A great RV park that offers many amenities. A nice, pleasant office staff that efficiently checks in arriving guests. This is a member-only park. We gained access as a Coast to Coast affiliate park. Our fee reflects the video or WiFi fees. Cable TV is $2.25/day. WiFi is $2.24/day, so if you wanted two devices, it would be double the daily rate. We are in a 65' pull thru with FHU and 50A service. The power pedestal, water and sewer connections are close by. Sites are level and graveled with a grass patio, picnic table and fire ring to burn wood. Easy interior roads to navigate. Coded and secure entry gate. Park has a place for semi-FHU (no sewer but power and fresh water available) and boondocking. Saturday mornings from 8:30 am to 10:00 am, the park hosts a nice breakfast. No fee but donations are accepted. This happens every Saturday!! Sundays, coffee and donuts. Both activities are in recognition of military veterans. Surrounded by low foothills but easy access to the beach from a State Park less than a mile away and in either direction from the park along US 101 in Pacific City or Lincoln. A unique feature are the wild rabbits that roam the park. Warning signs caution contact with the rabbits because they bite!!! They are protected so no rabbit stew permitted!!! We will return to this park when in the area. We camped at Neskowin Creek RV Resort in a Motorhome.

First time here, but won't be our last. Eclipse weekend & very busy, but well handled & no typical rowdy kind of issues. Our actual cost -0- because of membership status. Level/gravel pull thru. Tents are allowed. EZ in & out of site & campground. Gated for security, but punch code worked as it should. Very nice pool/spa complex, basketball court. Horseshoes & shuffleboard courts. Great pot-luck on Sat. night. Live music 2nd night. Excellent cell coverage. Wi-Fi a little iffy, but worked great when it worked. It's less than 10 miles to town, not 20 as a previous reviewer said. We camped at Neskowin Creek RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

2 golf courses within a couple miles, several more within 30. The whole coast is a shopper's/eater's/fisherman's/beach comber's paradise. Some of the best kite-flying in the country <10 miles, & several kite shops in Lincoln City.

This is a member park, and even though they had open FHU sites we were put in a W/E back-in site. The electric was good; water quality good; cable TV, sites in good shape. They offered good activities and the director worked hard at keeping things going. They had an indoor pool which the kids were in a lot; also had a nice playground and a hiking trail up into the mountains (which was dark and damp; kind of unnerving). Small fenced dog park but I found a very unused road across the street to let the dogs loose. We camped at Neskowin Creek RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

We were invited here as a customer appreciation for buying an RV from Byoung RV, so our cost was actually zero. Bought a membership that will average about $20/night. Private gated campground where I had no issues leaving items out in camp. Gravel roads and sires with grass. A little muddy due to rain but dried up quickly when the sun came out. Staff working on keeping roads graveled. A great place to camp with great staff and other members. We camped at Neskowin Creek RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed at this park in the off season and unfortunatly rainy season. The place was ALL MUD. Sites are in a field and are mostly pull throughs. There are no obstructions. The club house and pool were open and easily accessable. Both a bit run down and in need of work. THis is a remote area and about 20 miles to town. Bring what you need. Wifi was barely usable. Verizon worked okay. Satellite was easy to get going. If you like rabbits there are MANY here to see. Park is Very quiet and relaxing. We camped at Neskowin Creek RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Great location nestled close into the mountains and trees, so when the wind is high toward the south, it is much calmer here. grassy areas get a little soggy when it rains a lot. The gravel spots are very level so setup is a breeze. Park staff is very helpful and friendly. We camped at Neskowin Creek RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Nice park and still pretty busy in the beginning of October. Sites are pretty level and the WiFi worked pretty good. Quiet location and seems well carried for. The roads were bad when we got there. It rained and softened the roads and the park was out working on the roads every day. We also saw several loads of stone being hauled in. We camped at Neskowin Creek RV Resort in a Motorhome.

No WiFi, but free in the cosy clubhouse and working great. Cable is $3 a day but perfect. They have a great covered swimming pool and Hot tub. You have to take you car to the beach you cannot walk there (closed it).

It is Oregon so lots of rain, so the roads were muddy with potholes but they are working on that. Nice (not muddy) sites. Very, very quiet. No trains or road noise. We will be back. We camped at Neskowin Creek RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a member park and has affiliation with other discount programs, therefore the rate we paid reflects our 50amp fee. Spaces are larger with the utilities reasonably located and a fire pit. Sites are gravel with grass between spaces. Interior roads are gravel and dusty. 7mph speed limit which seems to be honored by guests but not by the large lawn mower which seems to hit 20-25mph down the roads creating a real dust situation. So our MH needed to be washed after leaving this park. We camped at Neskowin Creek RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Date of Stay: August, 2016 - $44.00
Overall Rating:

This is a membership RV Park with affiliation to several larger groups. We stayed free for a couple of nights in return for attending a sales pitch. The normal rate is $44pn. Apparently, it is a five star resort. However, I would beg to differ. There are approximately one hundred full service sites equipped with 30 & 50 amp power, water, sewer and cable TV connection (30+ chn). In addition, there are a number of sites with pwr & water only, some dry camping and several tent sites. Tents are also accepted adjacent to RV's. Sites are fairly level gravel pads big enough to accommodate full size RV's. Each site has a picnic table and fire ring. Sites are separated by a grass strip about 15' wide. Interior roads are gravel with a 7pmh speed limit. The main building is the clubroom, office, sales centre and bathrooms. The bathrooms (mens) had two stalls and three showers (two very grubby) plus about four hand sinks. Not really enough for a full RV park of over 100 rigs and probably somewhere near 3 - 400 people. From the far end of the RV park it is about a 300 yard walk to the washrooms. Wi-Fi is only available at or close to the main building. It was indicating at the opposite end of the CG (near my location) but I couldn't connect to the signal making it most inconvenient to collect emails, etc. As there are no trees in the interior of the campground, satellite links are probably very good. There are four washing machines (all out of order when we needed to use them) and six driers. Loads cost $1.50 to wash. There is an indoor pool and hot tub that does have 'adult only' times but we did not use these. There is also a small fitness room that again, we did not use. All over the CG there are a multitude of domestic rabbits gone wild. The park makes mention of these frequently and appears to use their presence as a highlight. We would not return. We camped at Neskowin Creek RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Shopping has to be done in Lincoln City about 10 miles south. If travelling from the north, stop at Costco in Warrenton. The Cafe on Hawke Creek is worth calling in at and having a nice meal. There is a small nine hole golf course at Neskowin worth playing and it only takes 90 minutes. For $35 you can play all day.

Coast to Coast member, so $2 rate.

Very nice, roomy park. Approximately 100 graveled, mostly pull thru of similar size, which I believe is approximately 65 ft.

Some exceptions, including dry camping. Park is grass, except for graveled roadways and parking spots. Well maintained and a lot of domestic bunnies that are fun for all ages. We camped at Neskowin Creek RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Most of the sites are pull through, out in the open and have 50 or 30 amps. The campground is along US 101 and Neskowin Creek separates it from the highway. It is located in a valley surrounded by hills and trees. The amenities are located at the south end of the campground and the roads go north/south so it is easy to get to them without infringing on your neighbor. They have lots of bunnies of all sizes and colors so you have to be careful with the bunny droppings. Quiet campground with minimal road noise from 101.
