An excellent campground to explore Forillon and the area. Our site was spacious with fire ring well offset from the rig pad. The 30A service met our needs and we were able to fill the rig's water tank from a tap adjacent to our site. The hike to Cap Gaspe Lighthouse was awesome. The park has a lot of activities and facilties but it is a big place or you eiher need a vehicle, or bicylces (which I believe can be rented there). A great national park and well worth a stay. We stayed 3 nights. We camped at Petit-Gaspe Campground (Parks Canada) in a Motorhome.

Three different campgrounds. Bon-Ami is tent only; Des-Rosiers and Petit Gaspe have few 30 amp sites all others are fully "dry". WONDERFUL location. Shade, space, fire pits, picnic tables at each site; bathhouse not far away. Hiking, Biking, kayaking, swimming, relaxing are all possible. We camped at Petit-Gaspe Campground (Parks Canada) in a Motorhome.

We loved this place. The sites in the electric loop are very private and there are plenty of activities in the park to keep you busy. Most of the employees speak some English and are very helpful. Be sure to fill up your water tank before going to your site. We camped at Petit-Gaspe Campground (Parks Canada) in a Fifth Wheel.

We loved this park! And the campground was beautiful!! However, there is only one campground loop with electric, and that's only got 30 amp. Different water fill spots available and a dump station out front. And the campground loops and sites are a bit tight for a long rig like ours (40 ft). But well worth it! Our Virgin Mobile rocket stick was able to get just enough signal here to work OK. We highly recommend checking out the Grande-Graves site. The Mt. Ste Alban hike/lookout tower has incredible views. We camped at Petit-Gaspe Campground (Parks Canada) in a Motorhome.

Five inches of rain per day and 25 kt winds for 3 out of the four days didn’t dampen our enthusiasm for this park. The individual sites are ample and well drained - thank goodness. If you want electrics reserve well in advance. The bi-lingual staff was friendly and enthusiastic as were most of the Quebecois campers. Gaspe seems to have a large residual English speaking population so communication is not a problems. They have a great heated swimming pool and recreation area. The various sight-seeing cruises were shut down for weather so we can’t comment but they looked outstanding. Don’t miss Cap Rosier and Cap Bon-a mi, especially the beach. I think it rivals Hopewell Rocks with no charge. Try the no-permit-required mackerel fishing from the pier for excitement. The hike out to Cap Gaspe (Lands End) is truly memorable and as a dividend we saw a bear and seals. You also get to hike a piece of the International Appalachian Trail. Another great Canadian National Park. In addition to the rate above there is the $7/Day/Person entry fee but well worth it for the facilities available We camped at Petit-Gaspe Campground (Parks Canada) in a Travel Trailer.

The price of 40$ includes the daily entry fee for two adults for the National Park. There are three campgrounds, Petit-Gaspé with 136 sites in the southern sector, Cap-Bon-Ami with 41 sites and Des-Rosiers with 113 sites in the northern sector. The electric hook-up loop in Petit-Gaspé is a campfire-free zone, Cap-Bon-Ami has no electric hookups and is suited for tents, small tent-trailers or small class B vehicles, it does have incredible views. There are no pull-throughs anywhere in the park, but there are several big rig friendly sites. For example our site, which was far from being the largest, was 55 feet long with an additional 15 by 15 feet clearing behind for a tent or a picnic table. Roads are asphalt and campsited are hard packed gravel. The park offers a full range of nature based or historical/cultural activities to keep you busy for several days. The swimming pool rivals with a resort pool, but is 7 km away from Cap-Bon-Ami and Des-Rosiers and over a km from some sites in Petit-Gaspé. The entry fee for the park is 6.90$ per adult per day, but for the quality of activities and services offered this is very little money. We camped at Petit-Gaspe Campground (Parks Canada) in a Travel Trailer.
