We have been coming here for years before the owners that are here now. The store has everything you need. We can grab a sub when we get back and if I don't feel like cooking. What we love is they now have sewer; especially, where your going to be here a couple of months. Don't have to pull off or pay to be pumped. I don't know if it's me or what, but the site width seems smaller. They have enlarged the campground and it seems we are awful close to our neighbor. I asked and was told no but I think they have. The WiFi works when it wants to. I have a back up but it still is frustrating when they advertise WiFi. Anything negative will not prevent us from coming back. These folks go out of their way to do their best. It's just off the turnpike, so snowbirds give it a try. They turned things around and you don't even hear the turnpike anymore.
This is a no frills campground and it's nice to just relax. - C and C
Just needs some TLC on facilities. Store well stocked. Sites close together. Slide was only two feet from next site's awning. Looks like some of guest are living here. No cell service. Wi-Fi was weak at best. Will not return - skiphen
The rate reflects a Passport America discount. We called ahead and reserved a full hookup pull-through spot. Our spot was a pull-through but I guess they don't understand what full hookup is...there was no sewer hookup available. They offer a "honey wagon" service for an additional $5. They also have a dump spot that is located on the passenger side of the RV, as you leave. The roads were gravel, as was the site, which was level. The laundry room was somewhat clean and had several washers and dryers. The camp store was well stocked with a variety of food items at reasonable prices. We would stay again on a passing through basis. - esta34950
