Overall Rating:

Our site was level so it didn't require blocking and it was paved. Also, the neighbor (who was one of approximately 30% who are long-term residents) was very friendly. The park is located walking distance from a beautiful greenbelt running by Bear Creek and is near a shopping center with a Rays, a Chevron and a Dutch Brothers. The location is also convenient to Medford and many local wineries and Oregon Shakespeare Festival (in Ashland) and quite a few local hiking trails. The restroom facilities when we were there appeared to have been recently renovated and were very clean. The one negative to the park is the limited staffing. We stayed an extra day there, but had difficulties with the limited hours that we could contact someone on the staff to confirm the extension. Staff hours (I believe) were only 10AM to 5PM during which time we were out and about. We camped at Holiday RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Lots of wine tasting, shopping (both locally and in Medford) and hiking trails. Also, the location is not far from Ashland (Oregon Shakespeare Festival), Talent and other entertainment venues. We happened to be able to take in a guitar concert at SOU during our stay.

My husband and I were traveling from central California and found Holiday RV Park to spend the night. Our site was right by Bear Creek, what a beautiful view! We also went into the swimming pool, which was really nice! We had an end site, so we had lots of room and loved it! I would recommend this place to anyone traveling near Phoenix, Oregon! We camped at Holiday RV Park in a Motorhome.

Date of Stay: April, 2016 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

This is our third stay in this park. We asked for a space over next to the creek and were accommodated. There was just enough room for our big truck/camper and our pull car. There are quite a few permanent residents but for the most part, their sites were nicely maintained and they people were friendly. A lot of people had dogs, but they were always leashed when walked and well behaved. Everyone used the grassy dog walking area and when we walked our dog there it was clean. Freeway noise was not detected. In fact, the only noise was gentle burbling of beautiful Bear Creek as it passed by the front of our rig. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. We come here for three days to attend theatre in Ashland and find the RV park perfect for our needs. We camped at Holiday RV Park in a Truck Camper.

Overall Rating:

A nice older RV park close to Medford and Ashland. The spaces are awfully close together with today's larger rigs, but that can't be helped. Staff was welcoming and friendly, and they keep the place clean. Quite a few full-timers, but they were friendly and kept their spaces tidy, so no problem there. Quite a bit of noise from the construction on the I-5 exit nearby, but that can't last forever. Not outstanding, but adequate. We camped at Holiday RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Fine for overnight on way south on I-5. Nothing spectacular. Very good all around. Entrance is a bit trickey because of construction. Would stop again. We camped at Holiday RV Park in a Motorhome.

Beautiful park, shade trees, on a creek, easy on and off, good Wi-Fi, good roads, nice folks, a little road noise, but not too bad. Would stay again. We camped at Holiday RV Park in a Motorhome.

We really liked this park. Had a shaded pull in site by the creek, seemed far enough from the highway to be not too noisy. The pool was warm and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. As with most parks these days, lots of full time residents but there was nothing trashy about this place. We would stay there again. We camped at Holiday RV Park in a Motorhome.

Friday morning arrival without reservations; they squeezed me into an "overflow" space with no cable TV or WiFi but because of that discounted the price. Park was full all weekend. Tight roads and spaces but park was well maintained. I would stay again. We camped at Holiday RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a very nice park. We stay here whenever we take a trip south because of it's location to I-5. It's a large park and we've had several different pull-through sites and pull-ins on the creek, all of which have been neat and provided plenty of room for our slide-outs. The restrooms are really clean and there's a nice laundry facility available. The park is within walking distance to an outlet center, eating facilities, and a large grocery store. The staff are great and have homemade cookies when you check in, which is a nice touch. We camped at Holiday RV Park in a Motorhome.

Love to stop here and go to the Mexican restaurant in the shopping center next door. The sites on the creek are the nicest - shady in the afternoon and with nice benches to enjoy the view. Sites are spacious and easily accommodated our motorhome. The location is right off Interstate 5 and easy to get to. Great stop just before the Siskiyou Mountains. We camped at Holiday RV Park in a Motorhome.

We stayed here for 2 nights due to proximity to Ashland and other surrounding towns with a great number of things to see and do. This was very easy access off of I-5 and is very quiet. The sites are paved, wide, and level. It's a great setting along a stream. Some of the spaces are occupied by permanent residents, but their spaces are well maintained. Wonderful staff that was very capable and helpful. WiFi worked pretty well due to numerous transmitters around the park. We would definitely stay here again. We camped at Holiday RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This was our second stay at the park and we enjoyed both times. The sites along the stream are very nice and the extra grass gives you a place to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet. Be sure to stop and eat at Si Casa Flores in the shopping center next to the park. The food is great and the portions large. We made a special point of driving further than we normally would just to stay here and will stay here again in the future as we travel up and down I-5. We camped at Holiday RV Park in a Motorhome.

Right off I-5 but quiet. Small shopping center and McDonalds within walking distance. Petro across the highway with Iron Skillet. Very nice stop so decided to stay 2 days. Lady tried hard to give us a discount but we are only Passport America card holders. They honor all other discount cards. Still stayed because of stream outside and nice trees. This is Oregon as I had dreamed of it. Green, light breeze, 80 degrees and just down right pretty around here. Will stay here again. Sites are level and all are pull-thru. Stayed here in a fifth wheel. We camped at Holiday RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
