1 Park near Chaplin, Saskatchewan
May 2010 - $15.00
A village campground, next to the sports arena. Signage is almost non-existent; turn north into town on the first road west of highway 19, then left at the stop sign onto First Ave. The campground is on your left. Has back-ins only, one central water tap. Sites are level and wide, but not long enough for big rigs. $10 dry, $15 with power: 15-amp only! The dump station is outside the campground just west of the entrance, on a dead-end road; you'll have to do a three-point turn on the grass to get out, but it's manageable. Saskatchewan Minerals has huge salt hills next door, so your vehicle will get stains from the salt dust. - Neil C.
