It's hard to complain about RPI rate of $10... but... the RPI section is really in need of attention. Beware the water pressure is REALLY high. The laundry is inexpensive, but the machines are old and cranky. The access road is being fixed, but right now it's a downright hazard. However, the view is outstanding and we picked one of the wider nicer sites in the corner. But if there were lots of rigs, it would be really tight! Our site was fairly level. And if you want to crab or fish, this is the place to be. We didn't use the restrooms or rec room. We did visit the campground and pool on the "other" side, which I think is for members only or full-paying public and it seemed much nicer. But $10 is a cheap price for the view and 30 amps I suppose... We camped at Paradise Cove Resort & Marina in a Motorhome.

This is totally a fishing camp. There is a designated area for RPI members. The sites are very small. The upkeep needs improvement especially the road into the campsites. The laundry has no hot water and smelled very mouldy and musky. The pool was lovely and big but there were no chairs to sit on. The changing/washroom- woman's- had caution signs everywhere to indicate slippery when wet. I would suggest perhaps changing the tile floors to something more appropriate. We camped at Paradise Cove Resort & Marina in a Fifth Wheel.

This a nice park, especially for fishermen. It has three tiers. The lower two, which offer the best view, are TOO tight. The upper one (east side of 101)is much roomier and nicer, but doesn't afford a view. Satellite is accessible from most sites. One day before leaving we were told the best Wi-Fi signal. Were not told this on entering and had to use clubhouse where signal is poor. AT&T was good. Fair laundry. Machines have seen their best days. Rate reflects Coast-to-Coast member rate. We camped at Paradise Cove Resort & Marina in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed in Paradise Cove as guests of some F/T RVer friends with a "Coast to Coast" membership. The CG hosts were extremely accommodating. Our friends were able to have us moved to the lower tier to camp closer to them when they told management that my husband was disabled and unable to walk too far. WiFi signal was strong in their community club house building. The community building was large, clean, and well set up. Showers were designed to be private and had GREAT water pressure. Beautiful views, and they were set up to cook your crabs as you came in (if boating/crabbing). Nice nice place!! We camped at Paradise Cove Resort & Marina in a Travel Trailer.

Cost reflects Coast-to-Coast rate. Park has many sites overlooking the bay, and a laid-back choose-your-own-spot policy. We stayed in the lower section below highway 101 in order to watch the bay; the upper section is surrounded by trees - no view of the bay. One unusual amenity was a large kettle kept boiling for guests to cook their own crabs! The steam train runs through occasionally and the tracks wind through a wooded area lined with blackberries which were yummy at breakfast. Good Wi-Fi in rec hall. We camped at Paradise Cove Resort & Marina in a Motorhome.

This park has 2 phases to it. the bottom part which is on the marina, and across 101 up the hill is the other camp location. The one on the hill is by far the nicest! By the marina, the spaces are very tight and close together' but up the hill on the other side of 101, spaces are huge, and lots of trees and woods to walk your dog. Price reflects ROD Plus price, as it did cost me nothing to stay there for 2 weeks. Beautiful pool, 2 rec sites, and nice guys who check you in. Really nice park, and so many things close to you to take daily side trips in your car. I would and will go back next summer. We camped at Paradise Cove Resort & Marina in a Motorhome.

Rate is for RPI. We were only allowed to park in the terraced hill overlooking the "marina" camping area. Spaces were very close together, but we loved the view up on our little hill. Everyone had pulled in forward for the view and plugged in on their neighbor's site. Worked well for the crowd when we were here. The upper terrace is for members only, had large well spaced sites with nice landscaping, but no view. We heard the hot tub and pool were very nice, but did not use them ourselves. We would definitely return to this campground. We camped at Paradise Cove Resort & Marina in a Motorhome.

We stayed here using our ROD membership. This park is split into levels with the top level being across Hwy 101. The top level has the largest sites with fire ring and table. There is a railroad track separating the middle and ocean level. Only the steam train runs, usually on weekends. There is a club house on the lower level and an adult club house on the top level. The swimming pools/hot tub is also on the top level. WI-FI is available in/near both club houses. Also available is the docks and Activity Center. Dandelions were tall but otherwise a nice site. There is road noise but it didn't keep us awake. We would stay here again. We camped at Paradise Cove Resort & Marina in a Motorhome.
