Cost is for Passport America. Place very neat. We were in a campground, number 45, which had been recently set up (gravel, curb boards, water, electric meter). People at campground friendly, efficient and pleasant. Saw dump station with a large class A using it. Narrow but very accessible. There are ups and downs on the 908 and entrance road up and winding then gravel. But all very accessible just take you time. And so nice, quiet and cool up here on the mountain.
This is a wonderful quiet place to stay unless there is an event. - Peter K

Not a lot of choices in this area. This park is WAY overpriced at $45 per night. No activities here. The sites were level gravel with W/E only. Big rigs have "fun" trying to navigate the dump site through the trees. The only "facilities" here were a few portable toilets scattered about the park. The roads to the park are rough, steep, but navigable. The main driveway is dirt/gravel and a bit rough. My main gripe is their continued use of their website. It boasts a very large and modern gym on the premises, with pictures. There is no gym. The owner said someone "hacked/pirated" their website & posted the gym info with a link to redirect the user to the hackers. She said they were trying to steal her customers. Why she does not discontinue her site and start a new one is beyond me. But she now benefits from the bogus info as it would be a nice draw for customers to the campground. All fishy... - rvrrat520

We were lucky we couldn't get a site at another campground. We really enjoyed this park. It's easy in, easy out. Convenient, good utilities. The sites are all nice, with shade. We would definitely stay here again. - Mark Wittenburg
Jun 2017 - $45.00
Pros Fishing pond was nice. Pool was nice. Large picnic area. Two separate dog runs, but they needed mowing. Ok for a day or two. We stayed as it was 50 minutes from Falling Water. Cons It was very difficult to level and in fact we never did get level, but just dealt with it. Park needs to re-gravel, it was very dusty as no one really followed the 5 miles per hour rule. Lots of full time people, some trashy, some very nice. - User3274
Mar 2017 - $42.00
This is your typical KOA park with amenities for the kids: swimming pool, jumping pillow, fishing pond, canoe rentals, playground, and other games on site. Other amenities are a large laundry room, camp store, a pool table in the fireplace room, and dog play area. This particular KOA, including restrooms and showers, is very clean and well manicured. Sites and interior roads are gravel and grass. Sites offer either 30, 50, or 30/50 amps and all appeared to be full hook-ups. There are some seasonal residents in both rv/trailers and some of the cabins, but all appeared to be well maintained and generally friendly and quiet. All utilities were in good working order and our site was fairly level; only needed a little assistance on our end. - the Fishers
Jul 2016 - $45.00
Great experience. Staff was helpful at all times. We stayed for a week in July and had a blast. Kids loved the jumping pillow and play area. Pool was broke first day, but they quickly had a company out to repair it so the kids were able to use it the rest of the week. Fishing was even good in their pond. We will be back! - krp2nite
Aug 2009 - $20.00
This campground is great for traveling workers but not for a family stay. Very reasonable weekly and monthly rates. Campground is cut into the side of a hill and sites are narrow. Owners are nice folks. We stayed for 2 weeks because our options were limited for staying the area. - nascaron
Sep 2016 - $39.00
I stayed for a week in the off season, so the nightly rate I paid reflects that. I didn't use the pool so can't comment on that. Overall, I had a great stay at this park.
My ideal park would have more shade, be more natural, and have more privacy. But even so, this place had just about everything I could need. I enjoyed the excellent wifi, the level gravel sites, with grassy areas around the picnic table, the peacefulness, the cleanliness, and the wonderful service by the owners. I also liked the security, with codes needed to access the RV area and the bath house.
The deep dip in the driveway mentioned by other reviewers seems to have been corrected - there is clearly new asphault, making the area more level. The park was easy to find, with very visible signage, in a great location just off I-70. - CamperChris4
Aug 2016 - $45.00
This is an unusual place: a large water park in conjunction with an RV park. I used the RV park just for an overnight in the course of a long road trip. I did not use the water park so cannot comment on it (though it looked inviting!).
The RV area is a large, flat terrace above the water park with a pretty river flowing below. While in a beautiful setting, the campground area is virtually treeless and nondescript. It is a good place for an overnight only, or to camp while enjoying the water park, but I don't see it as much more than that ... and $45 is a little steep for an overnight. (The price including the water park is higher.) - BobbyG2016
Sep 2015 - $47.00
The GPS will have you tuning before the RV park so beware. The park has a sign where the GPS is telling you to turn which tells you to go up the road another 400 feet which is helpful. RV park is tied to a small water park. RV park is vey small, maybe 30 sites, all back ins and a little tight navigating. Roads are paved and sites are level, narrow and gravel. Sites have grass and picnic tables. We got some rain one night and the left rear stabilizer jack sunk five inches into the ground. Restrooms are convenient and clean. Dumpster is way down the hill. Small uninviting pond. Quiet yet convenient to highways. Good satellite reception. - VegasVagabonds

