Level gravel pull-thru sites, decent size. Full hook-ups-50 amp. Fire pit. Gravel patio. Picnic table. Staff leads you to your site. Nice staff. Shade but trees well trimmed. Pool. No cable but good stations over antennae. Great wifi! Internal roads narrow but OK. Most other RV's at the time we were there were big rigs also. There is a pot-hole as you enter; be aware. This is an older park that is being fixed up so perhaps the pot hole will be filled. Good stopping place prior to or just after going over the mountains. We stopped only for 1 night but definitely would stay again. We camped at Magnolia RV Park and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Third time using this campground. Quality has been consistent. Reservations a good idea as this spot is popular. Our stays have always been for a week or more. * This trip we stayed a month @ $400 plus electric. A great value IMHO. A quiet peaceful spot ! We camped at Magnolia RV Park and Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

Towns of Clinton, Laurens and Newberry all had plenty of shopping including Walmart....I always say..."If Walmart does not sell it...chances are you don't need it." Many historical Civil War sites in this area.

Pretty shaded campground just off interstate. Bathrooms were new and spotless. Service great and spaces plenty big. We didn't swim but pool looked very nice. Gravel sites and red clay roads. Could be an issue when wet but the owners had recently graded them, so no problem. We just spent one night en route to NC but would recommend highly. We camped at Magnolia RV Park and Campground in a Travel Trailer.

We were here just on overnight but got in early enough to enjoy the park. Large sites, ours was pull thru, easy hookups. We opted for shade vs satellite access due to 90+ temps. Probably could have connected with the portable but didn't bother. The pool is very nice. Only downside are dusty interior roads. We camped at Magnolia RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

This was a stopover. Staff very friendly and helpful. A nice quiet park with a lot of trees and nice space. We were in a pull thru with our 44ft Coach. We decided this was a cozy little place and felt very comfortable for the 50 spaces that it occupied. The park was nicely kept, pool area neat and tidy and office open til 8pm. The park was and sites were made up of hard pan and crushed surface and fairly level but some spaces a little less so but not problematic at all. There have been a lot of upgrades like new pedestals and water spigots. Many sites have and allow campfires. Sites included back ins and pull thru's. Some may find with bigger Coach rigs, to Unhook before coming to site, depending on where on the property. There are some regulars/fulltimes, but all sites are kept very neat and orderly. Overall a pleasant and comfortable place to stay. The singing birds everywhere were a pleasant surprise. Would stay here again when in the area. Would recommend a reservation before you get here. The area doesn't have a lot of parks and in the summer the places around get full especially coming into a weekend or holiday. Nice experience! We camped at Magnolia RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

It started when l called ahead to find out what to do for late check-in. I told them we would probably be 8:30-ish and we needed to stop at Walmart for supplies. Told us not to go to the one closest on the map but go to Spartanburg because it was easier on and off with an RV, and it was. The office closed at 8, when we arrived at 8:45 the owners were sitting on the porch waiting for us, hopped in the golf cart and showed us to the spot, and pointed out where our electric and water were (it was getting kinda dark), said have a good night and rode off. The bathrooms are amazing! Cleanest I have ever seen. The pool had to close for about an hour at 6:45 one night due to storms and several groups wanted to swim. Instead of slapping the closed sign back up in 15 minutes, at 8:00 PM when the rules said it closed, the owners hung out until about 9:00 and let everyone enjoy their beautiful pool for a bit. It was an excellent campground and I would recommend it to anyone! We camped at Magnolia RV Park and Campground in a Travel Trailer.

We have stayed here a few times. We have 40' motorhome with a tow vehicle. The staff are always friendly and helpful. We had no trouble leveling our rig. We were able to access satellite TV with no problem. It appears that they have renovated their pool and it looks wonderful. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area. Except for its very remote location this is a very solid and friendly rv park. Dog run is quite small, but nice grounds for walking your dog. Owners are accessible and friendly. I had a pull thru and tho flat and clean, it was a bit short for my 26 foot trailer and truck so hooking up to the sewer was a stretch. Its a great place to stop for an overnight. Overall Rating:

This is a fairly small, cozy park somewhat out in the middle of nowhere. As it was halfway between home and our final destination, we gave it a shot.

The road leading to the park is quite narrow, but lightly traveled. We did our best not to hog the road, but if you're in anything bigger than a pop-up you're going to be crossing the double yellow lines. No biggie, though, as the locals seem to be used to it.

While the roads in the park and the sites themselves are all gravel, the park seemed well maintained. Our pull-through site was level and long enough to accommodate our motorhome and toad with some room to spare. We had plenty of room to put out our slides without crowding our neighbors while still comfortably able to enjoy the picnic table. We also had a firepit at our site, but with temps into the 90s, we decided against using it.

The family that runs the park is very friendly and greeted us warmly upon our arrival despite the fact the power company was about to disrupt the day by replacing a faulty transformer. There's a nice dog park for the pooches to run in and a well maintained pool for your swimming enjoyment. Wifi was offered but we did not partake.

While our site was shaded by trees on either side, we were able to get DirecTV service with no problem whatsoever. Verizon cell service was also satisfactory.

One thing to note is that this campground is close to Presbyterian College (Go Hose!) and you'll find families coming to visit their kids or catching a football game staying there over the weekends. Nobody was disruptive, but sites may be hard to find depending on what's going on in Clinton. As there's not much else to do nearby, those not up for the college festivities seemed, like us, to be overnighting. And while there did seem to be a few semi-permanent residents there, there wasn't a proliferation of run down rigs.

All in all, it's a nice park for a night or two and we'd stay again. We camped at Magnolia RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

Above and beyond the statistics, this place is friendly and comfortable. Except for the lack of cable TV, everything here is nice. The dog run is big enough and clean. The pool is refreshing and comfortable. The people, both staff & campers were great people. We camped at Magnolia RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

We were returning home to Midwest from Fl and found Magnolia through AllStays. New, very nice owners helped us with a spot late at night. A block away was a cafe with a "special" for us even as they were closing. The next morning was Easter Sunday and we were welcomed to a great breakfast by the hosts. They moved from DC to start this campground and are making it homey and good for travelers as well as seasonals. We camped at Magnolia RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

Very easy access from I-26. The 1/2 mile road to the park is a bit narrow but not a real problem. We were led to our site. Sites are gravel but mostly level. Lots of trees. Grounds could use some maintenance - trees trimmed, weeds sprayed but overall this is a very nice, quiet park. We will definitely stay here again.
