This park has spectacular ocean views. It is across Hwy 101 from the beach but has easy access down a path. We stayed here for a week and were sorry to leave this lovely spot. We camped at Seal Rocks RV Cove in a Motorhome.

We stayed at Seal Rocks RV Cove for a week in a 40' fifth wheel. We were in site #43, an ocean view site with 50 amp. It was a back-in but there was plenty of room so backing in was not difficult. We loved the view of the Pacific Ocean from our living room windows. The beach is a short walk down a path and across Hwy 101. The campground is a short drive from a lot of popular locations. Newport is only 10 miles to the north; Yachats is about 17 miles south; and Florence is only about 38 miles south. The campground lacks some of the amenities often found at RV parks, such as a laundry room or pool, but the proximity to the ocean made up for that. The wifi is better than average for a campground. It often worked well but at times it would drop frequently. The only real negative is the constant highway noise from US 101 but the view more than compensated for that. We would definitely return to this campground if we were back in the area. We camped at Seal Rocks RV Cove in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a nice place to camp in a very busy coastal area, but it is small and our site was right off busy Highway 101. The noise of the traffic was so loud we couldn't even hear the ocean, which was right on the other side of the road! If you go, get a site up on the hill, away from the road. Also, the path down to the beach is very steep and, for folks who have knee issues like us, inaccessible. We camped at Seal Rocks RV Cove in a Travel Trailer.

We were told that the views from this park were spectacular and they were when some of the other RVs pulled out. We were given a pull-through spot (#22) and it was very unlevel. So unlevel that we really couldn't ever level the 5th wheel. The management was very "hands off". The office didn't open until 4:00. I was doing self registration at 2:00 PM when the lady came out and helped me. She wouldn't accept Passport America, but did accept Good Sam. One positive thing I'll say about the park is their Wi-Fi, it was terrific. It's an older and smaller park that is under some kind of improvement construction project. Dump trucks and heavy equipment were running most of the time we were there. We camped at Seal Rocks RV Cove in a Fifth Wheel.

Stayed there for 3 days in February. What makes this park outstanding is the direct views of the ocean from most sites in the park. You can watch the ocean waves breaking on the rocks. Tide pools are present during low tide. Seals (as the name suggests) are also present on the rocks. Short walk to the beach from the park. Well maintained park for a small private RV park. Also check out their webpage. It has detailed information on each of the sites... which is helpful in selecting what space to stay in. We have a new 40' RV, so some spaces would be a bit small and difficult to maneuver in the upper parts of the park. Overall it was very pleasant and the view is what makes this park work. The only downside is the road noise from 101 in the lower sections of the park. Also the beach access area is very small. So no long walks on the beach at this location. Lastly the owners/staff are very friendly! Their positive and friendly attitude was great! We camped at Seal Rocks RV Cove in a Fifth Wheel.

The view from our site was one of the best views from a site we have ever had. We had a view of the waves crashing onto the rocks. We were in site 10 which has the view and a great picnic / firepit area. The only issue is getting the fifth wheel into the site. It is a steep site and it to a little maneuvering to line up the rig into the site, and because of the slope and days of rain, I had to slip into 4 wheel drive to back it in. The exit is just as hard as the exit is right next to the site but too tight to turn right out of the site. But it was worth if for the view. Except for this, the park was very nice. The park hosts are very nice and helpful. There is a dog walk area although not a fenced in dog park. WiFi was up and down, the cable TV worked fine. We camped at Seal Rocks RV Cove in a Fifth Wheel.

We had a very pleasant stay in Site 42 with a view of the ocean. Traffic noise was not bad even though it was next to the highway.

The office staff and camp hosts are friendly and helpful. Great place to enjoy the coastal scenery both north and south. WiFi was great and always worked. Our 50amp plug in was actually through the hedge and in the next site but it worked fine. We camped at Seal Rocks RV Cove in a Motorhome.

Our rate was the weekly rate, as we stayed for seven days. This park used to be a pretty well kept secret--not any more. It was full nearly every day we were there but the views and access to the beach explain it. Site was reasonably level, but hard to maneuver into from the narrow road, without putting the tow vehicle into the woods. The wifi worked well, cable tv was adequate. Restrooms were clean but small, and only one shower to each restoom and they're not heated so pretty cold in the morning. Road noise is not much of an issue unless you're in one of the "view" sites right near 101. It's all worth it if you love the ocean and beach, which you'll have pretty much to yourself. We camped at Seal Rocks RV Cove in a Travel Trailer.

This is a beautiful RV park directly across from the ocean. We stayed in space # 39, which was great. We had a view of the ocean and could watch the waves crashing against the rocks that evening. Restrooms are clean, shower is private, lots of hot water and very clean. We went for a walk to the beach the next morning, just beautiful! I would recommend this RV park to everyone that loves the ocean! We camped at Seal Rocks RV Cove in a Motorhome.

Smaller Mom and Pop type park. Sites are well spaced. Some are at upper level of campground. Room for larger rigs. Nice, private path to cross the 101 Highway and down to the beach. This campground is directly across the street from the ocean. There are several sites with an ocean view. We had picnic table and fire ring as well. All of the hosts were friendly and helpful. There is a walkway from the campground, which will lead you across the street, and down some stairs to the beach. We were in site number 2, and did have a bit of a time getting level. We loved this campground and hope to someday return. The cool temps, ocean, and quiet campground was just what we needed! We took Hwy 20 going back to I-5, which was MUCH better than Hwy 38. We stayed in a 37 ft motorhome. Site had 30 amp, cable, water, and sewer. We had a view of the ocean so we could watch the tide change. Small campground but worked for us. Close to Newport off 101 which we like. Site was level and we could get our slides out. Stopped for 2 days but extended for 3 more days at the PA rate. Lady was very friendly in the office and helpful. We would stay again. We camped at Seal Rocks RV Cove in a Motorhome.

We stayed 3 nights in our 40' MH. A hidden gem, we thought of our stay here. It is an older park and the sites are gravel. We had full hookups with 30 amp service and they also have sites with 50 amp. There is a fire ring and picnic table at each site it seemed. There is a men's and women's bathroom each with a shower in it. It was an older facility but kept clean. They offer cable TV with about 20 channels and WiFi which we didn't use. The Verizon signal was a bit weak but with a booster worked for us using two laptops. We were a short walk to the beach which was beautiful both at high and low tides. The later of which allowed some tide pool viewing. You do have to cross the highway but that never seemed to be much of a problem. From our site we could watch the ocean from our coach and that was just bonus points. We were less that 10 miles either north (Newport) or south (Waldport) of towns that offer many things to do. We camped at Seal Rocks RV Cove in a Motorhome.

We had a great dinner at Nana's Irish Pub in Newport. Both of us had their fish and chips, and we really enjoyed it. Looking at others' meals I would certainly try the Irish fare there also. Also a trip to Rogue's Brewers on the Bay for a tour of the brewery and distillery was great fun.
