2 Parks near Jonestown, Pennsylvania
Apr 2016 - $45.00
When we first pulled up, we were thinking, oh dear, what have we done as we had already had a reservation. It's a funny looking little park and the sites, seem to kind of go helter skelter. Then when they escorted us to our spot, there was another moment of, oh dear. It seemed to be that we would be parked in the middle of a road. But he explained to us that it was the last spot on that road so there was no one that would be coming down that way. We were still a little confused about the whole thing, but we honkered down to set up. There was a nice concrete patio there as well. Well the spot was dead on level, cable worked fine, water and hydro also, although the water pressure was quite low, but it worked. Internet was a tad slow but acceptable. Then when we took a good look around the place we noticed how pretty it was and how pretty it would be in the summer. As this is one of the very last camping spots before you reach the Ontario/Kingston border, the RV's were arriving left, right and centre. We would certainly stay here again, nice little campground. - Rambling All Around
Mar 2016 - $45.00
Long gravel pull-thru sites with concrete patio with picnic table. Originally booked Jonestown AOK based on RV Park Review ratings, but did not stay there and ended up here. This park is hands-down far better than the other park for only a couple dollars more than the Good Sam rate. We generally do not stay in KOA parks. We are glad we did today. - Kemptvillekids

Good store. Food delivered to you door 7am-9pm. Gravel roads and sites. Gravel needs to be thicker on roads to keep dust down. It is March and the trees and bushes are bare, but I bet this place is quite lovely in the late spring and summer. Ask if you can have a spot by the creek if you fit. Nice creek. They are adding more spots for tents. Tenting is in a separate area. Lots to do for the kids. Call ahead if possible. We stayed two nights and it was empty during the day but early full each night. - User3274

We had reservations and arrived to a closed office at 12:45 on a Monday afternoon. We called 3 different numbers trying to reach someone. We finally did and were told they would arrive shortly. By this time we had found a "nite check-in" service and along with instructions from the lady who returned our call, walked the campground looking for a site with services. We were told to look at sites 10-22, which all have full hook-ups at this time of year. Only one of these sites was anywhere near level - but large trees everywhere (and narrow roadways) would make it difficult to pull in and out of these pull-thru sites. A little gravel and a grater would go a long way towards fixing many of these sites. After walking the campground for 15 minutes and still struggling with where to park, we decided to leave. We will not return to this campground again. - Kemptvillekids
Dec 2015 - $16.00
Rate is figured on a months stay. Being in December can not judge how park is during peak time. Parked in area that has services available year round. Sites very close. Many permanent residents. Transient sites look to be much larger. Manager very nice. Can see they are attempting improvements. - phyllen

This park is now called Jonestown AOK Campground and has been under new management for the past year. They are working on bringing the campground up to date. That being said, it looks like they pay the bills by allowing lots of older trailers to stay permanently onsite.
We needed a spot for one night on the Monday night of the Labor Day Weekend. We could not find cheaper accommodations so we picked this park as it was on our route.
The RV site was fine for us: it was level, had an adequate electrical service, water pressure was good at 50 psi, the sewer was fine but most access points in the park lacked a good sealing cap so there were sewer odors at times.
It was mostly quiet while we were there except for the locals leaving the park at 4:30-6:30am. We were located on an end site near the exit road. It appeared to be the transient RV site area.
If this was a Passport America park we would stay again. $22 would be more appropriate for this type of RV park. - Howard Jaros
