This is a nice, very large, park. There is four lakes and a trout stream so, if you like fishing (catch - release) then you'll like this park. There is also two swimming pools, a nice mini golf course, game room and other activities. Everything was clean and in good order. The only negative for us was that pull trough sites #38 to #49 are extremely close together. The hook ups are mid site so our neighbors hook ups were right next to our picnic table. Also, the only room for fire rings are at the end of the sites right next to where your tow vehicle sits. And last, in this area they allow only one vehicle per site and not on the grass but, this isn't enforced so a lot of sites had two or three vehicles and it just made it appear that much more closed in. The rest of the park wasn't as tight as this area was though. We camped at Friendship Village Campground in a Travel Trailer.

We only stayed one night and were in a motorhome towing a small travel trailer so our setup is somewhat unique. Because of the length of our unit, we were put in a seasonal site which was okay. It was quiet and shaded and close to a shower house. We kind of hated to disrupt by coming and going. No problems. Grandchildren enjoyed the pool. Convenient off interstate for overnight. We would use again. We camped at Friendship Village Campground in a Motorhome.

Staff was polite and upbeat. Great ice cream at check in. They had a white elephant sale the weekend we stayed and we brought an item for the sale and received a free night for doing that. Park is large and sites can be level or not dependent on the site. Lots for children to do. The weekend got busy but we never felt crowded. Showers were clean. You do have to keep pushing the water on but I see that as a great conservation measure. Water temps were very nice and laundry was clean. I would definitely stay here again. This was convenient to visit Flight 93 Memorial, Fallingwater, Johnstown Flood Memorial, and railroad sites like Horseshoe Curve and Altoona. Bedford was charming with many shops and restaurants.

We stayed here overnight on our way south for the season. It was in the cold weather but the campsite was extremely accommodating. No water at the site, obviously but they gave us a site nearby the showers. Actually opened up the camp store building for the showers, it was warm with heated floors. Awesome showers. The cable tv was all digital, great picture. But best was that office person stayed late to greet us and get us settled. That's customer service!! We camped at Friendship Village Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a good campground with gravel roads and pads. They had a cancellation so they offered us a PT site rather than the back-in we originally booked. We were escorted to the site, which is good because the campground is large. The position of the utilities required that we unhook the tow car before we could position the coach and level. There were no trees to interfere with satellite reception, and the wifi worked well with an extender. We will stay here again if we are in the area. We camped at Friendship Village Campground in a Motorhome.

Very nice place with a friendly staff. Good pull thru sites but could use some fresh stone to define site better. A great place to stay to visit the Flight 93 Memorial. Store offers fresh hand dip ice cream and is not shy on their servings, a small is even a very large serving. We camped at Friendship Village Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

This was our first trip to the campground and we will definitely return! Even though it is a big park and full this weekend, it never felt crowded. The staff is very nice and they are very laid back. Everything was clean and well kept. There are plenty of activities. This is the first campground where prior to quiet time, hardly anyone is to be seen, so it was very quiet. Except there is a major highway overpass near the section that we were in. The road noise and truck traffic was awful, but it would not deter us from coming back to the same site. Next time, we need to run the a/c fan all night to drown out the noise. I was afraid there would be a lot of golf cart traffic, but that was not the case. Checking in was a bit crowded as there is no where to park except on the entry road. I recommend using their express check-in so you can go right to your site first. Our site was very flat so there was little leveling to do. And it was easy to back in to. There is a grassy parking area across from the site that made it easy to back in. We camped at Friendship Village Campground in a Travel Trailer.

This is a resort-type camp with facilities and prices similar to a KOA: two pools, shuffleboard, putting, etc. The pull-through site was plenty long but so unlevel our front wheels ended up in the air. WiFi was good, with at least six nodes in the campground. A long, dusty gravel road left our tow covered with dirt. We camped at Friendship Village Campground in a Motorhome.

This is a very large campground with a large population of seasonal campers. It has gravel roads (wide enough) and gravel pads. It was a good ways from the office to our site, but we had an escort to guide us. Our pad was narrow but long enough for our 44' coach and our tow car. While our site did not look level, we had no trouble leveling the coach. You do need to watch out for some small tree stumps that are hard to see until you are right on them. There were some trees around our site, but we got satellite reception without issues, and the campground wifi worked well. The campground was pretty quiet during the week, but filled up on the weekend. While they advertise trash pick-up at your site, that service starts Memorial Day. We would consider staying here again if we are in the area. We camped at Friendship Village Campground in a Motorhome.

Very large campground with a combination of facilities; park model, etc. Park models are in 1 area, campers in another. Very clean and well kept park with lots of sites. Office was very accommodating and allowed me to keep my trailer connected and use 2 back to back sites as a pull through without an extra charge (early in the season, with lots of empty sites). Entrance road looked daunting, but turned out to be easy following GPS. We camped at Friendship Village Campground in a Motorhome.

This place is huge, and we came at just the right time because it wasn't packed. The fall leaves were pretty, the park itself was pretty from what we saw when we walked our dogs. Check in was great, staff was really nice. Our site had a dip in it, so it was rather tricky getting in and out, but the site itself was pretty level in its little valley. We were just here for an overnight stay, but we'd like to come back to spend some more time here (and there aren't many places we say that about). Good Verizon coverage, and over 50 cable channels. The turn getting back onto main road can get busy, and it's uphill so we waited a bit before we were able to get out of there. We camped at Friendship Village Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Friendly staff. Sites were right on top of each other and mostly dirt/rock (grass was sparse). Lakes are more like ponds complete with smelly pond scum. Game barn for kids was nice. Stayed one night and never saw pool area. Would not stay here again due to site size and condition. We camped at Friendship Village Campground in a Motorhome.

Very nice, clean park from what we saw. We only stayed overnight, as we were en route to our destination in Lancaster County, PA. Our pull-through site was gravel and not level at all. It was aimed uphill and was not overly wide. So if we'd had neighbors, it would have been tight. However, we would stay here again. It seemed like there were lots of things to do here, but we just didn't have time to enjoy them. We camped at Friendship Village Campground in a Motorhome.

Very nice campground that has plenty of activities for the family. Restrooms and showers clean but old. Appears to be a lot of seasonal campers. Sites are gravel and fairly level. Cable and Wi-Fi typical of large campgrounds. Good for an overnighter. Services at store could be better as the young ladies seem to be confused on prices and sites.
