Neskowin offers mostly pull thru sites that are large and spacious. The park is well maintained and the rules that are meant to be fair for everyone are enforced making for a great stay. Staff is friendly and helpful any issues are dealt with immediately. We will be back. We camped at Neskowin Creek RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Each time we come and visit neskowin were thrilled to come and stay here at this rv park. The people within this community are so gracious, giving, caring and so extremely friendly. Amongst everything this park provides there's warm delicious coffee bright and early each morning amongst games and fun activities going on daily up at the clubhouse. Each week there's a delicious potluck held up at the clubhouse where a lot of people who stay here gather and eat a delicious meal together. The bathrooms and showers are kept up very nice and always clean. There's outside games and activities and also areas for your dog to run wild and free. This is a place I recommend to everyone who visits the Oregon Coast even to those who have never visited the Oregon Coast! We enjoy visiting nearby picnic areas and enjoy walks in the woods with views of all types of animals, deer, rabbits, elk, bald eagles, we've even seen a cougar in the nearby area. This park has a great spirit to it and I recommend it anyone who's looking for a resort to stay at! We camped at Neskowin Creek RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

This is a MEMBERS ONLY park during prime time (may- Oct). We have been members of this park for over 6 years. It is a wonderful park with all of the amenities (pool, spa, clubhouse, pot lucks, large pull through sites and good water). The staff and other members are very friendly and helpful. They have 100 full hook-up sites, 17 with power, water cable and a large field for dry campers. They also have a section for tent campers. And the park is only 8 miles from Lincoln city. We will spend the winter in this park this year. Great people. We camped at Neskowin Creek RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Great place! Friendly staff, clean and a lot of activities. Clubhouse has free wi-fi and a good place to join in on the Saturday morning breakfast and potluck later that day.

Make reservations early this is a prime location. The ladies in the office are friendly and helpful. WI-FI system works great without assistance equipment. Playground for the kids and TV in the clubhouse with movies and games. We camped at Neskowin Creek RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

This place overbooks. It doesn't matter if you have a reservation for a site with hookups, there is a good chance that they will put you into dry camping overflow, a grassy field with grass and big holes. There were around 40 rigs dry camping when I was there, everyone I had talked to had come in with reservations for hookups. It appears that the priority for hookups goes to people who are there on a free three day sales pitch and "members" (meaning this is their home park, although there were some "members" in overflow). If you really need water and electricity just don't count on it. Every inch of grass there was marked off for dry camping. I hear the situation is better in the winter. We camped at Neskowin Creek RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Very nice RV resort. Most sites pull thru and room for big rigs. Full hook ups and cable TV at each site. Level gravel sites with table and grass. Password protected WiFi - $ with good signal, indoor heated pool and spa and exercise room with equip. Large common room with games every evening and breakfasts on weekends. Most sites get good satellite signals. Office and maintenance staff friendly. Park ¼ mile away from 101 so no traffic noise. Just over a big hill from the ocean. Situated between mountains with dense forest and a large meadow and creek. No access to beach. Membership resort and accepts C2C, ROD and RPI. 3rd stay over the last 6 years traveling and will stay here again. We camped at Neskowin Creek RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Our third stay here. We always enjoy the quiet area surrounded by trees. Yes, the 101 hwy is very close but you rarely hear anything but big trucks - and they aren't that bad. As previous reviewers have said, many things to do at the clubhouse should you wish to meet your fellow campers. We always like the Saturday Pot Luck. Sites are very long, but not wide enough for you to step out of your rig onto level gravel. You step out onto the grass. Because of the rabbits (and gophers) the grass areas (especially in the back-in areas) are quite "lumpy" and you have to be very careful not to twist an ankle. The pull-thrus seem to be a bit less "holey" overall. A closed-in dog park is available. Doggy-doo bags are available to clean up after your pet and (unlike other places we've stayed) were NEVER empty! We were there during sun and rain. The rain was light, however, so potholes weren't an issue. The staff is VERY good at keeping the grass down (they pretty much mow every rain-free day so bring your allergy medicine!), and if something was not working (ie. a dryer in the laundry) it was pretty much fixed by the next day! If you come in northbound, there are trees blocking the sign which makes for a sharp left-hand turn. There IS a turn lane, though. We were in a 37' RV with toad. Plenty of room at the front entrance (after going thru the gate and across the bridge) to disconnect the toad before going to your site. The back-in sites will get more shade - the pull through's more sun. So you've got your choice! Electric is 30/50 (50 amp is extra $) water and sewer included. TV is extra (hit and miss for quality) and WiFi, while good, is charged per 1MB (not by the day). A pretty large lending library is available and DVDs can be checked out. Lots of board games available too. Pool, spa, sauna are great - also have a small workout room. Our "cost" of $0.00 was because of our Resorts of Distinction membership. We will definitely return! We camped at Neskowin Creek RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This is one of our "Home" Parks through RPI. Located on the Coast near Pacific City, it is our favorite destination on the Oregon Coast. Reservations made as far in advance as possible are necessary. Expect to leave a message and have them call back, as they don't seem to have enough staff to man the phone. New covered outdoor area and recently renovated pool and sauna are very nice. Saturday breakfasts and multiple social events are available. We stayed on a very stormy coastal weekend, but the location of the park behind the hill protects it moderately well. Fair ATT cell service. Park's cable and WiFi (both cost) are adequate. Google Maps tried to get us to take a "shortcut" north from Hwy 18 at Otis. DON'T fall for it. We checked it out with the tow vehicle later and I wouldn't want to beat my 5er up like that! Bad, windy, bumpy road is actually further than proceeding to Hwy 101 and heading north. We camped at Neskowin Creek RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

