Emerald Valley RV Park is very clean, gravel pull thru sites - only needed one yellow square plastic block on the leading tire to level RV. Water, Electric, Sewer and cable at the rear of your site. Channels 2 thru 7 snowy and poor sound. The remainder very good. One camper connected his cable to the next site. WiFi is spotty. I have faster service using my 3G connected to my computer. Staff very friendly and responsive to our needs, ie needed a picnic table. Traffic noise is there not to bad outside. I would camp here again. Brand new, very clean park. All facilities are new and spotless. Laundry is available, as is propane. Site is adjacent to I-5 so there is some traffic noise, but not unbearable. Sites are good size, crushed gravel, mostly level, but no grass or tables. Cable is excellent, as is Wi-Fi internet. Excellent place to stay over en route. This is a newer RV park. It is situated directly off I-5. We were in the row closest to the interstate and we were not disturbed by road noise. There are no trees and I would guess in the summer it would be very warm with no shade. There are no picnic tables. Each space is gravel and a bit tough on the feet. The internet is not dependable. The bathrooms are very clean but there is only one stall in both the mens and the womens bathroom. A key is required to enter the bathrooms. A key code would be better. There are not many TV channels. The office staff was very nice. They actually came out to greet us outside as we pulled in: it was raining. We camped at Emerald Valley RV park in a Truck Camper.Undo

If you are just looking for a place to pull into for the night, this might work for you. It is right on I-5. You can see and hear the traffic go by all night long. Not the easiest place to get in and out of if you have a larger rig. We camped at Emerald Valley RV park in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

This is a fairly new park, but. The interior roads are paved, but the RV spots are compacted gravel which is fine, but if you want to walk along side your RV, be prepared to sink into the bark dust and mud. As for the showers, there is one for the men and one for the women and you need to get a key from the office to use them. It looks like most of the park is filled up with permanent residents. I wouldn't recommend it and use only as a last resort. We camped at Emerald Valley RV park in a Motorhome.Undo
