We have stayed here often. Nice park located just west of Roseburg city limits on the banks of the North Umpqua. There is no river access from the park but a large county park is next door. Site numbers 1-41 are larger then numbers 51 and above. Lots of full timers throughout but didn't bother us much. Good staff. Park is normally very quiet. We camped at Twin Rivers Vacation Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This park does not take Good Sam any more. They had cable, however, it was a box hookup and it kept going off and then back on. A box is needed for each TV. The shower and restrooms were out of order, but they were fixed before we left. The office is closed more than it is open, however, if you call the number on the door she answers and comes to the office. This park is close to where the north and south Umpqua meet. There is a boat launch and park next to the park. We camped at Twin Rivers Vacation Park in a Motorhome.

Do yourself a favor, avoid this park like it has the plague! The park managers are totally incompetent. We were not provided any information at check-in, when I asked if there was something we should know I was told NO everything is good. Come to find out the cable is scrambled which requires a cable box we were not issued. Called about the cable issue and never received a return phone call. We had to come back to the park late and found ourselves locked out. We were also never issued a gate code. When I went to the office to find out why this stuff was not provided to us at check-in I was told by the park manager that it was too early and he would not talk about it. The park manager then took a phone call and just ignored me like I was not even standing in front of him. I requested contact information for the park owner and at first was refused; then the park managers wife the co-park manager said she would give my number to the owner and he would call me back (this has not happened as of the time of this review). Bottom line is if you are going to be treated poorly it really does not matter how nice the park is or the scenery around the park. It deters form the experience and being treated like less than dirt is poor customer service skills on the part of the incompetent park managers. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY STAYING HERE! We camped at Twin Rivers Vacation Park in a Travel Trailer.

Apparently, the staff here is not well trained. Once we got settled, we had to call office to ask for wifi password. Went out to dinner with friends and, when we returned, the entrance gate was locked. We were never told about any gate or code. There was nothing written in the paperwork we received at check in. It was late at night and very dark. Luckily, another camper came along soon after and had the code to enter. Upon check out the next day, I told the same clerk about the late night incident and she just shrugged her shoulders and said, "Ahhh, hmmmmm" a couple of times. No apology. Nothing. Very disappointed. We camped at Twin Rivers Vacation Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We were traveling down I-5 and needed a place for the night in our new motorhome. We called ahead and they asked the length of our motorhome. Told us they had a nice site. We checked in an hour later. Could not have been happier. Easy check in. The campground is out of the way and about 5 miles off I-5 but well worth the time to drive. Very quiet. Large pull through site. Way more than what we needed. Good and easy hook ups. Beautiful campground. Would most definitely come back again. We camped at Twin Rivers Vacation Park in a Motorhome.

Shady park 5 miles off I-5 - Roseburg So Oregon Wine Country. We camp in a "Tear Drop" style RV only 15' long w/o toilet or shower ~ plus we like to eat outdoors using the picnic table & set up our dining canopy for sun/ weather protection so we rely on condition of campgrounds facilities being nearby our site ~ so our critique is focused in that area. Locking gate for security, paved roadways, lots of shade trees, large level grassy sites with gravel pad for the rv and cement patio with picnic table - not crowded at all. The seclusion is nice away from noise of city and the interstate - older park 50's era with some monthly full timers scattered about but still everything is neat and well kept. Got a site close to restroom/showers which were very clean although old and outdated from the walls/floors/fixtures/toilet & shower stalls and reason for 3 star rating. A trip to local Home Depot would do wonders for the place. The shower area is large and includes private dressing area in each stall, including a rubber mat when you step out of the fiberglass shower, with hooks for towels and clothes, a shelf, and a corner bench - perfect set up. Wish they had hooks and shelves at community sink area a convenience necessity that many campgrounds seem to ignore. Older washers / dryers that work. We camped at Twin Rivers Vacation Park in a Travel Trailer.

Our 5th stay at park. The park has always been clean and well groomed. New owners since Sept 2015 have been making improvements. Located in a grove of mature trees, both deciduous and conifer, about 10 minutes west of Roseburg and very near several vineyards. We think it is the best park in Roseburg. It does have a considerable population of full timers. We will stay there again. We camped at Twin Rivers Vacation Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Attended a group rally with 30 plus people, using all the facilities. Clubhouse etc. We had a great time !

Owners are new, very pleasant and accommodating.

Location is a bit off the beaten path from the freeways, but easy to get to town with stores etc.

The park is well maintained. As I said earlier, they have new owners so the store was not stocked, but I'm sure it soon will be. The clubhouse is a bit small, for more than 30 people too small. We were able to work with it because we're a group that's been together for a very long time. They do provide full kitchen facilities.

You're in an old growth crop of trees so there is plenty of tree shade in the fall lots of leaves they seem to have enough employees to be constantly touring the grounds they guide you to your parking spot and make sure that you get part correctly. As for the cable they do have free cable. It is a bit of a pain; they need to come and connect it for you in your motorhome. It's not their fault; its the satellite or the cable that they use, but they're very very nice about doing it.

Probably the nicest managers I have run into in a very long time. They have a privacy gate that locks at 9 o'clock and they are available on site at all times

We will go again . We camped at Twin Rivers Vacation Park in a Motorhome.

Stayed here for a week in our fifth wheel. Site was long, gravel, and a tight fit due to trees. Utility locations spread wide apart, water pressure OK to low most of the time. Restrooms were clean, but not much more than that. Laundry was OK, $1.25/1.00 wash and dry. Park was clean and they mowed the grass while we were there. Roads are paved, but narrow and turns are tight. About 80% of the park appears to be very long term or permanent. I do not know how they got a 8.5 9.0 and a 10 from Good Sam. We checked out some other parks while we we traveling around, we would stay somewhere else next time. We camped at Twin Rivers Vacation Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Lovely RV park off the beaten path with spacious, long level sites amongst the trees and grass. Was very nice given the temperature was in the high 90s. No way of getting satellite service, but they did have cable available. It had to be installed in your rig with a cable box. The Wi-Fi did not work unless you were outside the office. They advertise a golf course close by, but it is really back in town several miles away. All in all, it was a very nice park and we would definitely stay there again, We camped at Twin Rivers Vacation Park in a Motorhome.

Wi-Fi is only at the office. For cable TV, they have to bring a Charter box to you and they hook it up to your TV and use Charter's controller. Very clean and shade trees are great for the hot summers. Satellite TV will not work. AT&T wireless very weak. We camped at Twin Rivers Vacation Park in a Motorhome.

Nice shady and very friendly park. The owner was super friendly and made a fuss of us. The park is off the track a bit but is great if you want a quite spot with no road noise or trains (for a change). We had 6 RVs and were accommodated with no problem. Only downsides are the Wi-Fi only works at the office, and the beautiful trees do make it a bit tight for larger rigs. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful spot with beautiful rural scenery (very similar to New Zealand). We camped at Twin Rivers Vacation Park in a Motorhome.
