The park was clean but restroom and shower was open only with passkey. A message said to please call for the key, but there was no phone and no cell phone service. No wifi, and water was out of order. The lake is dry. We camped at Summer Lake Hot Springs RV Park in a Motorhome.

Stayed here overnight. It's really out in the middle of nowhere: millions of stars at night. The hot springs was okay, located in an old wooden structure, lots of swallows inside, the owner is trying to get rid of them. The also have outdoor pool which is great at night. Hopefully owners will put some money into this park. We camped at Summer Lake Hot Springs RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This place is a dump: good only for a one nighter on the way somewhere else. It was quiet and the utilities did work well. The entry gate was over a cattle guard made of wood that looked like it was ready to collapse. I was concerned if it would hold my MH. It did, but it was rough and the gravel entry was rough. The sites were long enough so I didn't have to take off my toad. They are trying to sell their hot spring bath (which we did not see) but they apparently spent very little on any other maintenance. It is located on a small highway and was convenient for our trip planning, so we would probably stay here again if that's the way the plan worked out. We camped at Summer Lake Hot Springs RV Park in a Motorhome.

I love this place. Remote, rustic, zillions of stars and excellent hot spring! Six 90 foot pull throughs. I could almost live there. Intermittent cell network availability. Very accommodating. We camped at Summer Lake Hot Springs RV Park in a Motorhome.

Rustic, but we like it there. Having the hot springs makes up for a lot of semi-negatives such as no shade, no tables other than cable reels, and a few other things lacking. Campground is not kept up well, and we felt better about having our own facilites with us. However, we used the hot springs with enthusiasm, so maybe my comments on the lack of upkeep on bathrooms and such should be taken with a grain of salt. We camped at Summer Lake Hot Springs RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

This is an old, rustic, well worn RV park located in Oregon's high desert on the southern end of the expansive, sometimes dry, Summer Lake. You won't find any manicured green lawns here, or shade trees, but you will find a natural hot spring bathhouse to soak in and some pretty incredible vistas to look at. If you like clean modern bathrooms and showers, well you won't find those here either! But this is a nice place to stay if you bring your own creature comforts with you and all you want is power, water, sewer, and a high desert experience. This is a great place to get away from the crowds. There are also lots of things to see and do in the surrounding area. Note: Verizon wireless has cell coverage here, but Cingular/AT&T Mobility coverage is extremely weak to nonexistent. The town of Paisley a few miles away has strong Cingular/At&T Mobility coverage. The RV park staff was very friendly, laid back, accommodating, and I would definitely stay here again. We camped at Summer Lake Hot Springs RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
