Small park behind hotel, with about 20 sites. Enter through the regular hotel driveway (it's not well marked). Park was nearly empty when we were here on a Saturday night. Nice and clean, in good repair. A bit tight for a 40' rig, but perfectly manageable. Road noise from 101 is noticeable, but not bad. Fred Meyers is next door, Tillamook Cheese factory is an easy 1/4 mile walk. My only complaint is the additional $20 dump fee! We camped at Ashley Inn in a Motorhome.

Great spot especially if you are traveling in the area and need a last minute stop just off 101. There are no reservations so you show up and pick a spot, go into the hotel and pay etc. We called the day before and asked what the chances were that we could get in, the nice receptionist said there was no one in any of the 16 or so spaces so she would have thought there would be no worries. This was thursday before Memorial Day weekend. We showed up thrusday afternoon and there were still only two rvs already there. The entire weekend, it only filled up half way. Because it is not reservations and not widely known like a state park, they never fill up. The area is nice, just on 101 south of the Tillamock cheese factory (barely) and right next to the bridge so slow down before you get to the bridge. A large Fred Meyer grocery store with a start bucks next door. Nice grass, neatly kept, good water and electric. There is no sewer and no cable but we got maybe three of the local channels and our dish worked well. the verizon signal is very strong and mifi card worked perfectly. They do have a wifi just for the rv spots and it was very strong the entire time we were there. You are behind the hotel so not noisy from 101. The area is full of great things to do - the bay and area is lovely for a few days to explore. Most all sites are back ins with plenty of room - one pull thru - really pretty well maintained grass. You cannot beat the price. The area has lots of other rv places at 35 to 55 dollars but this is a deal at just under 20 with taxes. We camped at Ashley Inn in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Tillamock cheese factory, blue heron gourmet foods, oregon smoke house for fish and chips. go into bay city to the fish peddler for great chowder and fish and oysters. Cannon beach isn;t too far for lovely birds and beaches. Fred Meyer and starbucks next door. Goodwill in the front of the building. Pelican brewing in town. Great mexican food trucks in the area. Good location to drive into Portland (across 6) explore the columbia river gorge in a days outing

Behind the Ashley Inn on Hwy 101 just south of the Tillamook Cheese Factory. Spaces are all back-in except one pull thru. Will accommodate most RVs under 40 feet. Water and electric only (30 and 50 amp). Sites are paved concrete with space to park vehicle next to rig. Picnic table at site. Good wifi from inside the RV. No reservations - just pull in and pick a spot and go to the front desk to register. The front desk ladies were very helpful and friendly. Hotel amenities are not included in your space fee. I was in town for a meeting and friends stayed in the hotel. It's a great set up for both car and RV travelers. My only negative comment is they should mow the grass/weeds between the sites. My small dogs had to fight their way thru a jungle to do their business. I would definitely stay here again. We camped at Ashley Inn in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Area is quiet and there is a Fred Meyers grocery store across the street and a Denny's a block away.

Numerous things to do in town: cheese factory tours, beaches, wildlife walks, great food.

Don't be put off by the fact that this is behind a hotel. We called and were told no reservations needed. Pull in, choose a site, get hooked up and tell front desk where you are parked. The sites are concrete and level. Close, but a little grass between each site. Enough roomfor slides and awnings. Back in sites and pull thru. We used a back in but noticed long pull thru being used by trucks with long 5th wheels. Local TV and excellent wifi. Have stayed here before and will again when through this area. We camped at Ashley Inn in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

The Tillamook factory is not far and offers interesting tours. A nice little golf course is within walking distance if you want to walk down the highway. We were able to walk over to big Fred Myers store across untrafficked side road.

Small park behind a hotel. Very clean and level with concrete sites and small patch of grass. Water & electric only. Good wi-fi. The place is right off the hiway but easily overlooked. Only one pull thru but long. Would definitely stay here again. We camped at Ashley Inn in a Fifth Wheel.

