This obviously once was a very nice park. It appears that recently it has be allowed to go down hill. We were told the grass between spots was dead because of the water shortage. We have been in the Pacific North West for several week and this is the only park with dead grass. Our next stop 40 miles away has lush green grass. Some of the spots have nice chipped bark between spots, but most don't. Marker light are broken and lying on the ground. The park is mostly full of permanents who are allowed to place drying racks outside their units to dry their laundry. The roads are very narrow. We camped at Pheasant Ridge RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Office was not easy to find. Excessive speed bumps. Sites on hillside so excess drops and sloping interior roads. Narrow interior roads. We had a pull thru that you had to back out of due to narrow roads at the front of the rig. Utilities worked okay but WiFi poor at best. Tow vehicle only fit at angle on lot. We camped at Pheasant Ridge RV Resort in a Motorhome.

This park is an easy on/off from I-5. Observing the speed limit is a must as the streets are narrow and tight. The roads are paved and the sites are concrete. Although we had a pull thru, we had to back out of our site because of the narrow street in front of the coach. Our site was not level and in order to find a somewhat level spot, very little space was left for the tow. There are lots of trees. There was a pet walking area but no pet park. There are lots of long term sites. We camped at Pheasant Ridge RV Resort in a Motorhome.

An attractive and very well-kept park with knowledgeable staff. We had no trouble getting into and out of our site with our 42 ft motorcoach. We had a back-in site with a level concrete pad. It was pretty cramped. Had to pull the car in tightly beside the coach so that the passenger door was not accessible. Site too short to park the car in front of the coach. Not much room for outdoor chairs or BBQ except behind the coach. We weren't there much as we were visiting family in the area so this worked fine for us. Park wifi was good and able to get good satellite connection. Park itself pretty quiet but for occasional dog barking. Very convenient to I-5 but some traffic noise. We'll stay here again when visiting family. We camped at Pheasant Ridge RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Reserved specific site three months ago. Arrived after hours and was assigned a far less desirable spot. Staff not helpful. There are no picnic tables or other ammenities. Skinny dead grass between sites has deep slope. If you have slide outs you will have a hard time walking around them. Pull through not long enough. Pool too cold to swim. Two trash receptacles for entire park. Had to drive there. Very disappointed. We camped at Pheasant Ridge RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Entry into park is easy off I5 and off the street into the park. We pull a 43' fifth wheel. Staff are friendly. I do not see this as a "resort" due to lacke of resort type facilities and activities. This park seems to be primarily permanent & seasonal residents. It does not seem as though anyone is around. Lanes are macadam and probably the narrowest we've ever experienced. Sites are concrete surrounded by grass with a nice tree or two on each side for shade. The pull thru sites require you to back out!! Utilities work well and are well placed. Cable TV is good but not a lot of channels. Satellite works well. They sell propane in the park: WiF I is pitiful - even at 6:00 AM cannot even get in to check email. AT&T Cell service is good Verizon Broadband is 2 to 3 bars only. There is no dog park. Pool is indoors but not pretty at all, surrounded by concrete walls and floor. No play area for kids No Bugs. Not sure that we would return to this park. We camped at Pheasant Ridge RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice clean Park. However, for our 45' RV the streets are narrow. In fact this is the first park we have ever stayed in the even though we had a pull through site, we had to back out onto a slightly wider road to get out when leaving. We stayed 2 nights and arrived home after dark each night after being with family during the day. There are no street lights so it was hard finding our site in the darkness. Another very strange thing is in the brochure it has in big letters "NO MACERATORS!" Well, good luck with that as that is our only way to dump so I did. I didn't feel guilty as if they had said something when we called for reservations we would have stayed elsewhere. Another complaint we had was that almost all the sites are terraced. But only a few were terraced enough to allow chairs along the side of your RV. Most people had to put their chairs out in front or behind their RV in order to have somewhere to sit. No picnic tables. Most of the Park is well shaded which was nice. Wifi was decent as was the cable TV. Both were included in the basic cost. Would probably stay here again only next time would be sure to have a regular sewer hose. We camped at Pheasant Ridge RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Close to the interstate, but avoid it during rush hour if going to Portland. Portland has several choices of great public transportation. We rode the bus into Portland from Multnomah ( which is a very cute village).
The Beaverton farmers market on Sat am is great!

This is an easy location right off I-5, with nice landscaping and paved interior. Sites are close, but not a problem to get into, and level, no picnic table. We did not have to unhook our travel trailer in our pull thru; there are also back in sites. Nice clubhouse, pool, showers, and laundry room. All hookups worked fine. My big negative was no wifi at my site, but worked fine at the office area, lots of tall trees. Good Cable TV. There is a shopping center across the street with Costco, Subway, Panda Express, and a pizza place, etc. We camped at Pheasant Ridge RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Beautiful grounds, clean, manicured landscaping with nice shrubs and lots of trees. Sites are level and wide - our site (88) was extra wide as we were next to the perimeter road. Quieter than most parks even though it was July 4th weekend. Cable TV worked well - no box needed at upper (newer?) sites. No open flames allowed - Bbq with charcoal or propane only, no campfires. Laundry room was large and very nice. Machines take coins or debit/credit cards. They even offer a separate laundry room for dog blankets, etc. We chose to unhook, but didn't have to. We would stay here again. We camped at Pheasant Ridge RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Visit downtown Portland (a 20 minute drive if traffic is light) to see hip, upscaled neighborhoods converted from prior industrial use. There are lots of nice restaurants and brewpubs - we loved Deschutes brewpub. The annual 4 day Blues Festival - ending on July 4th - was a blast.

Facilities were very clean and so was the entire park. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Park was very quiet. (Even on the 4th of July!) Campers all followed rules re: dogs. The location is great. It is close to everything; highway, shopping, Camping World, restaurants & Oh did I say shopping? The only negative was the "unhook" toad process; it was cumbersome. Had to drive around the Office building to find a flat space to unhook toad, park the toad. Then back into my RV space which was about 100 yards from where I had to park the toad (at the office). Then, walk down the hill to get the toad and move it to the site. Doing this solo...I'm happy I'm in good shape and could do it. Aside from that, it was a great 10 day stay. Again, the Staff and personnel at the Park were really fabulous! I'd stay here again. We camped at Pheasant Ridge RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Rate reflects a premium back-in site (#127) with electric ($0.12/kwh) for 30 days, so cost is very fair. This park is clean with paved interior roads and paved sites. The negatives include terrible WiFi (none at the site) and a stand up only room for LAN. Wifi is in clubhouse but it was a long walk each day. In addition, the service counter help was not very effective with respect to being nice to customers. One got the opinion they didn't care if you were there or not plus they did not allow USPS mail to be delivered). Fix these issues and park could be a 9 or 10. The $200.00 deposit for 30 day stay was excessive compared to most parks and was only given back in check form (not credit card) on last day of stay. Very strict but it's their rules so that's ok. My choice is to decide not to return. We camped at Pheasant Ridge RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Wilsonville is a bedroom community of Portland, OR with I-5 running by it. Traffic on the main roads is horrible so learn the back ways to get to places. Lots of things to do in Portland but be prepared for traffic no matter when you go. Pretty good location to do day trips from for Salem, State Parks, National Forests and beaches.
