We came down for just the weekend to unwind. We have stayed at this park before during the middle of the summer and rented a pontoon boat and totally enjoyed the experience. Had the grandkids and they enjoyed it the most. The park is clean and well organized. The staff all seem very professional and helpful. They have added some palm trees and a couple new shelter since our last visit, and also a snack bar the operates on the weekends during off season. We have a favorite campground in the area but this location is quickly becoming our favorite. Try them and you will be pleased. We camped at North Myrtle Beach RV Resort and Dry Dock Marina in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

This campground is close enough to Myrtle Beach to find anything your heart desires, but located on the intercoastal waterway and away from all the hustle and bustle of the Beach. Little River, SC is a well kept secret for a good visit, restaurants, bars, fishing, water sports and shopping all in a quaint little town. Also they have a Seafood festival every year that is to die for.

This is a new park, so you do give up the trees, but it is a beautiful and top shelf park. The pool area is large with a giant slide, very clean, connecting to a section with tables and chairs and covered bar area. Unfortunately, we arrived just ahead of Hurricane Michael, and could not enjoy the pool facilities, as it rained on us all three days, and the winds were very high. We have two large dogs, and I was concerned at first, about the walking area for them to explore, and found a wooded area, just across the fence, that you can access by the slide area. The dogs loved the chance to explore over there. Very long pull throughs, long enough for our 40'MH and pull vehicle. Wide spaces with cement pad from front to back and concrete patio with picnic table and fire ring. I wanted to stay another night to enjoy the facilities, but our schedule would not allow. I will visit there again, when in North Myrtle Beach. We camped at North Myrtle Beach RV Resort and Dry Dock Marina in a Motorhome.

New well designed park. Immature trees so no shade. Sites are concrete with a patio extension. Pull thru and back in sites with plenty of space between the sites. Wide paved roads in the park. Very nice facility....pool, water slide, immaculate restrooms/showers. Far enough from route 17 to be quiet but close enough to North Myrtle Beach and all it has to offer. Right on the waterway so some boat traffic to watch. Well stocked store with essential supplies. We camped at North Myrtle Beach RV Resort and Dry Dock Marina in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

This is a new park with an excellent swimming pool and slide along with spacious concrete pads and a patio at each site. For a private park the site sizes are very generous compared to other parks in the area. There is little shade which is to be expected in a new park. They have entertainment Thursday thru Saturday. You can rent jet skis, pontoon or a jon boat to take you down the intercoastal waterway on which this park sits. We really enjoyed the location as it's outside the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach proper but close to shopping in North Myrtle Beach and points North such as Calabash and Little River. Traffic is much more manageable in this part of the grand strand as well. Wireless is outstanding as is the cable TV. Cell phone reception is strong for AT&T. We camped at North Myrtle Beach RV Resort and Dry Dock Marina in a Travel Trailer.

Excellent facility. Bathroom and showers large. Family friendly. Store has adequate supplies. Pool was cool despite 89 degree air temp. Plenty of spots to sit, relax, watch boats on the Intracoastal Waterway. All shopping very close by. One draw back, you should not try to come in from Hwy 9 from the south as there is a very sharp right hand turn onto a small road leading towards to resort. We camped at North Myrtle Beach RV Resort and Dry Dock Marina in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

This is a new RV park. On the plus side, the sites are all concrete, level and have pretty good spacing between sites. The campground is located on the Intracoastal Waterway near Cherry Grove SC adjacent to a marina and dry dock boat storage. There is a beautiful pool and water slide for the kids. Trash is picked up every day at your site. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The campground has WiFi which we didn't use and cable TV which we did and found acceptable. The utilities are well-placed and worked fine during our stay. On the negative side, there is no shade anywhere. They have planted a few trees but even when these are full grown, they will provide no relief from the sun. Also, the campground does not recycle. Overall the park is nice but on the expensive side. Guess that's to be expected in a tourist town like Myrtle Beach. I doubt we will return - unless it's in the winter - mainly because of the lack of shade. We camped at North Myrtle Beach RV Resort and Dry Dock Marina in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

The campground is convenient to the beach and many good restaurants. We enjoyed Boardwalk Billys and Southern Sunrise Pancake House. If you like seafood, Calabash NC is only a 15-minute drive away. We ate at the Seafood Hut and it was great!

This park is new. Beautiful amenities and all are very clean. Great pool with150' ft water slide. Live entertainment in the pool area on Saturday night. It was nice to sit over the waterway, listen to some good music and enjoy a chilly beverage. All staff we came in contact with were very nice. Quiet after 10. Will definitely be returning to this Park. We camped at North Myrtle Beach RV Resort and Dry Dock Marina in a Motorhome.

This BRAND NEW Resort is indeed, a RESORT! Wow! It is fabulous with so many details for enjoyment - soft music piped throughout the park for you to enjoy while walking down the waterfront. The IntraCoastal Waterway provides viewing pleasure all day while you sit in a swing (listening to the music) or on a nice bench. The sites a paved, plenty large, with new picnic tables. There are hammocks on most sites to enjoy while reading or just a slow swing. The lack of street lights are one of my favorites - no light glaring into the bedroom at night. The tall palm trees are lighted from the bottom providing a welcoming sight at night. The pool with tall slide and the incredibly designed play areas are the children's highlights. We highly recommend this one. The Value rating of Satisfactory is because we typically will not pay over $40/night. The rate of $59 at this time of year is quite pricey; must not bother many folks - the place was over half full. We are a bit more frugal but will go back (in the dead of winter) when the rates go down. We camped at North Myrtle Beach RV Resort and Dry Dock Marina in a Motorhome.
