Needed a one night while heading north from FL. This was farther out of the way than anticipated. For some reason, the website gave definite instructions for those coming from the south on I-95 to get on I-16. Those coming from the north could exit I-95 and proceed to the CG. It seemed a bit out of the way. It was closer to re-enter 95 as you don't have to retrace your path. However, it is not a hop off and on location, but is doable. Check in was friendly and efficient. fyi-check or cash only. Our site was a spacious pull-thru, was gravel, and was very level. There is a dog park and plenty of areas to walk the dog. There is some road noise from Hwy 315. The cable channels were all local-not many, and the WIFI worked well during the day and later at night. It slowed quite a bit during the evening and earlier night hours. We would stay here again if in the area. We camped at Hardeeville RV in a Motorhome.

We spent 5 nights here visiting Savannah because the parks in Savannah and Tybee were full. When I saw this park, I was glad they were full. Sites are much more spacious here than others in the area. There are many seasonals, and those sites are mostly shaded. The pull-throughs for short term are large and level but have no shade. Owners were nice. There is some road noise but it drops off at night. The drive into Savannah is short and easy. I would recommend this park when visiting the area. We camped at Hardeeville RV in a Motorhome.

We really like this park. Passport rate is $25 very clean, large sites. About 20 miles to town but not a bad drive. Stayed a week and will definitely return. Others complained about the traffic noise but we did not notice it and we were close to the front. No bathhouse but we didn't need one. Two laundry rooms, very clean. We camped at Hardeeville RV in a Motorhome.

Clean, well maintained, washer and dryer in site, wifi available. Dirt with lawn areas, dust can kick up if driving in quickly, can flood during heavy rain so close to water. We camped at Hardeeville RV in a Motorhome.

The park is essentially a wooded parking lot with no perimeter fence or security. All of the parking areas are grass/gravel with plenty of tree cover in some areas and partial tree cover in others. The wifi service is free and available, but slow and drops fairly regularly if you need it for work. It is a great spot to park if you want to visit Savannah, which was the reason for our stop. The roadway in front of the park has traffic, but was rarely a problem for noise and appears to be mostly commuters. The office was closed the majority of the time we used the park and just dropped our payment in their mailbox. Good visit, we would return again. It doesn't offer much, but payment is fairly low as well. Good power and water supply and cable TV worked fine. We camped at Hardeeville RV in a Motorhome.

Grassy sites. Campground in country so not much around. About 8 miles from Savannah, GA. A few miles from restaurants. Wifi was very good. Some road noise but wasn't enough to keep me awake. Very nice dog park. Help was very nice. Would stay here again. We camped at Hardeeville RV in a Motorhome.

Located between Savannah and Hilton Head this is a conveniently located park to see attractions. Never saw a host as all the business was conducted over the phone or by notes and signs in the office. They only take cash or check which is put in a drop box in the office. We stayed here a week and no one from the campground ever showed their face. It is a big RV park with lots of long-termers in the back, all kept nicely and are quiet. No store, no showers or bath rooms and we did not see a laundry. No map but all sites are clearly numbered and all wide pull-thrus. Hook ups are fairly new and in good order. Cable signal is good but channels are extremely limited. WiFi is good. Nice big dog park. A few picnic tables. Sites are level. The big draw back is the material they use fore the interior roads - a black sandy dirt mixed with reclaimed asphalt that makes everything dirty! Some road noise. We camped at Hardeeville RV in a Motorhome.

This park is close to Savannah and close for visiting the old downtown area. Our site was level with easy in and out. It was very close to the road which is heavily traveled and noisy. The sewer connection was terrible. At least a foot off the ground. The office is not staffed but there is a phone number to call. There was heavy rain while we were there and some of the sites were under water. We camped at Hardeeville RV in a Motorhome.

This is basically a self service park. You fill out a registration, call a number. Someone comes over takes your money (no credit cards) and points you to your site. Then they leave and you don't see anyone else around. No instructions about trash or cable stations or washers and dryers. You are on your own. Park is close to Savannah and sites are easy to get in and out but the experience would be much better if the owners would be more involved. We camped at Hardeeville RV in a Motorhome.

The grounds are nice enough. Pretty far away from just about everything. When you check in, you grab your own spot, which may really be someone else's, who left for a short while. You fill out your own registration, and drop the cash into a slot.

You use more money in fuel, getting there, than you save by choosing them. I stay elsewhere now when I go to that area, and am much happier. We camped at Hardeeville RV in a Motorhome.

Rate reflects a Passport America discount. As previous reviewers stated, this is an excellent park for visiting Savannah. It has been about 2 years since we had been here before and we can see they are working to improve the park. They have added gravel to level some of the sites, added a nice dog park, and their Wi-Fi is one of the best we have experienced. While they do not have a pool, that is all right by us. We come here to go to Savannah, Tybee Island and tour the area in general. The park is quiet at night. The electric and water pressure is very good. The sites are nicely spaced and are pull-through. We would return here. We camped at Hardeeville RV in a Motorhome.

Rate includes $5 Passport America discount. They game the system here. They post a nightly rate of $50, but then $30 a night for just about everyone, AAA, Good Sam, Military, Seniors, etc. So the real rate is really $30. But it is a good location for visiting Savannah so it is not a bad value. Good utilities and very strong usable WiFi which was a plus. Could use a little TLC on the grounds as it is a bit rough around the edges here. We camped at Hardeeville RV in a Motorhome.

Stayed here for 2 months at the monthly rate of $375 plus electric. Large mostly grass-gravel sites. Electric was very good. They are putting in a large fenced doggie area. Very friendly people. Owner very helpful. Would stay again. We camped at Hardeeville RV in a Motorhome.

This park is a bit funky. The parking surface is grass, some gravel and some dirt; that's the funky part. After a big rain like happens often here, it could be rather difficult. That's the bad news. The things that are good make it just fine being here. Most importantly is it's location of only a few miles from Savannah and Hilton Head. The cost reported is Passport America weekly rate. The utilities were quite adequate and well placed. The cable TV has a gazillion channels and the Wi-Fi is free and fast running about 10mbps. We had no problem leveling our rig. One problem in the park, however, is there is rarely anyone manning the office or even the phone for that matter. We would certainly stay here again in spite of some aggravations. We camped at Hardeeville RV in a Motorhome.
