We camped here for one week in site #104. It was NOT the best site in terms of privacy or shade. If we came here again, we would try to pick a better site; however, it is difficult to have a conversation with the staff as they do not speak English. There are more sites with sewer hookup than are indicated on the campsite map. Some of the sewer sites are beautiful, offering water views, treed areas and privacy. The park is nicely landscaped, has a big pool and water access. The laundry is very clean and economical. The staff is very responsive; they replaced a faulty electric breaker right away. The Wi-Fi is adequate, but not a very fast or strong signal. There is a nearby regional park with hiking trails and biking. The town of Amqui is nearby and has a good grocery store. We would come here again, but only if we could pick a good site. We camped at Camping Amqui in a Travel Trailer.
Date of Stay: August, 2007 - $32.00
Good municipal campground, sites are well spaced, quiet in the campground but you can hear the occasional truck pass by during the night, many sites are slightly uneven, this might be a problem for bigger motorhomes. We camped at Camping Amqui in a Travel Trailer.
