situation. So our MH needed to be washed after leaving this park. We camped at Neskowin Creek RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Date of Stay: August, 2016 - $44.00
Overall Rating:

This is a membership RV Park with affiliation to several larger groups. We stayed free for a couple of nights in return for attending a sales pitch. The normal rate is $44pn. Apparently, it is a five star resort. However, I would beg to differ. There are approximately one hundred full service sites equipped with 30 & 50 amp power, water, sewer and cable TV connection (30+ chn). In addition, there are a number of sites with pwr & water only, some dry camping and several tent sites. Tents are also accepted adjacent to RV's. Sites are fairly level gravel pads big enough to accommodate full size RV's. Each site has a picnic table and fire ring. Sites are separated by a grass strip about 15' wide. Interior roads are gravel with a 7pmh speed limit. The main building is the clubroom, office, sales centre and bathrooms. The bathrooms (mens) had two stalls and three showers (two very grubby) plus about four hand sinks. Not really enough for a full RV park of over 100 rigs and probably somewhere near 3 - 400 people. From the far end of the RV park it is about a 300 yard walk to the washrooms. Wi-Fi is only available at or close to the main building. It was indicating at the opposite end of the CG (near my location) but I couldn't connect to the signal making it most inconvenient to collect emails, etc. As there are no trees in the interior of the campground, satellite links are probably very good. There are four washing machines (all out of order when we needed to use them) and six driers. Loads cost $1.50 to wash. There is an indoor pool and hot tub that does have 'adult only' times but we did not use these. There is also a small fitness room that again, we did not use. All over the CG there are a multitude of domestic rabbits gone wild. The park makes mention of these frequently and appears to use their presence as a highlight. We would not return. We camped at Neskowin Creek RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Shopping has to be done in Lincoln City about 10 miles south. If travelling from the north, stop at Costco in Warrenton. The Cafe on Hawke Creek is worth calling in at and having a nice meal. There is a small nine hole golf course at Neskowin worth playing and it only takes 90 minutes. For $35 you can play all day.

This is a very nice park with easy pull-throughs and enough space between sites. The place is loaded with rabbits which are a constant source of amusement. Fair AT&T. Very poor wifi. Easy satellite setup. Very quiet. We would stay here again. We camped at Neskowin Creek RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Most of the sites are pull through, out in the open and have 50 or 30 amps. The campground is along US 101 and Neskowin Creek separates it from the highway. It is located in a valley surrounded by hills and trees. The amenities are located at the south end of the campground and the roads go north/south so it is easy to get to them without infringing on your neighbor. They have lots of bunnies of all sizes and colors so you have to be careful with the bunny droppings. Quiet campground with minimal road noise from 101. We camped at Neskowin Creek RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Not much in Neskowin so you need to travel south 10-15 miles to Lincoln City for groceries. Lincoln City is a long city and not very wide. Safeway is at the north end of Lincoln City.

We have used this park many times. Always clean, large, well maintained park. Enjoy the wild bunnies that are in the park. Good wi-fi, cell service and satellite reception. 50 amp was an extra $2.00/night. We camped at Neskowin Creek RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We've been members for over 3 years now and have sadly watched so much of this once really neat park deteriorate. This year, there is a continuous sewer odor prevalent throughout the entire north end.

The WIFI has gone from iffy, to poor, to bad (when we visted in May and we're told they were having it worked on), and is now only available in the office.

The gravel sites have many gouges left from too little gravel and too much mud, and the primary roads are horrible washboard drives.

Picnic tables are falling apart and utility stands are leaning over.

Even the cable service signal is spotty. Clearly the members yearly fees must be supporting other parks, because this one needs some very real work. We camped at Neskowin Creek RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Price reflects ROD membership. This is our 4th summer stopping at this park. First, staff. Some of the nicest and friendliest ladies we have met in 4 years of fulltiming. The spaces all have grass between sites and this is very nice, considering you can sit outside and watch the multicolored bunnies hop and scurry about. Electric worked perfectly as did water connection and sewer hookup. Park is quiet at night and you can hear the sounds of the ocean if windows are open. Hot tub was closed for cleaning and pool was full of children enjoying summer with grandparents so we did not use it either.