As advertised, this is RV Parking on concrete at the back of the Inn with water and electric. It is a clean, quiet spot to spend the night. Very close to everything there is to do in Tillamook. There were only two others there the night we stayed. We camped at Ashley Inn in a Motorhome.

Really nice place to stop for a night or more. We looked at several places in the Tillamook area and this was definitely the best one. Of course, we wouldn't have even known about it if not for RV Park Reviews. We were getting desperate to find a place to stay for the night, when I read about Ashley Inn RV Park on the website. We loved it. So quiet and the sites are very roomy. We had cell phone (AT&T), WiFi, Dish TV and local radio. We liked it so much we came back a week later and stayed here again. Great place! We camped at Ashley Inn in a Fifth Wheel.

Courteous, helpful check-in, questioned $24.90 rate, was told increase occurred recently. All spaces available except 3, was told to pick a site, park and return for paperwork completion. All paved asphalt roadways, concrete pads w/patio, adequate space for RV and tow on both pull thru and back-in spaces. Electrical and water readily acceptable, Wi-Fi from Inn worked well, still checking for dump station availability elsewhere but managed 4 days well w/o dump. Nearby Starbucks, Burger King and across from Kroger/Fred Meyer Supermarket where many RVs overnight on their parking lot, too. Would stay here again despite price increase charged minus dump accessibility due to location and proximity to Herron and Tilamook Cheese factories. Breakfast @ $5 not especially a great deal unless one simply doesn't want to eat in your RV, very pet friendly and open spaces for walking pets nearby. We camped at Ashley Inn in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Tillamook Cheese w/tours and cheese tastings, great shopping area, excellent ice cream and popular restaurant, Herron French Cheeses and Wine Tastings, Burger King, McDonalds, various fresh fish outlets raw/fresh and cooked, 11 miles to Cape Lookout, some 18 miles to Cape Meares but caution, HIGH caution on poorly maintained Tillamook County roads, their Commissioner of Roads should be terminated due to high traffic and popularity of area and so poorly maintained roads to national treasures

We stumbled upon this place. Level sites with electric and water. Located adjacent to the motel. Rate is $17.00 per night, but for an extra $5 you have the use of the indoor pool, sauna, and hot tub as well as a hot breakfast. Grass and picnic table at each site. We camped at Ashley Inn in a Truck Camper.

Not far from Tillimook cheese factory as well as the Air Museum located at the former Naval Air Station at Tillimook. Take the three capes drive for stunning views of the Oregon Coast as well as a tour of the Cape Mears lighthouse.

Just to make it clear, this park does NOT have full hookups. The sites are electric, water only. They do have a dump station that they proudly ask $25 to use. Big rig access should read "barely" big rig access. A 40' motorhome would have a limited selection of sites to use. We stayed in a 45' motorhome and there was only one site we could squeeze into. It seems like this park was a great thought but was not totally thought through. This would be a great park for a short fifth wheel or travel trailer if you used the restrooms and showers in the hotel. We camped at Ashley Inn in a Motorhome.

There is an air museum here which is an old blimp hangar. It's the largest building of it's type in the world. There is also a cheese factory here.

Tucked in behind the Ashley are several concrete RV pads with lights, water, Wi-Fi, and sewer. Very nice and quiet. Food and laundromat close by. Cheese factories also. Nice, no frills stop. We would stay here again Staff very friendly. Easy to park in spot. We camped at Ashley Inn in a Travel Trailer.

Hidden Gem. Quiet, in city park, showers available at swimming pool, Wi-Fi available at pool. I sat in pavilion and got good Wi-Fi; ask at pool for password. Only thing -- you are parked in a gravel parking lot and cars will park next to you. Which can be a bit unnerving. We would stay here again. River across parking lot. Food and laundromat close by. Nice spot to camp while exploring the countryside. We camped at Ashley Inn in a Travel Trailer.
