Located next to I-84 and the traffic noise is terrible even with the doors closed. No picnic table, firepit or patio. WiFi is weak and the Verizon wireless connection is marginal. This campground is just a gravel parking lot, with about 80 percent long term residents. Full hook ups. Only good for a one night stay. We camped at Tri-State RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a perfect place if you just need to stop for the night. Easy in/out from the highway. Walmart is right down the road but no overnight stays are allowed (they have plenty of signs saying no overnight allowed; however I know at least one or two did). Staff is very friendly. Sites are pretty level; they are hard packed gravel instead of the loose stuff. A lot of permanents there; however everyone seemed friendly. This is a no frills park; but it's prefect for overnight to get some rest. River is right there as well, so plenty of water activities available in the area. Convenient to Walmart, gas, and places to eat. We would stay here again if passing through. We camped at Tri-State RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Laundry room has AC and is reasonably priced; although I did not use it. Bathrooms have no AC and were pretty hot. We didn't use them, just checked them out.

You could not find more accommodating owners. Don't be put off by the entrance with the run down vehicles or the appearance of a parking lot. It is a great location - easy on/off the highway. The road noise was not a problem. The ground are well kept and the Delaware River is right there at your finger tips. We will stay here on our way home. We camped at Tri-State RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This was just for an overnight stop. We picked this park for the easy off/easy on highway access. We hung out on both the front and back of our site, but we didn't have any traffic in the park. Road noise was LOUD. Close the door, turn on the a/c, and turn the TV up loud to drown out the road noise. Cable was mediocre. They had better sites, but this is what we got... in fact, there are about 4 sites that overlook the river; the rest are pretty much a gravel parking lot. We had to be very careful when putting our awning out to keep from touching the window awnings on the coach next to us. We camped at Tri-State RV Park in a Motorhome.

Think old time drive-in theater and you have a good idea of what the CG is like. Gravel everywhere interspersed by hookups in multiple rows. Adequate room to extend slides, but that is it. My site was very level and a pull through long enough to accomodate 38' rig & tow. Very new electric hookups and water was heated for winter. Sewer pipe is not threaded. Find a board & rocks to hold down sewer connection. Those that didn't contributed to a pungent aroma. Definitely not a place I'd vacation, but perfect for what we needed - close to highway, overnighter. Pulling in & out was easy. This seems to be a popular use as at least 20 other RVs came in same night and were gone by morning. The owner/staff were very nice and there is a nice walk by the river for exercise (when not flooded). Zero amenities. We camped at Tri-State RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Be careful coming off the exit ramp from I-84 East. The intersection you cross (there is a light) has a tremendous heave in the center and dips at both sides. I crossed at about 3mph and drug bottom. Try taking it at an angle. You may piss off other drivers, but who hasn't been there before? You have to cross the same intersection to get back on I-84.

We were hesitant to stay here based on other reviews but there aren't that many choices for Pennsylvania in February. We found the owners extremely friendly and helpful. While the park does appear to be behind on maintenance the appearance was not horrible and we have stayed at worse. There were plenty of permanent residents but they were quiet and kept to themselves and many were families. I had a 37 foot motorhome towing a car and there was plenty of room to maneuver. The 50 amp service was fine and our Verizon voice and data were strong. Satellite reception was excellent. The worst part of the stay was the noise from the highway which was quite loud and would prevent some from a restful night sleep. Overall is was fine for an easy overnight stop and we would stay here again given the same options. We camped at Tri-State RV Park in a Motorhome.

We were tired and it was getting late. The lady was friendly and took me to our site. It looked like most lots were taken up by construction workers. You're next to I-81 and it was noisy. There was trash and many sites had water leaking. Power post were leaning and electrical box was broken.

We were looking for a semi level lot, water, electric and cable tv and that's what we got!

No frills park and the price could have been lower. I've seen KOA's cheaper. We camped at Tri-State RV Park in a Truck Camper.

