Clean. Friendly. Easy in and out. Good roads. Lots of level, long and grassy pull thru sites. The trees in the pull thru sites are fairly new so there is little shade at this point. Good WiFi and cell service. I did not give it a 10 due to no antenna TV channels available. Altho that is not their fault. I would definitely return. I did notice that the tent sites are a long walk from the showers. There is a porta potty in the tent area. We camped at Allegheny River Campground in a Motorhome.

This is a family owned and operated campground and it is clear that they are proud of it. It is a beautiful setting. All of it was clean and well maintained. They try to run fun activities for children every weekend. It is not a 10 only because the pull-through sites are short of shade (trees are planted - so give it a few years) and those pull-though sites only have 30 amp service. Their online site will tell you that long before you get there. Bicycles and kids all over, but never enough to be annoying. The fact that many sites have seasonal clients should tell you something. If we are ever looking for a stop in this area, we would choose this one. We stayed there as a part of a small rally. We paid for and got some extra service that was excellent, but that is not included in this evaluation. We camped at Allegheny River Campground in a Motorhome.

Only campground in the area. New owners are trying to revamp an old park for the last five years. The park was clean, and they are installing a new pool. We were placed on a back in site, and when we tried to use the water, it came out very rusty. Did not get better by letting it run. Probably old pipes. No cable; could not get on the WiFi which supposedly was "park wide". Okay for a quick overnight. It is close to highway, and we did get some road noise. We camped at Allegheny River Campground in a Travel Trailer.
