We were able to book this at the last minute which was a life saver for us! We were lucky and got a spot with a little bit of grass, but we backed to the parking lot where there was dry camping and people running generators all night. The casino is on Highway 101 so there is lots of road noise. They did have a nice grassy area where we were able to play with the dog, which is a huge bonus for us. It was fun to checkout the casino - but neither of us like to gamble, so not enticing enough for us to stay there again. We weren't able to get a spot for the last night before our trip, so we dry camped in the parking lot (our first time bookdocking) and it was LOUD! But we survived :) We camped at The Mill Casino RV Park in a Motorhome.

For most of the past 12 or so summers, we have usually spent about a week on the Oregon coast. It did not dawn on me until after we hit the road in late June, that the "Great Eclipse" would cause a problem getting a RV park site around 8/21 on the coast. We were able to get in here for one night a few days before the event. See my August, 2016 review for a more detailed description of the park. We had a FHU, pull-through site with cable TV and Wi-Fi that worked fine until dark. There is a shuttle to the casino but it is only a 5-10 minute walk away. There isn't much to do in the RV park, but the casino hotel pool is available to RV customers. We camped at The Mill Casino RV Park in a Motorhome.

The park is next to the casino, a little packed in. The shuttle was really nice and the grounds were well maintained. Staff was helpful and courteous. The site is next to the highway and two working log mills, so I wouldn't say it was quiet. The wind blew hard every day, sometimes shaking the rig. Curbside trash pick up was very nice. We camped at The Mill Casino RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Easy to check in. The shuttle to the town was fantastic. The food in the restaurant and bar was lovely. The spot was backin very big and easy to use. One of the best RV Parks I've been in. We are in a 25ft Motorhome. We camped at The Mill Casino RV Park in a Motorhome.

Nice park located on the water but next to the 101 highway so expect noise. Many sites have big slope in the front requiring extra blocks. Large laundry and clean restrooms. We ate one meal at the casino and thought prices were high for the quality. We stayed one week and would stay again. We camped at The Mill Casino RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a paved extension of the casino parking lot. There is a logging mill on the one end but we did not hear any noise because we were there over the weekend. A train track runs past the sites but did not pass on the weekend. We did hear it late Friday when we got there and again on Monday morning before we left. There is a very nice dog park for off leash pets. They have a great shuttle service to and from the casino. You can get a card from the casino front desk to use the gym, pool and spa. We camped at The Mill Casino RV Park in a Motorhome.

If you are continuing south on 101 and will pass through Brookings, you must stop at Sporthaven Marina Bar and Grill for the best ever clam chowder. You will not regrets this stop. The owner came out and talked with us for 15 - 20 minutes

I wouldn't call this a charming or pretty park but it is well-maintained and organized. Hook-ups good. Wifi adequate. Our site was a 62 ft pull through, cement, but a little sloped on one end. Some ground cover planted between sites but no privacy screening and pretty close side to side. Plenty of room to maneuver our 42 ft motorcoach and towed car. The bay is more industrial than scenic with interesting boat activity. Not much traffic noise but the trains do demand attention. Coos Bay is an interesting little town - good groceries, farmers market, refurbished art deco movie theater, Oregon Coast music festival. Lovely cool breezes after experiencing the 90 degree + weather of interior Oregon. We camped at The Mill Casino RV Park in a Motorhome.

Nice Farmers Market in Coos Bay on Wednesdays. About 1/2 hour drive to the state parks on the coast -Shore Acres, Sunset Bay, and Cape Arago. Beautiful. Worth the drive.

Great park they pick up your trash twice a day, the place is spotless, staff was outstanding. The best part was Tony's RV repair, they are the best I have ever used. Tony sent out Cory who is a 10 across the board. they fixed everything no BS and the cost was very very fair. If you ever need any work done Tony is the best period. One of our all time favorite RV parks for fast and competent check-in, extra wide and clean sites, good utilities, and outstanding amenities. We would rate it our all time best if they would improve the weak, slow, drop-out prone wifi that has plagued their excellence for years. We camped at The Mill Casino RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Very wide back-in spaces and deep enough so there was no problem with parking trailer. I did disconnect the truck from the trailer. If you do not want to disconnect get a pull thru, they are very long. Walked to casino and the food was good. Did not eat at buffet, but in 2 restaraunts. Would stay here again. Beautiful park. We looked right out onto the bay. The sites were all full hookup, 50 amp, pull-through with room for our toad in front of our 45' motorhome. The park was not full so it felt more spacious, but the sites were fairly wide so you wouldn't feel on top of your neighbor if it were full. The ground was asphalt with grass between sites. Each site had a nice picnic table. The roads were easy to navigate. We were able to use the pool and fitness center in the casino. We ate at the Saw Blade Buffet one night. It was pretty good, not great. All the staff were very nice. Great location for sight-seeing along the Oregon coast. I couldn't find any negatives about this place. We camped at The Mill Casino RV Park in a Motorhome.

Be sure to visit the Umpqua Lighthouse and take the tour. You won't be sorry. Bandon is also a great town to visit and not too far. While there go to the FaceRock Cremery and sample great cheeses. We also had terrific ice cream.

We've stayed at the Mill Casino many times. But, there is always room for improvement. Most sites are very un-level.

The food in the casino is pretty darn bad!. Be warned!

I did have a Long Island Iced Tea in the bar....very good. $9.00. We camped at The Mill Casino RV Park in a Motorhome.

We ate in the Saw Blade Buffet. Maybe the other restaurant is better.

This is actually the rate, and a review of, the $15.00 per night parking lot next to the RV park. First, we walked through the RV park and used the showers and restrooms and laundry there. It is a beautiful RV park, right on the bay, and had we planned to be there more than just overnight, we would have stayed there and paid full price. We were only overnighting on our way to a different destination, so the no-hookup parking lot worked just fine. We loved that for a small fee to park there, we could use the facilities next door. The parking area is gravel, and very level. The casino shuttle picks up passengers often. We were pleased. We camped at The Mill Casino RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Very clean; paves; spacious sites; good utilities; good cable TV; spotty WiFi but free when it worked. Very dog friendly with a fenced, grassy off-leash area - complete with doggie bags and trash receptacle - Nice! Courtesy shuttle to nearby, walkable casino, and for other businesses in town. Excellence value for the facilities. There is also a dry camping area next to it. There is some road noise from Highway 101, but can't complain!
