Quiet and isolated. Drive in could be a problem for bigger units. Campsite is on top of a small round top hill. There was a trail that circles the campsite that was actually the boundary between the hunt-no hunt areas of the park, in other words it was the firing line. We passed a couple of hunters during our evening hike. Enjoyed our stay but we were really glad the park office had flush toilets and hot water. We camped at Ryerson Station State Park in a Motorhome.Undo
This is a nice, safe, quiet campground. No permanents. The bathrooms were nice and clean. It is located in shady Ryerson Park. There are trails for hiking, swimming pool and a small lake about 1/2 mile down the road.It is patrolled regularly by park rangers. A good place to relax. We camped at Ryerson Station State Park in a camper.Undo
