1 Park near Fair Play, South Carolina

We were concerned about the ability to get our 43' motorhome/bus into the campground and into a site. When we arrived, the staff member took us by golf cart to look at a couple of sites, and we found one that we thought we would be able to fit into. We were able to get parked reasonably easily. As mentioned in other reviews, the sites are on hills. One other motorhome owner indicated that they were previously on a site that was so sloping that they could not level.
The weather is rainy so we haven't taken advantage of the facilities.
Cost was free for 30 amp site with TT membership. - pattic777

Staff was very nice. Sites were very close and overgrown with grass/weeds. Very steep hills. Compared to the other campgrounds we have visited this is definitely on not a return visit list. - Darron_Christy

We stayed in the week before Memorial Day and they had yet to get the pool open. It's in the 80s. They said they were trying to get it open but not during our stay which was a bummer. They have a decent playground and putt putt. The sites are pretty narrow and going up a hill. They are paved as are the roads. It is reasonably well kept up and neat. I really dislike this allowing people to set up permanent structures and junk all around their permanent sites. It seems to be a trend with TT. They need to do something to improve the lake access. I thought it had a beach, well only if you want to lay on the rocks they have put down for erosion. Plus there were several boats that looked like they had been tied up there for a long while. The lake is clear and nice though. Also it is close to over 30 waterfalls and hiking trails on the north side of the county. They have booklets on them in the laundry room. - RVing Along