Don't believe previous reviews - nice little campground - safe & clean.
Sadly some people who do reviews don't understand small campgrounds CAN'T have people onsite all the time. This campground only has a couple people a day (at most) coming or leaving so there just wouldn't be any logic to owners being around all the time.
It is a small campground and it is owned by a husband & wife with two kids in college. Owners also have to work during the week so Monday through Friday it is likely you will not see them. There is a drop box for your payment, bathrooms & pool were very clean. Sites were mowed and well maintained but if you are their during the week it is highly unlikely you will see the owners or be able to talk with them in person.
However, both weekends we were their the owners were working ALL day to make the place as nice as possible. We really enjoyed the place and talking with them.
If you are looking for a HUGE campground with hundreds of sites this is not it. But if you like a private setting that is clean and well maintained you will not be disappointed.
I wanted to post a nice review shortly after our visit but I have been extremely busy. So sorry for the delay giving this feedback! - toomanypins
Jun 2011 - $24.00
This run down, side-of-road park does not deserve your business. The hostess, when she is around, is rude and totally unhelpful to a first-time visitor. We were returning to the East from an 8,000 mile trip with lots of RV parks under our belt when we picked this one from Woodall's. It does NOT deserve any rating at all. Skip it. - SilverOtter
Aug 2010 - $26.00
We reserved a 50 Amp Electric, Sewer, water, pull through site for 9 days. There was nobody here to check us in and other clients told us, "She doesn’t come around much." We had no instructions as to what site to go to, so we searched for a 50 amp pedestal and backed in. The owner/manager finally showed up at 5:10 pm. She was the most unfriendly person I have ever come across. Didn’t bother to introduce herself, seemed annoyed we were paying by credit card, and the word surely would not even be accurate. The first night the main pedestal power went off 6 hours. I will say they replaced the 50 amp breaker in the morning. In the afternoon the power started cycling on and off again. Now fortunately we have the best TRC Power Surge Guard makes, so it didn’t fry my A/C or my TV. It did cause damage to my computer. The manager said, "Oh I'm out of town so there’s nothing I can do. Try moving to a different site." We are both in our 60s and I am disabled so this was not a nice experience. We did it, and the problem was worse. Now the power is cycling off every 2-3 minutes. I could read the display on my Surge Guard so I know the voltage amps coming in from the Pedestal. There is/was nothing wrong with my unit or my RV electrical system. The place smelled of sewer everywhere and trash had not been picked up in quite some time. It was a nightmare. We left 4 days early and the manager refuses to return our calls regarding a refund. - jimhoch
Jul 2017 - $34.00
Nice park, clean and long sites. Used as overnight stop. Easy access if you pay attention to signs. We did not use cable, but had excellent satellite coverage. Also had decent Verizon coverage (2 bars). Roads were wide and campsite access was easyto get into and out of. I would stop here again and would use this as a base camp to explore the area. - Tomandgloria
Jun 2017 - $41.00
We had a pull-through in the lower section (nearest the street) that was mostly level front-to-back and side-to-side. It was more than long enough for our 40 ft motor home and toad. There were no trees tall enough to block our satellite dish. Poor Verizon signal (1 bar, 3G) and campground wifi, although not really all that fast, was usually better than what I could get off my Verizon hotspot. Campground was clean and well-maintained. Office staff were friendly and helpful. - arpijay
Jun 2017 - $34.00
Our site was in the lower, more open pull-through section with full hooksups and open sky for dish. Everything worked well and the gravel drained quickly after a strong rainstorm. There are lakes, a pool, and other amenities that we didn't have time to use. The staff was very friendly and efficient. - ronboett
Jun 2017 - $41.00
The facility was almost empty both nights we were there, but the owner was unwilling to make a change to an adjacent site as we requested when making the reservation back in November 2016. The owner was rather unpleasant when we checked in. One of the employees, driving the riding lawn mower, damaged our coach while mowing the lawn adjacent to our coach. It took several hours for the owner to give us the insurance information we requested. - Raemey
May 2017 - $41.00
The road into the park is narrow and twisting and steep. We wondered if there really was an RV park at the end. Two of the turns inside the park were tight for our 28-ft travel trailer. Can't imagine coming in anything longer. We arrived about noon. The office was closed but our reservation was noted and a site assigned. However, that site was occupied. We finally choose another open site. When the office opened we were told that site was only available for one night, not the 2 we planned to stay, and we would have to move. We decided to leave the next morning. Didn't really mind the office being closed in the middle of the day but since it was, assigning us to a spot that wasn't open at 11 am when the office closed was inexcusable. The site wasn't very level and many others were worse. The sites are narrow. This park is certainly not what we expect of a KOA. - John and Carol
Apr 2017 - $40.00
Access to park is narrow and winding once you turn off the main street in town. The primary drive inside the campground is uphill and very narrow. There were noticeable tire tracks off the edges of the pavement. Sites were close together on top of the hill; however they were long enough for my 69' length and surprisingly level. Lots of rain in the area caused our sites to be a little muddy when walking around. - FOSJ