The pool was ice cold, so was the pool room and restroom. The windows above them were open all the time. The pool room and restrooms where always soaked. I was told they hosed them. The cable TV is really bad for what you pay. You only get 32 station and 30 are all really fuzzy. You have to pay for internet. In all the other places I've been you get it free. What really got me was that they wanted donations for a freezer and I was told they did the same with a frig. Every time I've been there the hot tub was not working. If you walked down by the table where you clean fish, you can smell the sewer. Only used it a couple of times won't renew. We camped at Neskowin Creek RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

GPS did not give us great directions. Entrance to the resort sits directly on Hwy 101. Campground has a security gate. We had called before arriving and were given the security code. They offer Saturday breakfast and several other social events throughout the week. Easily handles big rigs. Sites are all 65' and gravel area wide enough for the 5th wheel and truck. Sites are gravel for the parking and a decent size grass area between. Gravel and Asphalt roads through the campground. The rain caused large pot holes in the roads, but they were diligent about grading the roads to repair holes. Each site had a picnic table and a fire ring. There is an indoor pool and hot tub area. Laundry room is small and could use a good cleaning and a couple of the machines did not work.

One cannot talk about this campground without mentioning the rabbits. They look like domestic rabbits... but there are signs to assure you they are not. Signs say the rabbits bite AND they can chew through vehicle wiring. There was rabbit poo everywhere, in fact each night we had rabbits depositing on our welcome mat.

This park is a good central location to visit the Oregon coast. Good Verizon coverage. It was easy to get DirecTV satellite. We camped at Neskowin Creek RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

A great RV park that offers many amenities. A nice, pleasant office staff that efficiently checks in arriving guests. This is a member-only park. We gained access as a Coast to Coast affiliate park. Our fee reflects the video or WiFi fees. Cable TV is $2.25/day. WiFi is $2.24/day, so if you wanted two devices, it would be double the daily rate. We are in a 65' pull thru with FHU and 50A service. The power pedestal, water and sewer connections are close by. Sites are level and graveled with a grass patio, picnic table and fire ring to burn wood. Easy interior roads to navigate. Coded and secure entry gate. Park has a place for semi-FHU (no sewer but power and fresh water available) and boondocking. Saturday mornings from 8:30 am to 10:00 am, the park hosts a nice breakfast. No fee but donations are accepted. This happens every Saturday!! Sundays, coffee and donuts. Both activities are in recognition of military veterans. Surrounded by low foothills but easy access to the beach from a State Park less than a mile away and in either direction from the park along US 101 in Pacific City or Lincoln. A unique feature are the wild rabbits that roam the park. Warning signs caution contact with the rabbits because they bite!!! They are protected so no rabbit stew permitted!!! We will return to this park when in the area. We camped at Neskowin Creek RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This is a member park, and even though they had open FHU sites we were put in a W/E back-in site. The electric was good; water quality good; cable TV, sites in good shape. They offered good activities and the director worked hard at keeping things going. They had an indoor pool which the kids were in a lot; also had a nice playground and a hiking trail up into the mountains (which was dark and damp; kind of unnerving). Small fenced dog park but I found a very unused road across the street to let the dogs loose. We camped at Neskowin Creek RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

First time here, but won't be our last. Eclipse weekend & very busy, but well handled & no typical rowdy kind of issues. Our actual cost -0- because of membership status. Level/gravel pull thru. Tents are allowed. EZ in & out of site & campground. Gated for security, but punch code worked as it should. Very nice pool/spa complex, basketball court. Horseshoes & shuffleboard courts. Great pot-luck on Sat. night. Live music 2nd night. Excellent cell coverage. Wi-Fi a little iffy, but worked great when it worked. It's less than 10 miles to town, not 20 as a previous reviewer said. We were invited here as a customer appreciation for buying an RV from Byoung RV, so our cost was actually zero. Bought a membership that will average about $20/night. Private gated campground where I had no issues leaving items out in camp. Gravel roads and sires with grass. A little muddy due to rain but dried up quickly when the sun came out. Staff working on keeping roads graveled. A great place to camp with great staff and other members. We camped at Neskowin Creek RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.