Arrived without reservation and park was full. Owner chose to do something she had never done and put us on Delaware River frontage boondocking site for no charge. How can an owner be anymore kind and helpful. Visited with owner and learned they are in process of upgrading sites, adding few more sites and improving overall appearance. From my boondocking site I could see the marker where PA, NJ and NY meet. Wonderful site and enjoyed watching two Otters play and kayakers paddling down river. Pull through sites and roads are okay for Big Rigs. Husband & Wife owners along with son and staff were very friendly and helpful. Son explained the history of site back to the 1700 hundreds. I look forward to staying here again. We camped at Tri-State RV Park in a Motorhome.

Convenient off of I-84. Staff friendly and helpful. Park is severely over crowded with long term units. They are crammed in as tight as possible. Roads and sites are gravel. Some smooth and some in disrepair. The bathrooms and showers are clean but quite worn. We will avoid this park in the future. We camped at Tri-State RV Park in a Motorhome.

Way over priced for a gravel parking lot. Road into park in awful shape. Cable TV had very little to offer. 50 amp was fine.

BUT my husband had seen on the good Sam website they offered a military discount. Turned out the discount was for $1. Kind of a slap in the face. We camped at Tri-State RV Park in a Motorhome.

Great Electric pedestals for 50/30/20a. They look brand new. Sewer good.Water 40@ psi. Didn't use the Wi-Fi. AT&T Cell Phone signal was ok. AT&T Air Card was good but not strong.

Verizon 4G LTE Air Card not as good as AT&T. Cable was good.

Site A13. Sites are arranged in an unusual way but they work. Site was plenty long to park truck on the site. Sites are pretty close on the pull through. Roads in the park are crushed asphalt.

Road to the park is fairly rough but useable. Restrooms clean but didn't use them. Didn't use the Laundry. Long term tenants are in the area but out of the way of the overnight sites. DirecTV Satellite was no problem. No Discounts. Payment with credit card.

This is not as bad of a site as the previous reviews. It is the only one in the area and is good enough for a few nights. The office is in a white build/house. Owners/staff were friendly. I would have no problem staying here for a few days if in the area. We camped at Tri-State RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We almost didn't come here based on the previous bad reviews, but there are few choices in this area this time of year (after Columbus Day, when many parks close for the season). We found the office staff friendly and helpful. The roads coming into the park aren't the best, but we've driven on worse. Yes, the highway is close and noisy, but that's what earplugs are for. The rate is a little high for what you get, but we've also paid more for less! The 50A FHU level pull-thru was just what we needed for the night to be on our way tomorrow. We camped at Tri-State RV Park in a Motorhome.

We stayed here for a couple of nights while traveling through. Not much to say other than there isn’t a lot of other parks to choose from. The park has easy access to & from Interstate 84. The park is located at the end of street which parallels the Interstate. The park is along a river. Checking in was interesting as no one was in the office. There was a sign directing incoming RV guests to go into the restaurant. The staff there looked around for the RV park staff but couldn’t find one. So the restaurant staff registered us and used the restaurant’s credit card machine to accept payment. The interior roads were gravel. The sites were a mixture of grass or gravel. The roads were narrow and the sites were not well defined. One RV blocked the road by not completely pulling into the site. The sites were generally level. Not much privacy between the sites. They have some full hook ups – water, electricity (50 AMP), & sewer connections. The connections are about in the middle of the sites. They also have what looked like electric and water only sites. Believe those were 30 AMP sites. A portion of the park is open to the sky as there are no trees so satellite reception was good. There seem to be a lot of long term residents in the area of the park covered with a tree canopy. This area wasn’t very inviting. No designated pet area but there was sufficient area to walk the dogs along the roads and near the river. There were no bag dispensers around the park to pick up waste. For being in a hazardous/severe weather area, there was no underground storm shelter. None of the structures in the park were identified as a severe weather shelter. We didn’t use the restrooms/showers/laundry room. Didn’t look in because the building looked scary. We camped at Tri-State RV Park in a Motorhome.