Things that could use some attention are the strong sewer smell at the north end of the park. Went there to dump trash once and it was overpowering. No smell at the south end at all. Secondly, have a ranger patrol at night and stop folks from burning trash (especially plastic) in the fire pits. The toxic smell is horrid when this is done. Only a few are making it unbearable for the many. We camped at Neskowin Creek RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We have stayed here for the past nine years. We often spend the winter here if we don't go south and always spend much time here during the summer. They have well planned games 4 nights a week and often more, individually played. Outside shuffleboard, basketball, tennis, horseshoes and a hiking trail are available. The pool is the largest and cleanest we have seen in our 10 years of full time RVing. Management is member oriented, excellent, and always there for help. A 50 animal resident Elk herd may show up at twilight. Cabins are available for family members without RVs. Access to a nice beach access is one mile away, a nice walk or park in the state roadside parking area with restrooms. We camped at Neskowin Creek RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

The park is along Highway 101 surrounded by forest but only 10 miles from Lincoln City with Safeway, BiMart, Walgreens, Rite Aid, McDonalds, Subway, Burger King, Ace Hardware and more. Twice a year Lincoln City holds its Kite Festival where you can see kite fights and one person controlling five kites. Three lighthouses are within a 40 mile radius with the Tillamook Air Museum 35 miles away.

This is our home park with our membership. We have been staying here for the last three years. It is a nice park close to shopping in Lincoln City and local fishing and golf. Most all of the sites are pull-through, with generous space between RVs. The staff is friendly and always willing to help those in the park with information about the area along who to call for help with encountered problems with your RV or auto. I would highly recommend this park. We camped at Neskowin Creek RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We stayed here for a week and had a site on the back row with a large grassy area behind us that backed up to the wilderness. All utilities were good and the pool and spa were in excellent shape. Casino about 10 miles down the road and beach access not far away either. Beautiful Clear skies here at night(very dark) great for star watching. Nice fire rings to gather around and stay toasty. Very quiet here at night. The lodge, although small, was just right for the number of quests who utilized it. We were having Doggie problems while here so it distracted from some of our enjoyment(an aging and sick lil doggie). My only disappointment here was the RPI price...it is suppose to be 10 a night but by the time they add this and that, your at 18 a night..still good but!!! We camped at Neskowin Creek RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Most sites pull thru and room for big rigs. Full hook ups and cable TV at each site. Level gravel sites with table and grass. Password protected Wi-Fi $1 day, with good signal, indoor heated pool and spa, exercise room & equip large common room. Weekend breakfasts. Most sites get good satellite signals. Office and maintenance staff friendly. Park away from 101 so no traffic noise. Just over a big hill from the ocean. Situated between mountains with dense forest and a large meadow up to the creek then more mountains. Will stay there again. "Premier" membership and accepts ROD and RPI. Nice sites with decent enough room between. Wonderful recreation areas. Near the beach. Clean restrooms, great showers,

wonderful staff. Lots of activities for the family. They even had a live band one night. Bunnies live all over which is fun. My biggest complaint is the ridiculously long grass. One of the busier weekends of the year where all sites are full and overflow area is almost full, yet the grass hasn't been mowed in so long that it literally is almost up to my 7 year old knees. It makes being outside miserable since the damp air = wet grass. Our little dogs couldn't use the dog area because the grass was taller than they were. Do they not own a lawn mower? This could be a beautiful campground. Mowing the grass would make a huge difference. We camped at Neskowin Creek RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

We have been members of Neskowin Creek RV Resort for nine years now and have just spent our sixth Oregon coast winter at this beautiful resort. Winter policy allows members to buy-out their scheduled week out which means we can spend the entire winter at the resort. During the summer we effortlessly enjoy our contract that allows us to spend two weeks in the resort then a week out. We use the pool and hot tub daily. The pool is the largest and best maintained we have seen in our 9 years of full time RVing. The hot tub is also consistently watched and serviced like no other resort we have visited. The grounds are always spotless with grass regularly mowed and trash cans emptied before they overflow. The winter seems to have sped by with all the activities we have been enjoying. Organized games are provided in the clubhouse four nights a week with the clubhouse available for member generated games the other evenings. The resort invariably provides a main dish at the Saturday potlucks. Friendly managers Jim and Fred are always available and joyfully helpful. Neskowin Creek RV Resort is a real sleeper that we can heartily recommend. We camped at Neskowin Creek RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Our rate reflects our "Membership" price, so the $3 was for Cable TV. Lots of friendly bunnies here for the Grand Kids to feed, and the park is very Pet Friendly. Our cable reception and internet in #14 was not very good. Most of the time we could get no WiFi signal at all. The pool area need a considerable amount of work and housekeeping. Our site was not level and left us walking up an incline to exit our Travel Trailer. The firewood we bought here for $7 a bundle was not seasoned and nearly boiled when we finally managed to set it on fire. We will return here, but are considering dropping our $300/ year membership to this park. We camped at Neskowin Creek RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.
